the Empire explores Strategic fiscal digital Pathways As we await global Re-funding news

Salve, Citizens

As the world continues to accept the inevitable fate of change, we have to act quickly now to briefly suggest crypto projects that are highly likely to benefit from rapid demands for their uses should on-chain dollars achieve anticipated mainstream adoption.

For decades, the American government has used “dollar hegemony,” allowing the U.S. to influence global trade, finance, and economics. This consists of oil pricing in USD, sanctions, and international payments. Recently, this “tool” has been becoming less effective due to rising deficits and geopolitical tensions. But what if there was a way to regain the idea with some digital tweaks? Would you believe it possible?

Our own government is betting that it is. In fact, the fate of the nation is perhaps riding on this bet.

With one move to normalize dollar-backed stablecoins in payments, it could create persistent demand for U.S. Treasuries and solidify the dollar’s global dominance for the next century. Supporters view it as a financial Bretton Woods 2.0; a key step toward ending reliance on foreign creditors and winning the currency war.

China seeks the yuan to dominate, while Russia seeks an end to dollar supremacy. The BRICS coalition—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—works on alternatives to the USD. Consequently, the dollar’s reign is uncertain, having declined over 10% from its early 2025 highs, marking one of its largest drop-offs in 20 years. The USD losing its present status would be catastrophic.

  • Imports would skyrocket in costs as electronics, cars, clothes and semiconductors would no longer be priced in dollars. Those markets alone are around $4T in volume.
  • The US military budget would be harder to maintain at the present levels, as the borrowing costs to do so would skyrocket.
  • US savings would erode as rising import costs fuel inflation, and foreign investors dumping U.S. debt could trigger turmoil, shrinking retirement accounts and sending interest rates sky-high.

One can remember that when a prosperous nation is threatened with economic disaster, history shows that military solutions often are used in an attempt to forestall it. With hydrogen bombs at the ready and delivered within an hour, this option would certainly be effective – there would be nobody left to complain about prices.

Assuming for the moment that cooler heads will prevail, let’s consider the possibly less bellicose pathway to maintain US Dollar Hegemony for the next 100 years or so.

The strategy focuses on redirecting capital into a regulated stablecoin stack large enough to recycle into T‑bills, which would keep U.S. funding costs low and reduce foreign leverage over Treasuries. Currently, foreign governments hold about $8 to $9 trillion of U.S. Treasury securities, with Japan, the U.K., and China among the top holders, so there is a vulnerability to be overcome with this.

The Genius Act now becomes vital here. The Act is the framework for the US Dollar backed stable coins, serving as a pivotal component in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital currencies. It effectively hard-wires dollar-backed stablecoins into both the American and global financial system, establishing a robust foundation that aims to stabilize and legitimize these digital assets. By mandating 100% reserves in cash and Treasuries, the Act ensures that these stablecoins are fully backed, which instills confidence among investors and users alike. Furthermore, the requirements for full transparency and stringent licensure are designed to promote accountability and trust, mitigating the risks associated with unregulated cryptocurrencies. As the financial world increasingly leans towards digitization, the Genius Act plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the monetary system while facilitating innovation and growth in the sector.

This Act could unleash $4 trillion of institutional capital into tokenized dollars—creating a permanent bid for U.S. debt and solidifying the dollar’s dominance for the next century.

And now, as the Romans would want to know…QVE BONO

The issuers, of course. But also the railsmoney marketsand yield platforms that will move, lend, and price these digital dollars.

So now it becomes critical for the hoi polloi to do two things. Move first, and, secondly, move into ideas that will likely benefit greatly from the above.

Here are five we would suggest you explore for that purpose. We will not explain at length the reasons why these are good projects to be involved to ride the anticipated upward wave described above. You all should take on the task of doing your own research before committing risk capital to any market. Never depend on word alone for this.

  • Sky Protocol (SKY): Decentralized Stablecoin Governance
  • Hedera (HBAR): Enterprise/Regulatory-Grade Issuance
  • Solana (SOL): High-Throughput Commerce Rail
  • Pendle (PENDLE): Turn Stablecoin Yield Into a Market
  • Aave (AAVE): Money Market for On-Chain Dollars

All are currently at pretty good buy prices.

