A new approach across the west treats Constitutionally protected activity as criminal by redefining speech, protest, petitioning the government for redress of grievance, religious expression, press activity, public expression, or political association as acts of “stalking”, “harassment” and “hate crimes.” This precarious threat to our core Constitutional liberties mirrors the approach across the globalist west: redefine disfavored dissident speech as criminal due to its alleged effect on others.
Let us commence as always with the Constitution itself: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom speech, or of the press; or the right of people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” This extends to all governmental action, whether legislative, executive or judicial, and whether at the federal, state or local level. Religion, speech, press, assembly, and petitioning embrace a lot of conduct. This First Amendment protection extends to any expressive activity, associational activity, speech, publication, investigation or report to the government, be it in the form of a petition, a legal claim to the courts, or whistleblowing to the government.
The First Amendment protects speech, association, expression, press, and petitioning the government for redress of grievances. The only speech excluded or exempt by content concerns obscenity, libel, fraud, imminent incitement, and certain specific criminal activity. These must be “well-defined and narrowly-limited” lest their state prevention and punishment raise core Constitutional concerns. Hence, the Supreme Court invalidated federal laws that made depictions of animal cruelty a crime.
Stalking, harassment, and comparable laws did not exist in America for most of our history until just a few decades ago. It commenced as all such authoritarian schemes tend to originate — highlighting victimhood of favored groups, in this case, the victims of domestic violence, sympathetic to most people. As usual, this power-grab slowly shed its sympathy-inducing definition of violence from the physical to the emotional, and from objective standards to subjective standards. Constitutional concern over such state abuse fed model law exclusions that emphasized “constitutionally protected activity is not within the meaning of” harassment or stalking prohibitions. But as recently revealed in the Benshoof case in woke capital Seattle, courts corrupted by politics and partisanship ignore these Constitutionally cognizant constraints. The model laws thus direct legislatures to exclude and exempt conduct that could be Constitutionally protected from its definitional inclusion: for example, only “true threats” may be criminalized, only when the defendant subjectively intended to create the harm, and only where conduct that has any “legitimate” purpose cannot be criminalized. A legitimate purpose is broad it limits illicit purposes to action that have “no purpose” other than to intend to cause serious alarm or torment to another. Thus, a true threat requires an intent to commit an unlawful act of violence and intends to invoke a reasonable fear of serious bodily harm or death. Needless to say, calling for the government to imprison someone or use the death penalty cannot be considered criminal behavior within the broad confines of the First Amendment.
Concomitantly, this kind of judicial abstinence from Constitutional concern led the Supreme Court to reverse convictions obtained for subjective interpretations of criminal intent in this precise context. Even encouraging lawless action is Constitutionally protected when such activities do not incite imminent lawless action. Content-neutral conduct constraints can only be Constitutional if it any burden on Constitutionally protected activity is incidental and that incidental burden is no greater than is essential to the purpose of the law unrelated to protected activity.
Returning our laws to Constitutional foundations remains essential if the American Revolution is to sustain its values into the next century. These are the kind of cases supported by 1776 Law Center for that precise reason: protecting the Constitution from intrusion and incursion by state actors determined to stage a statist coup against Constitutional liberty. One of our people asked if you knew of a concise reference material for correct understanding of what really happened over the period known as the Holocaust. We have many books and other site information but it is all so hard to arrive at a clear understanding. thanks so much C
I would suggest staying with David Irving’s investigations and his direct, first-hand accounts of interviewing the actual people who were there, or the wives and surviving relatives of those who where and provided diary and other papers to substantiate their recollections. Irving did not just buy a bunch of holocaust books and re-write on the matter. He did his own field research and found the most accurate conclusions possible. That’s why he was attacked so ferociously. Otherwise, the other authors by and large were unmolested because they stuck with the standard 6 million story.
Time is short so I will suggest you take one hour to listen to this summary. I have cued up this video to start where he goes into in-depth descriptions.
First off. A warning. Don’t buy into the “it never happened” thing. It did happen, but not to the extent or by the intention often associated with it.
For example, at Auschwitz, the official story is that 1.4M men, woman and children were gassed and burned to ash. Of course, that’s nonsense. No such fuel sources or cremation facilities were available for that kind of thing to dispose of those numbers over that time. He explains how the actual deaths numbered in the lower six figures at Auschwitz. Gassings did happen, but early on, and in two small huts that were later abandoned. The deputy commander at Auschwitz confirmed this.
The Bug River camps of Treblinka, Sobibor and Belzec were another story. Watch the video for a realistic assessment of just how that operation was conducted, by whom, and how it was administratively veiled from top Nazi leaders and compartmentalized until it was dismantled and the facilities wiped from the land. Clearly, it happened. But it was not State mandated from the very top. No proof of that has ever been found. The evidence points to Himmler as the key architect of those camps. His documents and efforts to alter many of the reports about Jewish actions in the East show this.
Bottom line, probably no more than 3M were lost from those operations with the attendant disease and malnutrition that accompanies most war induced scarcities in concentration camps as supplies run short towards the end.
Similarly, the idea that 20 million Russians were lost, is folly. Stalin used that figure the same way the Holocaust reparations business does today…for impact. The number of lost Russians was around 5 million.

I run a rather complicated homelab computer environment. I have a server cluster that sits on an internal 25Gb fiber optic linkup, the backbone in the rafters of the basement runs 10Gb fiber optic to all the rooms, where it downsteps to media converters and switches at 2.5Gb and 5Gb. The whole thing is overkill and just because. Once I get the Cisco switch to come fully to heal, the whole thing will be perfect for me.
