the Empire explores Strategic fiscal digital Pathways As we await global Re-funding news

Salve, Citizens

As the world continues to accept the inevitable fate of change, we have to act quickly now to briefly suggest crypto projects that are highly likely to benefit from rapid demands for their uses should on-chain dollars achieve anticipated mainstream adoption.

For decades, the American government has used “dollar hegemony,” allowing the U.S. to influence global trade, finance, and economics. This consists of oil pricing in USD, sanctions, and international payments. Recently, this “tool” has been becoming less effective due to rising deficits and geopolitical tensions. But what if there was a way to regain the idea with some digital tweaks? Would you believe it possible?

Our own government is betting that it is. In fact, the fate of the nation is perhaps riding on this bet.

With one move to normalize dollar-backed stablecoins in payments, it could create persistent demand for U.S. Treasuries and solidify the dollar’s global dominance for the next century. Supporters view it as a financial Bretton Woods 2.0; a key step toward ending reliance on foreign creditors and winning the currency war.

China seeks the yuan to dominate, while Russia seeks an end to dollar supremacy. The BRICS coalition—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—works on alternatives to the USD. Consequently, the dollar’s reign is uncertain, having declined over 10% from its early 2025 highs, marking one of its largest drop-offs in 20 years. The USD losing its present status would be catastrophic.

  • Imports would skyrocket in costs as electronics, cars, clothes and semiconductors would no longer be priced in dollars. Those markets alone are around $4T in volume.
  • The US military budget would be harder to maintain at the present levels, as the borrowing costs to do so would skyrocket.
  • US savings would erode as rising import costs fuel inflation, and foreign investors dumping U.S. debt could trigger turmoil, shrinking retirement accounts and sending interest rates sky-high.

One can remember that when a prosperous nation is threatened with economic disaster, history shows that military solutions often are used in an attempt to forestall it. With hydrogen bombs at the ready and delivered within an hour, this option would certainly be effective – there would be nobody left to complain about prices.

Assuming for the moment that cooler heads will prevail, let’s consider the possibly less bellicose pathway to maintain US Dollar Hegemony for the next 100 years or so.

The strategy focuses on redirecting capital into a regulated stablecoin stack large enough to recycle into T‑bills, which would keep U.S. funding costs low and reduce foreign leverage over Treasuries. Currently, foreign governments hold about $8 to $9 trillion of U.S. Treasury securities, with Japan, the U.K., and China among the top holders, so there is a vulnerability to be overcome with this.

The Genius Act now becomes vital here. The Act is the framework for the US Dollar backed stable coins, serving as a pivotal component in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital currencies. It effectively hard-wires dollar-backed stablecoins into both the American and global financial system, establishing a robust foundation that aims to stabilize and legitimize these digital assets. By mandating 100% reserves in cash and Treasuries, the Act ensures that these stablecoins are fully backed, which instills confidence among investors and users alike. Furthermore, the requirements for full transparency and stringent licensure are designed to promote accountability and trust, mitigating the risks associated with unregulated cryptocurrencies. As the financial world increasingly leans towards digitization, the Genius Act plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the monetary system while facilitating innovation and growth in the sector.

This Act could unleash $4 trillion of institutional capital into tokenized dollars—creating a permanent bid for U.S. debt and solidifying the dollar’s dominance for the next century.

And now, as the Romans would want to know…QVE BONO

The issuers, of course. But also the railsmoney marketsand yield platforms that will move, lend, and price these digital dollars.

So now it becomes critical for the hoi polloi to do two things. Move first, and, secondly, move into ideas that will likely benefit greatly from the above.

Here are five we would suggest you explore for that purpose. We will not explain at length the reasons why these are good projects to be involved to ride the anticipated upward wave described above. You all should take on the task of doing your own research before committing risk capital to any market. Never depend on word alone for this.

  • Sky Protocol (SKY): Decentralized Stablecoin Governance
  • Hedera (HBAR): Enterprise/Regulatory-Grade Issuance
  • Solana (SOL): High-Throughput Commerce Rail
  • Pendle (PENDLE): Turn Stablecoin Yield Into a Market
  • Aave (AAVE): Money Market for On-Chain Dollars

All are currently at pretty good buy prices.