Regulated stable-coin issuance is most likely going to be part of a strategic plan to maintain USD reserve status in the face of multi-polar competition. The risk v. reward metrics for taking a chance on the above scenarios are too good to pass up.

There are indeed other ideas that will be key, but for now we will limit our suggestions to these.

Good luck!

At this time we have been informed that additional time will be needed before a new update on Global Release efforts can be given. Stand by for further news.

Thank you all, again, for your continuing comments, remarks, opinions, questions and wonderments. All are read and appreciated.

Majority of parents want childhood vaccine schedule reviewed as trust in CDC crumbles
Nearly half of American voters support reevaluating the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule. Support for this review jumps to 60 percent among parents with young children. Public trust in the CDC has fallen to its lowest level since the pandemic began.

  4. So, here is the latest RV claim made by long time Dinar Guru, and Ex-Con, Tony Refrow. His last live “update” space had 100,000 listeners. Many pay from $10 to as much as $100 a month to be given some level of priority for future benefits and opportunities, after the RV. If any of this were possible and was authorized to be pre-released to the public, I am quite sure with our London contacts we would have been told about it. Why not? After all, what’s one more disclosure to our site, which has 1500 subscribers and readers?

Maybe we should start making such claims and having weekly conference calls? I know…let’s claim that old Confederate money will be redeemed at $4.00. That’s catchy.

TNT Tony shared the following details in today’s update: • He was told at 1:30 a.m. today that Iraq could announce it at 8:00 a.m., when banks open. • He’s been told “it’s done” and it could happen tonight, with Sudani still needing to make the announcement. • Banks have been given the green light again. • Tony has been promised the 800 numbers daily since Friday but still hasn’t received them. He mentioned that people in New York were upset that he doesn’t have them yet and that he’s supposed to get them two hours before it goes live. Timeline Outlook: • Tony is looking at Thursday in Iraq, Friday for the U.S., and Saturday for bank exchanges. • There was major excitement yesterday and last night. It was expected at 2 p.m. yesterday, but that timing changed. 800 Numbers Distribution: • President of the Royal Bank of Canada (Puerto Rico) will receive and control the 800 numbers and payouts there. • Australia will have its own number. • TNT will receive the numbers. • Another guru (possibly Frank26) was supposed to receive them but doesn’t believe in them, so that may not happen. Exchange Guidance: • 1 million dinar qualifies for the $28.50 rate. • Rate eligibility may depend on how long you’ve been with your bank and what other currencies you hold. • Banks are asking people to have currencies separated and pre-counted in different bags. • Maintain a professional, business-like attitude — no demanding. • You may be referred to a Wealth Manager to help with investments and planning. Currencies Listed for Exchange/Redemption: • Dinar • Dong • Zim • Afghani • Rupiah • Bolivar Additional Notes: • Banks reportedly expect most people to be broke within two years, as many are unprepared to manage large sums. • Tony advised against buying luxury vehicles impulsively — maintenance and costs are extremely high. • Dong rate minimum: $11 • Bolivar rate minimum: $0.30 Tony is watching for the Iraq announcement tonight (1:30 a.m. EST)

  8. Commentary from Lara Aboli:

Ukraine wasn’t just a country caught in a war, it was the globalists’ dirty operations hub.

Biolabs, weapons trafficking, money laundering, child exploitation, organ trade, proxy militias, digital ID experiments, you name it. The Western elite treated Ukraine like a lawless sandbox for their darkest programs. And for years, Russia was watching.

NATO expansion wasn’t just a military threat, it was a cover for deeper incursions: the installation of puppet governments, the embedding of foreign agents and the crushing of the Russian-speaking population in Donbas who stood in the way.

When Russia moved in, the media screamed “invasion,” but many of us saw something else:
    A cleanup operation.
A takedown of the globalist nerve center.
A preemptive strike against bioweapon labs, blackmail assets, and deep state footprints.

Russia’s motives were not imperial, they were existential. The West had turned Ukraine into a time bomb at their doorstep.

