the Empire explores Strategic fiscal digital Pathways As we await global Re-funding news

Salve, Citizens

As the world continues to accept the inevitable fate of change, we have to act quickly now to briefly suggest crypto projects that are highly likely to benefit from rapid demands for their uses should on-chain dollars achieve anticipated mainstream adoption.

For decades, the American government has used “dollar hegemony,” allowing the U.S. to influence global trade, finance, and economics. This consists of oil pricing in USD, sanctions, and international payments. Recently, this “tool” has been becoming less effective due to rising deficits and geopolitical tensions. But what if there was a way to regain the idea with some digital tweaks? Would you believe it possible?

Our own government is betting that it is. In fact, the fate of the nation is perhaps riding on this bet.

With one move to normalize dollar-backed stablecoins in payments, it could create persistent demand for U.S. Treasuries and solidify the dollar’s global dominance for the next century. Supporters view it as a financial Bretton Woods 2.0; a key step toward ending reliance on foreign creditors and winning the currency war.

China seeks the yuan to dominate, while Russia seeks an end to dollar supremacy. The BRICS coalition—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—works on alternatives to the USD. Consequently, the dollar’s reign is uncertain, having declined over 10% from its early 2025 highs, marking one of its largest drop-offs in 20 years. The USD losing its present status would be catastrophic.

  • Imports would skyrocket in costs as electronics, cars, clothes and semiconductors would no longer be priced in dollars. Those markets alone are around $4T in volume.
  • The US military budget would be harder to maintain at the present levels, as the borrowing costs to do so would skyrocket.
  • US savings would erode as rising import costs fuel inflation, and foreign investors dumping U.S. debt could trigger turmoil, shrinking retirement accounts and sending interest rates sky-high.

One can remember that when a prosperous nation is threatened with economic disaster, history shows that military solutions often are used in an attempt to forestall it. With hydrogen bombs at the ready and delivered within an hour, this option would certainly be effective – there would be nobody left to complain about prices.

Assuming for the moment that cooler heads will prevail, let’s consider the possibly less bellicose pathway to maintain US Dollar Hegemony for the next 100 years or so.

The strategy focuses on redirecting capital into a regulated stablecoin stack large enough to recycle into T‑bills, which would keep U.S. funding costs low and reduce foreign leverage over Treasuries. Currently, foreign governments hold about $8 to $9 trillion of U.S. Treasury securities, with Japan, the U.K., and China among the top holders, so there is a vulnerability to be overcome with this.

The Genius Act now becomes vital here. The Act is the framework for the US Dollar backed stable coins, serving as a pivotal component in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital currencies. It effectively hard-wires dollar-backed stablecoins into both the American and global financial system, establishing a robust foundation that aims to stabilize and legitimize these digital assets. By mandating 100% reserves in cash and Treasuries, the Act ensures that these stablecoins are fully backed, which instills confidence among investors and users alike. Furthermore, the requirements for full transparency and stringent licensure are designed to promote accountability and trust, mitigating the risks associated with unregulated cryptocurrencies. As the financial world increasingly leans towards digitization, the Genius Act plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the monetary system while facilitating innovation and growth in the sector.

This Act could unleash $4 trillion of institutional capital into tokenized dollars—creating a permanent bid for U.S. debt and solidifying the dollar’s dominance for the next century.

And now, as the Romans would want to know…QVE BONO

The issuers, of course. But also the railsmoney marketsand yield platforms that will move, lend, and price these digital dollars.

So now it becomes critical for the hoi polloi to do two things. Move first, and, secondly, move into ideas that will likely benefit greatly from the above.

Here are five we would suggest you explore for that purpose. We will not explain at length the reasons why these are good projects to be involved to ride the anticipated upward wave described above. You all should take on the task of doing your own research before committing risk capital to any market. Never depend on word alone for this.

  • Sky Protocol (SKY): Decentralized Stablecoin Governance
  • Hedera (HBAR): Enterprise/Regulatory-Grade Issuance
  • Solana (SOL): High-Throughput Commerce Rail
  • Pendle (PENDLE): Turn Stablecoin Yield Into a Market
  • Aave (AAVE): Money Market for On-Chain Dollars

All are currently at pretty good buy prices.