Regulated stable-coin issuance is most likely going to be part of a strategic plan to maintain USD reserve status in the face of multi-polar competition. The risk v. reward metrics for taking a chance on the above scenarios are too good to pass up.

There are indeed other ideas that will be key, but for now we will limit our suggestions to these.

Good luck!

At this time we have been informed that additional time will be needed before a new update on Global Release efforts can be given. Stand by for further news.

Thank you all, again, for your continuing comments, remarks, opinions, questions and wonderments. All are read and appreciated.

  5. Remember, not only is global warming not caused by CO2, we need more CO2 to repair the planetary ecosystem. Which means we also need more methane.

In any event, our solutions are not only insufficient and injurious, they are antilife. Which is not surprising given sociopaths.

The latest backfire, which was remarkable downplayed but is getting new life:

    Bovaer Scandal in Denmark

The enzyme inhibitor drug Bovaer has been mandatory for use in Danish cows since October 1st.

Now, many cows are collapsing, and some have had to be euthanized.

Newsweek 12/24: “Bovaer, a cow feed additive given a green light by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the U.S. for reducing methane emissions, is facing a battle for public acceptance as experts assure opponents it is safe.

Bovaer is a new feed additive that claims to significantly reduce the emission of methane, a greenhouse gas that is driving climate change, in dairy cows. “

  9. London Throws in the Towel by Vox Day

One of Clown World’s senior mouthpieces, The Times, indicates that London and Brussels have given up any hope of winning their proxy war in Ukraine.

It is bitter to say, but Kiev will not last until spring. Despite all the encouraging words from the EU, there is simply no money or desire to continue to defend Ukraine.

Like others in the West, I admire the steadfastness of Ukrainians in their long, often inventive struggle against the Russians. However, with the approach of winter, Vladimir Zelensky‘s chances of holding out are melting before our eyes. Money for weapons, medicine and heat for Ukraine is running out. The Western will to support the conflict is fading. The defense of Kiev as an independent capital is no longer considered a strategic priority.

A different picture may emerge when looking at the rhetoric of European officials — the same von der Leyen calls on Europe to “fight for its values and the right to self—determination” – or at the lively actions at the front and in diplomatic corps. American sanctions are hitting Rosneft and Lukoil, trying to undermine the economic basis of the Putin regime.

But none of the above changes the course of the conflict much.

It will probably be another six months before Clown World bows to the inevitable, another half-year of needless suffering and death in Ukraine and unnecessary economic damage to the Western economies, but the end is now in sight.

Putin and the Russian generals have been very patient, and very cautious, as befits the heirs of Kutuzov, but the time will come when the mass Zhukovian offensive will be launched and it will probably be much larger than any Western analyst expects.

  29. He Wasn’t Wrong by Vox Day

Twenty-five years ago, the Atlanta Braves pitcher John Rocker wrote an impassioned observation about the decline of New York.

“Imagine having to take the 7 Train to the ballpark looking like you’re riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids. It’s depressing. The biggest thing I don’t like about New York are the foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get in this country?”

He was roundly condemned for this by the national media, by Major League Baseball, and was even forced to undergo professional counseling for the thought crime of noticing the consequences of the foreign invasion the city was undergoing. And now, with what appears to be the imminent election of a socialist Muslim born in Uganda to the highest elective office in New York City, he’s taking a well-earned victory lap.

25 years ago I criticized New York for its rapid decline into a third world country. I was forced to undergo Psychological Counseling, as if I were the crazy one. 25 years later, the city is voting in a muslim socialist for mayor.

This is an object lesson for all of the puritanical goodthinkers and immigration fetishists who drank the equalitarian Kool-Aid. Those Cassandras you condemned for being “crazy” and “racist” and “bigoted” were right all along. All of history, recent and ancient, clearly testifies to the obvious fact that if you permit a sufficient number of foreigners to enter your country, they will change it to suit their preferences with absolutely no respect for what was there before them.

The equalitarian ideology has failed. The Enlightenment has failed. Multiculturalism and anti-racism have failed. Immigration is a clear, present, and existential danger to most of the nations of the West.

If you are still having trouble understanding the concept, ask an American Indian to explain it to you.