And then came the real show: billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars pumped into Ukraine under Biden; the same man whose son, Hunter, was neck-deep in corrupt deals there. The same man who leveraged aid to fire prosecutors investigating Burisma. The same man whose regime sent billions to a black hole of untraceable spending.

    Where’s the money?
    Where are the weapons?
Why are U.S. arms showing up in Africa and Gaza?
Why is Ukraine selling its own farmland to BlackRock and Vanguard?

It’s not aid, it’s money laundering at a global scale

      From a Contributor.

In this article only part of the story is told.
We are now in midst of a wave that is carrying the world to a new place. And this wave is not a rogue one it is one designed to create a defeat for Russia. And in the course of its’ movement will overturn everything we knew or took for granted.
The other day I spoke with someone who told me he is putting his wealth in land. Whether in North America or in Europe it is simple land. And in the case of Europe the 28 acre parcel he bought will become a Solar farm and while not much gain, he will take the payment until it stops. And then he still will have the land. Interesting perspective. This reminded me of what a Sales person told me on Monday. A phone is just a phone and if it does what you want and need then there is no reason to change. He did not know that his answer caused me to decide to not buy his brand because it does not serve purpose for the future. Even a simple phone needs thought as to whether it serves tomorrow and not yesterday. As for the latest fashion it is not relevant. Have you noticed the appearance of more and more stores selling repurposed items? Whether it is handbags or clothes or appliances there is demand and it is not just the disadvantaged. People today seek value to make scarce funds go further. We will see more of this as this is the case in a number of countries.
Norms we take and have taken for granted are no longer valid going forward. Yes, they will be with us for some years yet but the trend is already away from current realities. Perceptions and continuity that has guided us in the us is gone and only the perception of that past reality stays. This is important to distinguish this from tomorrow.
In business, one thinks and plans in 5 year plans recognizing that each year you update the plan and alter and fine tune your thinking and thus your plans being put in motion.
Today without recognition of where the world will be in 5 years is hopping into a car without a roadmap to your destination. You may get there but it will not be a straight line because the road is being changed as you drive it.
This is the reality. And we are not in control of road conditions on this journey. What is important is that we are aware of this condition to make decisions while uncomfortable because it is a change in behavior but needed to arrive safely.
And to do nothing but assume that tomorrow will be what we lived is false. Everything will change. One can no longer assume that years lived will be the same nor productive by the same tactics. The other day a party told they work harder but accomplish less. I asked them why they do the same thing expecting a different result when change is being asked for. The answer was I do not know how to change. Sadly without knowing that change is only constant this party has already accepted their fate.
These times while perhaps scary are the most interesting ones because everything will turn anew again offering future opportunities because current control and established norms will be turned over. This will cause great disruption to the actual wealth status and state of people because the physical state of wealth ( taken for granted) no longer applies. Wealth today can be poverty tomorrow and vice versa. Simply because the actual meaning of wealth is being altered. It is no longer fixed and thus is not measurable as it stopped being elastic and is under review and change. Having many dollars in your account today is not detriment to having them tomorrow.
In the end, land maybe land that does not go away but the purpose and value of land is not constant and that is a lesson to be remembered today and tomorrow as it is simply land.

  39. It’s never “guns or butter”. It is always, use the guns to seize the butter. Or the money. Or the whatever. Failure to understand this sits at the root of many miscalculations.

With that understanding, here is Vox Day’s latest piece: https://voxday.net/2025/10/14/asymmetric-economic-warfare/

    [BEGIN]

    Asymmetric Economic Warfare

Despite being more vulnerable to trade war pain due to its export surplus, China has adroitly managed to gain the upper hand in the economic conflict by taking advantage of the fact that semiconductors require input factors that are almost entirely under Chinese control.

Despite the show of progress and professed optimism for a potential de-escalation in the Madrid trade talks, the US wasted no time to launch a series of trade and tech sanctions against China immediately afterwards, just like it launched the sneak attack on Iran shortly after its 5th round nuclear talks with Tehran.