Regulated stable-coin issuance is most likely going to be part of a strategic plan to maintain USD reserve status in the face of multi-polar competition. The risk v. reward metrics for taking a chance on the above scenarios are too good to pass up.

There are indeed other ideas that will be key, but for now we will limit our suggestions to these.

Good luck!

At this time we have been informed that additional time will be needed before a new update on Global Release efforts can be given. Stand by for further news.

Thank you all, again, for your continuing comments, remarks, opinions, questions and wonderments. All are read and appreciated.

  1. OpenAI’s $11.5B Quarterly Loss Quietly Revealed in Microsoft’s Earnings

    TLDR
Buried in Microsoft’s latest SEC filings is a bombshell: OpenAI reportedly lost $11.5 billion last quarter, based on equity accounting. Microsoft, which owns 27% of OpenAI, recorded a $3.1B hit to its own income—revealing just how expensive AGI development has become. Despite surging revenue, OpenAI is burning cash at unprecedented scale.

    SUMMARY
In its earnings report for the quarter ending September 30, Microsoft revealed a $3.1 billion impact to its income from OpenAI-related losses. Given Microsoft owns a 27% stake, this implies OpenAI posted a staggering $11.5 billion net loss—in just one quarter.

This accounting comes from Microsoft’s use of equity method reporting, which ties its own financials to OpenAI’s actual profit or loss, rather than estimated valuations. The revelation shows how rapidly OpenAI’s spending has outpaced its revenue—reportedly just $4.3 billion in the first half of 2025.

The financial hit also confirms that Microsoft has now funded $11.6 billion of its $13 billion commitment to OpenAI. Despite the losses, Microsoft’s overall quarterly profit still hit $27.7 billion, highlighting Big Tech’s unmatched capacity to bankroll the AI race.

While OpenAI has not commented, the figure marks a critical moment in the AI boom—where ambition, infrastructure scale, and financial risk have converged on a trillion-dollar trajectory.

    KEY POINTS

    • OpenAI lost an estimated $11.5 billion in a single quarter, based on Microsoft’s 27% stake and its $3.1B income impact.
    • Microsoft uses equity accounting, meaning OpenAI’s real losses affect Microsoft’s financial results directly.
    • OpenAI’s reported revenue for H1 2025 was $4.3 billion, underscoring how quickly expenses are growing.
    • Microsoft has now funded $11.6B of its $13B total commitment to OpenAI—this amount was not previously disclosed.
    • The financial hit didn’t faze Microsoft, which posted $27.7B in net income last quarter, absorbing the loss with ease.
    • OpenAI’s massive losses signal the scale of AI infrastructure investment, likely tied to model training, data centers, and agent deployment.
    • This disclosure highlights the funding realities of the AI race, as OpenAI aims for a future $1T IPO amid ballooning R&D costs.
    • The Register frames this as a reminder that Big Tech is still driving the AI bubble—with deep pockets and long-term bets.

Basically, if you back-calculate the N-antibody testing, the Pfizer approval study craps out as a total fraud on regulators. I can’t see anything wrong with the argument. Also, the result could not have happened by accident. It was deliberate.

This means it was fraud start to finish. An engineered outcome. By extension, it probably implies that all the non-Pfizer DNA/mRNA vaxxes were probably frauds and for the same reason. They failed the Reality Test of “Do They Work”. Which is NO.

Literally everyone involved with the control structure of these studies at Pfizer need to be in the docket. And then select members across corporate and government need to end up in a Nuremburg Crimes Against Humanity Docket.

Long article. Short story is the N-antibody testing was the smoking gun. Same # of people in both group were positive. So the vaccine never reduced infection. It was all trickery. The COULD have tested everyone for N-antibodies but they didn’t and the FDA gave them a pass.

review of finance reports earlier this month revealed that Mamdani’s campaign had accepted nearly $13,000 from at least 170 donors from outside the United States, raising questions about his campaign’s financial compliance, as only U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents are permitted to contribute to American political campaigns.