    • The US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) tightened its chip ban on China, expanding the embargo to cover all semiconductor related software and equipment sales to China, in an effort to completely choke off China’s ability for chip production
    • Washington expanded its entity list (i.e. black list) to deny high end sales to businesses outside of China that have 50% or more Chinese ownership
    • It announced a plan to charge million-dollar port fees for any Chinese-operated shipping companies, Chinese-made ships, or non-Chinese shippers with Chinese-made ships in their fleet or on their order books, in an effort to undermine China’s shipping building industry
    • Washington also put a 721% tariff on Chinese clean energy products such as solar panels
    • It imposed 50% tariff on semi-finished copper products and copper-intensive goods (e.g., wiring, batteries) under Section 232, targeting China’s dominance in EV/tech supply chains
    • It ended de minimis exemption for low-value packages, hitting e-commerce from Chinese platforms such as Temu and Shein

Faced with the bad faith from the Trump regime, China retaliated swiftly with a suite of counter actions:

    • Beijing published its latest restrictions on rare earth products to deny any sales of China-sourced rare earth magnets, processing technology, and equipment to foreign military and semi-conductor industry
    • It revoked import license for US lumber and soybeans. China was the biggest buyer of US soybeans in the past and accounted for over 50% its export. But it has ordered no purchase in 2025
    • Beijing announced it would charge reciprocal port fees for any US-operated or US-owned shipping companies. China runs 7 out of the world’s top ten container ports and has by far the highest port calls. Though the US builds few ships and few large shipping companies are US operated, US pension funds and asset managers own large shares in some of the world’s top shipping companies like Maersk which are now subject to the port fees. This move directly targets US financial interests
    • China also tightened up export of lithium ion and graphite anode, critical for green transformation
    • It expanded the unreliable list (China’s answer to the entity list) to cover more US defense contractors, tech firms, and critical mineral companies. It also launched anti-trust investigation against Qualcomm, a large US chip manufacturer

The latest tit for tats strongly indicates China is ready to move up the escalation ladder in its confrontation with the US on trade and technology issues.

In particular, Beijing’s enhanced rare earth restrictions are expected to deal a massive blow to high tech and military production in the US and its vassals.

In its embargo of chip technology against China, the US utilized the Foreign Direct Product Rule (FDPR) to block chip export to China if non-US made chips use any American technology, software, or equipment somewhere along the supply chain.

In essence, the FDPR allows US to claim jurisdiction to any products US technology touches even if it is made overseas such as the case with TSMC and ASML. The rule gives the US extraterritorial reach.

With the new rare earth restrictions, China flips the logic back to the US. Beijing has announced any non-Chinese companies operating anywhere must obtain Beijing’s approval to export rare earth magnets or semiconductors if those products contain Chinese original rare earth, or if they are produced using Chinese rare earth technology, process or equipment.

Beijing is denying all rare earth products, technology, equipment, and technical support to foreign end users it doesn’t approve.

The Chinese economic strategists understand that in an economic war, pain flows downstream. The US thought it was in the driver’s seat – and indeed, I assumed much the same due to the fact that the US economy would benefit greatly from refraining from importing goods from China and onshoring its now-absent industrial manufacturing capabilities.

But the stranglehold China has upon the materials required for modern warmaking materials, particularly drones and semiconductors, means that the USA will have to choose between its ability to make war and its ability to maintain the global Clown World economy. And for the first time, it is not possible for Uncle Sam to choose guns and butter.

Vietnam has implemented a historic change to its gold market structure, ending a 13-year state monopoly through Decree No. 232/2025/ND-CP, effective October 10, 2025. This transformative policy shift opens gold trading, production, import, and export to qualified private enterprises and banks, creating a competitive marketplace where previously only state-controlled entities operated.

WA Teen Faces Civil Rights Complaint For Refusing To Play Basketball Against Male Athlete

A high school basketball player in Washington state has been accused of bullying, harassment after she allegedly “misgendered” a male opponent who pretends to be a female.

The controversy began when an 18 year old biological male was allowed to play on a junior varsity team in the Tumwater School District, alongside 14 and 15-year-old female athletes.

15-year-old Frances Staudt noticed the obviously male athlete on the opposing team during her warm up for the final game of the season and asked the school’s athletic director whether the player was a male, but  was told that, in accordance with Washington state law, the school will not discriminate based on sexual identity.

Staudt then notified her coach that she was unwilling to play against a biological male opponent.