“These are not isolated incidents or clerical errors,” Dan Backer, a national campaign finance expert and president of the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, told Fox News Digital. “This was a sustained pattern of foreign money flowing into a New York City mayoral race which is a clear violation of both federal law and New York City campaign finance rules. Mamdani’s campaign was on notice for months that it was accepting illegal foreign contributions, and yet it did nothing meaningful to stop it.”

    1. Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) is making waves by calling for the repeal of the 16th Amendment — the constitutional basis for federal income tax — and the abolition of the IRS itself. His statement ignites a national debate over how government revenue could function in a new, asset-backed financial system.

💬 NEWS: Davidson’s proposal echoes long-standing movements to replace income tax with consumption-based or flat-tax models — a concept gaining traction as the dollar system faces restructuring pressures.

      1. The misunderstood meaning of and reason for the 16th Amendment continues to proliferate through our congress and courts causing so much confusion that we have representatives not understanding why repealing the 16th is not needed to get rid of taxes on wages.

The US Congress always had the power to tax income.

The 16th was passed to clarify that taxes on income are excise taxes.

There are two classes of taxes in the United States. Direct Taxes, which are always on THE PROPERTY ITSELF. And Excise Taxes, which are NEVER ON PROPERTY. Excises are assessed on something that takes place. Like wagers, distillation and sales of alcohol, sales of ammunition, guns, gasoline, or any such event the Feds grant license to happen. The tax is on the happening of something. The INCOME from such activity is used to measure the amount of tax.

If the Feds wanted to tax, for instance, all the alcohol in your house, that would be a tax on your PROPERTY. It would require that tax to be apportioned among the states. Someone would come along and inspect your beer cave, assess a tax and report it to the state tax collector who would collect the taxes and send it to the Feds.

So from the above you can see there can be confusion if the Feds wanted to tax something that produced income. Like a house, a stock, a cow, a business. Without the 16th Amendment, someone could come along and claim that a Fed tax on their cow income is unconstitutional because it is a direct tax on the cow, requiring apportionment. The Feds would claim no, it’s a tax on the milking of the cow and sales of the milk.

Which is it? Without the 16th, the courts would strike down the tax as an unapportioned tax on property because the issue is unclear and vagueness is always going to void a law in favor of the person injured.

So, the 16th Amendment was passed to clarify that taxes on income are EXCISES. As such, no apportionment is needed. The property is not the object of an excise tax. The activity is.

To end income tax on wages in the US, Congress would simply repeal the provisions that the IRS uses (incorrectly) to collect taxes on wages. However…

Since income taxes are excises, the income tax you pay has to be assessed on your occupation (once again, an action). Is there such a tax on your particular occupation? If not, the Feds owe you one hell of a refund. But, good luck getting any Federal court to rule in your favor because they will, without a doubt, rule that the “16th Amendment authorized the income tax”. Mass retardation.

        It’s a real mess.

        1. It’s such a snarl of meanings that I merely observe that Lincoln’s income tax was ruled unconstitutional.

But let’s say the Constitution authorized it, arguendo.

The solution is a complete ban of it and an Amendment that removes all wage and investment income from federal taxation, and caps anything the States do at 7.5% sales tax.

This then removes $200B in compliance costs yearly, and off into the Sunset we Ride.

Oh, and all the damnable recurring property taxes go. A recurring tax is simply another name for rent and means that I don’t own my property. Owning it means removing it from .gov claws.

  24. Why do we pay these people? Why do their positions even exist anymore?

Government has been shut down for almost a month and the sky is still above and the earth below, and everyone is moving about in their daily lives.

Humanity is moving towards a more efficient means of management. It’s time these bloviating, inefficient, anachronisms of an earlier age be done away with. Society changes its tastes for material things almost yearly. Yet, we manage key societal functions with 100+ year-old processes costing us dearly and allowing too many powerful monopolies the back door entry to skew things as they wish.

Get rid of the House and Senate. Let the people simply vote for the leadership of the Chief Executive, and base that position on modern key metrics of performance. You perform, you can run again for office. You don’t, then off the ballot you go. Local state governments can deal with issues of their states. Federal metrics can be pruned down to macro management of the overall health, safety and welfare of the nation as a whole. The Executive can set up departments as needed to oversee critical national functions, and manage them.