According to Staudt’s mother Aimee, Frances was so frustrated that, following the game, her daughter walked by the male player and told him, “You’re a man” prompting the school district to investigate Frances for ‘misgendering’ her opponent.

  45. PFIZER LEFT COVID-19 VACCINE DATA OUT OF SUBMISSIONS TO FDA, DOCUMENTS SHOW
Data on how parts of a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine spread in the bodies of mice were withheld from regulatory submissions to the U.S. FDA according to a new comparison of those submissions and similar documents sent to Japanese regulators.

The submissions appear to have been manipulated to hide the fact that the biodistribution was much broader than the initial narrative that was promoted, which is that it stays at the site of injection and draining lymph nodes. That was clearly a lie, and it was a lie that we now know was supported by editing data that were presented to the FDA. And, according to what the Pfizer representative stated, that editing of data was done in cooperation and consultation between Pfizer and the FDA. That is completely unacceptable.

Pfizer, BioNTech, and the FDA did not respond to requests for comment.

All restrictions have been lifted. It’s terrible. Every single person in that altercation should go down for assault and battery, disturbing the public peace, property destruction. If jail would return to being routine for this s*** it would stop.

  47. Something very interesting is afoot.

Speaking of shadowy clowns pulling strings from the shadows, it appears that US Presidents haven’t actually held the executive power in the USA since 1935. It all sounds a bit hopiumatic, to be sure, but the more squealing that comes out of Washington as the various agencies are shut down and their bureaucrats are disemployed, the more optimistic we should be.

The Great Reclamation has begun. The Supreme Court just restored Trump’s constitutional power to remove rogue commissioners from federal agencies. For the first time in ninety years, the President can clean house. The walls of bureaucratic tyranny are cracking.

Since 1935, the presidency has been a hostage. A hidden ruling called Humphrey’s Executor v. United States created a shield around unelected bureaucrats buried inside so-called independent agencies. They could not be fired. Not by Congress. Not by the people. Not even by the Commander in Chief. These were the Deep State’s castles inside the government. Protected. Untouchable. Writing rules with the power of law while answering to no one. For decades, they dictated policy, destroyed accountability, and made every president a figurehead in his own house.

    That ended this week.

In a ruling few expected but history will never forget, the Supreme Court confirmed that President Trump has full constitutional authority to remove Democratic commissioners Mary Boyle, Richard Trumka Jr, and Alexander Hoehn-Saric from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Court reminded the nation that executive power belongs to the President alone. Not to agencies. Not to boards. Not to faceless lawyers.

The 6-3 decision has detonated the foundation of bureaucratic immunity. Trump can now terminate any commissioner who obstructs reform, dismantle ideological mandates, and reclaim executive control over agencies that have operated like private empires. The ruling sets a precedent that can sweep through every corner of the federal maze — FTC, SEC, NLRB, CDC, FDA, DOE. Hundreds of unelected operators who hid behind the term “independent” are now exposed.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is only the beginning. Nearly 700 positions across Washington fall under the same model. With this judgment, Trump holds the legal weapon he was denied in his first term. The sword is back in his hands.

Inside the Deep State, panic has already begun. For decades, they didn’t need to win elections. They only needed to control who stayed behind. By embedding loyal operatives inside untouchable posts, they guaranteed their agenda survived every presidency. They wrote laws under the cover of regulation. They censored industries through “safety standards.” They shifted policy without ever standing for a vote. That structure is now collapsing.

This decision is not about staffing. It’s about sovereignty. The hidden coup that began ninety years ago has been reversed. The unelected state no longer outranks the elected one. The legal scaffolding that protected the regime is being dismantled piece by piece.

That is why the media is silent. They understand what this means. If Trump uses this authority — and he will — the entire architecture of shadow governance will fall. Agencies that weaponized policy for ideology will be stripped of power. Mandates will be rescinded. Political infiltrators will be removed. The Deep State’s invisible army is finally within reach.

Trump’s second term begins now, with the power he was denied in 2016. The presidency is no longer a cage. It is a command post. He can purge the administrative state, rebuild federal institutions that answer to the people, and restore a government that serves its citizens instead of its masters.

    1. We must hope Tino, that his Minding Team are solidly in place to orchestrate it. Trump is too solidly THICK to comprehend any of it himself. All hopes rest on the Real Suits. Beyond hope they can achieve all in such a limited time window, unless they go for another Term.

    2. Well, if I didn’t know better, that means the Executive Branch has been given a higher percentage of the “co-equal” branches of governmental power. I can understand this since the Legislative Branch is becoming ineffective, inefficient and nearly worthless in a more efficient world. The Judicial seems to be arbitrating the “Weimar Solutions” to the “Weimar Problems” we are facing.

We must move faster and more effectively now. Waiting for a reprobate congress to act in the interest of the country, and not that of those who own the congress, is folly now. The country could do fine with just an Executive and Judicial Branch. We are already part way there anyway.

      1. I see why you would say that, but it’s more like whether or not the Executive gets to actually Administer. I see this as restoration of balance and function.

I always wondered where the nexus was, and in a variant of The Case That Shall Not Be Named, I — like everyone else — just dealt with the miasma of nonsense that tied everyone to the Imperial Government.

The fact this case exists gives the nexus. The fact no-one talked about it, is a blatant indictment — and that they just shrugged when they had to know… oh that burns me. How I long for the days when we measured out rope…

But we get to reinterpret now that we know this.

Let me suggest that anything in the government that Does Something has to have a Governor. That was always meant to be the Executive Branch, and by extension, final authority had to sit with the President. The fact that something was a creature of Congress should never have meant the Executive had no say — as Congress doesn’t “Execute the Laws”. E.g. Any “creature of Congress” was supposed to be handed over to the Executive for Administration. This is precisely where FDR f’ed us over. Is also why this important new decision doesn’t go far enough, but I’d have to read the decision and I haven’t gotten my hands on it yet.

This idea that creatures of Congress are “independent” of the Executive is a false New Deal situation that was foisted on the Presidency. Independent agency heads testifying in Congress is not “supervision” or “administration”. And there’s no question who foisted it on us — the establishment of the Federal Reserve as genesis and the rest is a complicated history of power grabs until Truman got his nuts in a vice attempting to continue war price controls on farmers.

We remember Truman kindly, but he was a goddam despot every bit as bad, if not worse, than FDR. Truman’s advisors basically told him that the WW2 Vets would march on Washington and forcibly depose his Administration unless he got out of the way of industry and farming. E.g. The New Deal — and WW2 — was over, period. From the moment Truman failed in his power-move to restoration of acceptable food prices was, literally months. Prices fell from the get-go, with full shelves in market places within 1 year, and equitable prices within 2 years. (Capitalism, Marxist rhetoric aside, works. Notice what happened to egg prices since Trump put the chicken culling busybodies out of business.)

The establishment of the Bureaucratic State with FDR was to escape Constitutional chains by the ludicrous expansion of the flourish of language “all laws necessary and proper” [forgetting both Constitutional clauses and Bill of Rights limiting matters] and of course, the Interstate Commerce nonsense.

And because it was all supposed to managed by experts (how ludicrous!) why should the President have a say?

  57. They’re not fortifying flour — they’re fortifying control.

Starting December 2026, every loaf, pizza base and pastry in the UK will be mandated to contain synthetic folic acid — a compound linked to accelerated cancer growth and hidden B12 deficiency.

    They call it “nutrition.”
    But this isn’t nutrition.
    It’s mass medication without consent.

The government insists it’s “for public health.”
    But whose health, exactly?

Folic acid fuels cell division — beneficial for pregnancy, but dangerous for cancer.
So why enforce it on everyone?

If they can drug your daily bread, what’s next?
Mandatory additives in your milk? Your water? Your children’s food?

    This isn’t about vitamins.
It’s about ownership — of your food, your body, and your biological autonomy.
Your body is no longer yours.
    It’s their testing ground

      According to Grok:
“Folic acid fortification aims to prevent neural tube defects, with UK estimates of 200 fewer cases yearly.”

200 people = approximately 0.00029% of the UK population — or roughly 3 in every million!

Everyone taking folic acid to maybe mitigate birth defects in 0.00029% of the population!