When was the last time your representative asked you if you wanted to fight a war, raise your tax, increase pay for politicians, build this, that or the other, admit millions into the country through a hole in the border fence? They don’t represent you. Why bother?

Standing still in this life is a surefire way to get nowhere. Nothing represents this more than Congress as presently operating.

The media says it’s due to “better reporting” and “expanded definitions” but that’s not the whole truth:

The UK has undergone a deliberate, engineered demographic shift through decades of unvetted mass immigration, often from cultures with radically different views on women, consent, and rule of law.

In case after case: Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford, Telford, vulnerable girls were abused on a horrifying scale by predominantly foreign-born grooming gangs, while police and councils covered it up out of fear of being called racist.

Foreign nationals are consistently overrepresented in sex crime convictions, yet the government refuses to release full breakdowns of offender ethnicity and immigration status. Why? Because it would expose what they’ve allowed in.

Illegal immigrants and asylum seekers with no documentation are virtually untraceable once inside the country. Many who commit violent crimes are never deported, protected by activist lawyers and EU-era legal hangovers.

Western values mean nothing if the state imports ideologies that reject them and then silences anyone who speaks up.

    1. It is a very strange indeed. But then again who knows what’s sitting and agglomerated on the surface from millions of years in space? As it heats on Sun approach who knows what melts and outgasses causing the illusion of “maneuvering”.

Of course, it would be tragically comical if it turns out be a Deep Space Probe just swinging thru the system, with no interest in Earth, because it is just a gravity maneuver using our Sun due to convenience.

Wouldn’t that be a kick to the head in human pride?

    The Silent Remonetization of Gold
Why central banks are quietly rebuilding the world’s oldest reserve system.
    By EndGame Macro

    The Breaking of Monetary Trust

The explosion of central bank gold buying is a structural reaction to the loss of trust in the post Cold War financial order. When the G7 froze Russia’s reserves in 2022, it shattered the assumption that sovereign assets held in Western financial institutions were politically untouchable. The message was unmistakable: reserves are only safe until you cross the issuer’s foreign policy line. From that moment, every finance ministry outside the Western alliance began re-pricing risk free assets. Gold, held in domestic vaults, immune to sanctions, and free of counterparties became the only true sovereign collateral left.

From Safe Assets to Safe Custody

For decades, safety meant owning U.S. Treasuries or euro denominated bonds. But as debt issuance surges and political polarization deepens, those same assets now carry both duration risk and jurisdiction risk. Central banks have realized that what matters most is control. Gold doesn’t depend on a clearinghouse, a digital network, or a promise from another government. It is value that can’t be frozen, deleted, or restructured. In a world splitting into regional spheres of influence, bullion once again plays the role of neutral settlement infrastructure, the only form of money trusted by all sides.

The Architecture of a Multipolar World

Trade and finance are rewiring around new corridors: Gulf and Asia energy routes, China and ASEAN supply chains, BRICS+ commodity exchanges, and digital payment systems that bypass SWIFT. None of these blocs fully trusts the others currencies. Gold serves as the connective tissue, a base layer of confidence for parallel payment rails emerging outside the Western system. Accumulating metal is the pragmatic groundwork for autonomy in a fragmented world.

Debt, Repression, and the Macro Logic

Beyond geopolitics lies arithmetic. With debt to GDP ratios at record highs, the odds of some form of financial repression, holding interest rates below inflation to manage fiscal burdens are rising. In such an environment, non yielding assets like gold gain relative appeal. Meanwhile, the torrent of new sovereign debt issuance erodes the scarcity premium once attached to Treasuries. Gold, whose supply grows by less than 2% a year, retains a built in scarcity that fiat debt instruments cannot match. For central banks, it’s a long duration hedge against both inflation and policy error.

Who’s Buying and Why It Matters

Emerging markets are leading the shift. China, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and India are building buffers against dollar dependence and internal currency volatility. European frontline states like Poland and Czechia are adding bullion as geopolitical insurance, anchors of credibility in an unstable security landscape. For commodity exporters, gold is a sanction proof store of resource wealth that can be monetized without clearing through the Western financial grid. Each purchase reflects a different motive, but together they signal one direction: a collective exit from single system vulnerability.

The Quiet Return of Monetary Gravity

This wave of accumulation marks the early stages of a re-monetization of gold. For the first time since the 1970s, it is regaining its role as the reserve asset of last resort. It is not replacing the dollar, but hedging its dominance, becoming the asset that balances multipolar fragility. The bars moving into official vaults from Warsaw to Beijing are not about chasing price; they are about reclaiming monetary independence in a world where trust is the scarcest currency left.

Gold’s rise, in other words, isn’t a rebellion against the dollar. It’s the foundation of a new equilibrium where no one nation’s promise is sacred and only tangible sovereignty holds value.

Don’t think that won’t happen. I see the headline “Rogue AI kills all factory staff in bloodbath!”. Human sociopaths have already reached that conclusion, hence, the Agenda. Said sociopaths, are, almost by definition, machines in human form.

Having said that, Amazon is modern day slavery at the level of its warehouse operations. It is indistinguishable from slavery in practice. One might as well be a slave of yore, grabbing pitch from a tar patch and carrying it, by hand, to the point of use. Good riddance. Let the machines move the packages. Set 600,000 free.

  59. This is Tino’s bailiwick, but I will give some amateur comments on it.

I am not educated or expert in what Savage is speaking to. I am not on a carnivore diet. But I do eat red meat, eggs, butter, salt to taste my foods…and take zero prescriptions. I just do what works for me. 90 essential nutrients taken every day by supplementation.

I can’t understand how our early ancestors who ate lots of meat, managed to survive in greater numbers every year to arrive at us, would have done so if it was killing them off.

Now of course I would never eat only red meat. The molecule NEU5GC or not.

I don’t know how such studies he is citing are able to be relied on when human bodies develop so differently based on what mom was eating when growing you.

I would never adjust my diet based on anything except how I feel on the kinds of foods I am eating.

But then again, I went no farther than a BS degree and spent most time in my school years studying the female orgasm…the womanizing wolf I was in those days (no longer). So I can’t speak to what Savage is saying with any more than my own experiences.

Interesting…how he mentions that Christianity is based on/derived from Judaism. Very true, which is why I am not a Christian. It would be a cold day in hell that I pray to a dead Jewish Rabbi.

    My rant for the week…concluded.

    1. OK. Brace yourselves because the answer, which I’ve simplified as best I can, is rooted in difficult complexity.

The problem is that studies don’t mean what he thinks they mean. I’m just further down the pike than he is.

He still thinks the literature is reliable. Not only is there error, and lots of that, individual patient variability doesn’t average out as assumed because complex multi-variable systems (each human) are not amenable to one-variable at a time analysis except in edge cases. This is, in one sentence, what is wrong with medicine and why so many studies yield contradictory results. Even “multi-factorial” analysis has issues. It would take, normally, 8 hours of being locked in a room with naysayers to get them to see the light.

This has to do with a very complicated subject: response surfaces — and medicine is 10 -20 years away from accepting the conclusions. Imagine a 3-d map full of mountains and valleys. Imagine now 1000 maps all similar but with differences, some major, some minor. Each map represents a patient. A valley is health, mountains disease, and where you are and start in the map — and where you are going, matters. Now, along comes the scientist, performs an experiment and averages the differences, the similarities and is flummoxed by the results or reaches the wrong conclusions depending on his sample of patients and his cut thru the complicated response surface. We keep acting as if patients are interchangeable and, that if we get enough of them, that the “errors” will average out. Instead we are mostly clueless of individual patient variability, and that said differences make a mockery of the scientody (science process as opposed to the knowledge), especially where differences, in the map and starting location, can make radical differences in the outcome.

I learned this from an MIT paper which showed a petri dish experiment where three radically different results came from what, at first glance, appeared to be a failure to replicate results. Except all 3 results were correct, just different “cuts” thru a multidimensional surface where variability of how the cell set was treated actually determined the response surface path. This was a hell of a piece of detective work!

      I digress. Back to Savage.

He’s also now in evangelist mode because of his heart attack and flip on statins. (And the cholesterol nonsense. (It is, mostly.)) It’s “God let me do one more Good Thing” because he’s obeying the Jewish commandment to do some Good Works before he pushes up daisies. I don’t blame him, it’s fully understandable. Especially in that he has convinced himself of cholesterol and statins. Never mind the approval study, based approval on a difference between control and experimental of 1 heart attack. Sorry Savage, statins would have had zero effect in preventing your particular heart attack.

      In no particular order:

Globally, he’s not wrong. However: Grass fed free range beef won’t probably give you cancer. Conversely, bacon from classically grain fed pigs will. USDA Select Grade probably won’t. The type of fats in the meat will make a big difference. There’s a reason the Mediterranean diet has good outcomes and is generally easy on the body. This has to do with inflammatory fats and prostaglandins. The simplest critique of “red meat causes cancer” is which “red meat”? Are you draining away the fat? Are you over-cooking it creating surface compounds that are cancer-inducing? Is it on a grill? On a grill over coals? Etc, etc, etc, etc. (This is the Fallacy of the Aggregate. An element like lithium is interchangeable in every atom, Red Meat however, varies dramatically as does the fat profile — fats can be pro-inflammatory or not, etc)

Which of these two animals would likely give you colon cancer? Left or Right. I suggest the Left one, you will sail healthily into the sunset while the Right one will do you damage.

Having said that, the colon cancer disaster is almost certainly sitting at the feet of the mRNA vaxx. Of course, nutrition of the younger generation is far, far worse than any of us can imagine.

No, generally speaking a high meat diet will not destroy the kidneys. The kidneys are (a) designed to filter and (b) remove the very nitrogen he was complaining about. Of course if you are going to carnivore, you need to be aerobic. If you push up to the gout level, well, that’s on you.

Hope this helps. I like Savage generally, and his older stuff is reasonably spot on.

ps. On Christianity and Judaism. Well, no. Christianity is one thing, Judaism another and while Christ may have been a Jewish Rabbi, he was both a period — end of Judaism as the culmination of prophecy — and a reproach for the Chosen behaving so poorly. Notice how fiercely the Old Covenant is defended, to the point of not recognizing the New Covenant, despite Christ never (allegedly) calling for the end of the first one. Despite the obvious implications which everyone theologically bends over backwards to avoid. However, there is no such thing as Judeo-Christianity except in the chronological timeline. Vox Day has much to say on the subject. I don’t care much for any of the teachings, but it makes for an interesting read.

On Christianity…someone e-mailed me and said that you may want to consult Romans 15:8 (below). I guess this is in some kind of rebuttal to your claim that Christianity is not a branch of Judaism. Whatever. It’s all fine as I don’t practice either one.

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers

  60. A new study quantifying the “carbon hoofprint” of US city-dwellers has sparked the predictable chorus of demands for dietary control. The research suggests halving meat consumption, particularly beef, to meet climate goals.

This narrative, heavily promoted by global elites and organizations like the WEF, reeks of hypocrisy and a deliberate disregard for personal liberty. While think tanks and billionaires like Bill Gates—who invests in synthetic meat alternatives and owns vast farmland—lecture the public on sacrifice, their own habits tell a different story.

The same class that dines on steak at Davos, flies private jets across continents, and powers multiple mega-mansions now presumes to dictate what the common citizen can put on their plate. This is not about saving the planet; it is about consolidating control and engineering a compliant society under the guise of climate action.

The attack on beef is a strategic opening gambit. It targets a staple of the Western diet, a symbol of prosperity and personal choice. The climate zealots, armed with skewed data and moral superiority, seek to dismantle traditional food systems, making populations dependent on their patented, lab-grown substitutes.

This study, while highlighting systemic supply chain issues, ultimately points the finger at individual behavior, absolving the real architects of energy and agricultural policy of their failures. The true agenda is not environmental stewardship, but social engineering. The push to restrict beef consumption is a direct assault on consumer freedom, orchestrated by a class that exempts itself from the austerity it demands of others.

The resistance to this overreach is not just about a steak; it is about the fundamental right to choose one’s own sustenance without coercion from unaccountable elites.