  30. OpenAI’s $11.5B Quarterly Loss Quietly Revealed in Microsoft’s Earnings

    TLDR
Buried in Microsoft’s latest SEC filings is a bombshell: OpenAI reportedly lost $11.5 billion last quarter, based on equity accounting. Microsoft, which owns 27% of OpenAI, recorded a $3.1B hit to its own income—revealing just how expensive AGI development has become. Despite surging revenue, OpenAI is burning cash at unprecedented scale.

    SUMMARY
In its earnings report for the quarter ending September 30, Microsoft revealed a $3.1 billion impact to its income from OpenAI-related losses. Given Microsoft owns a 27% stake, this implies OpenAI posted a staggering $11.5 billion net loss—in just one quarter.

This accounting comes from Microsoft’s use of equity method reporting, which ties its own financials to OpenAI’s actual profit or loss, rather than estimated valuations. The revelation shows how rapidly OpenAI’s spending has outpaced its revenue—reportedly just $4.3 billion in the first half of 2025.

The financial hit also confirms that Microsoft has now funded $11.6 billion of its $13 billion commitment to OpenAI. Despite the losses, Microsoft’s overall quarterly profit still hit $27.7 billion, highlighting Big Tech’s unmatched capacity to bankroll the AI race.

While OpenAI has not commented, the figure marks a critical moment in the AI boom—where ambition, infrastructure scale, and financial risk have converged on a trillion-dollar trajectory.

    KEY POINTS

    • OpenAI lost an estimated $11.5 billion in a single quarter, based on Microsoft’s 27% stake and its $3.1B income impact.
    • Microsoft uses equity accounting, meaning OpenAI’s real losses affect Microsoft’s financial results directly.
    • OpenAI’s reported revenue for H1 2025 was $4.3 billion, underscoring how quickly expenses are growing.
    • Microsoft has now funded $11.6B of its $13B total commitment to OpenAI—this amount was not previously disclosed.
    • The financial hit didn’t faze Microsoft, which posted $27.7B in net income last quarter, absorbing the loss with ease.
    • OpenAI’s massive losses signal the scale of AI infrastructure investment, likely tied to model training, data centers, and agent deployment.
    • This disclosure highlights the funding realities of the AI race, as OpenAI aims for a future $1T IPO amid ballooning R&D costs.
    • The Register frames this as a reminder that Big Tech is still driving the AI bubble—with deep pockets and long-term bets.

Basically, if you back-calculate the N-antibody testing, the Pfizer approval study craps out as a total fraud on regulators. I can’t see anything wrong with the argument. Also, the result could not have happened by accident. It was deliberate.

This means it was fraud start to finish. An engineered outcome. By extension, it probably implies that all the non-Pfizer DNA/mRNA vaxxes were probably frauds and for the same reason. They failed the Reality Test of “Do They Work”. Which is NO.

Literally everyone involved with the control structure of these studies at Pfizer need to be in the docket. And then select members across corporate and government need to end up in a Nuremburg Crimes Against Humanity Docket.

    1. Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) is making waves by calling for the repeal of the 16th Amendment — the constitutional basis for federal income tax — and the abolition of the IRS itself. His statement ignites a national debate over how government revenue could function in a new, asset-backed financial system.

💬 NEWS: Davidson’s proposal echoes long-standing movements to replace income tax with consumption-based or flat-tax models — a concept gaining traction as the dollar system faces restructuring pressures.

      1. The misunderstood meaning of and reason for the 16th Amendment continues to proliferate through our congress and courts causing so much confusion that we have representatives not understanding why repealing the 16th is not needed to get rid of taxes on wages.

The US Congress always had the power to tax income.

The 16th was passed to clarify that taxes on income are excise taxes.

There are two classes of taxes in the United States. Direct Taxes, which are always on THE PROPERTY ITSELF. And Excise Taxes, which are NEVER ON PROPERTY. Excises are assessed on something that takes place. Like wagers, distillation and sales of alcohol, sales of ammunition, guns, gasoline, or any such event the Feds grant license to happen. The tax is on the happening of something. The INCOME from such activity is used to measure the amount of tax.

If the Feds wanted to tax, for instance, all the alcohol in your house, that would be a tax on your PROPERTY. It would require that tax to be apportioned among the states. Someone would come along and inspect your beer cave, assess a tax and report it to the state tax collector who would collect the taxes and send it to the Feds.

So from the above you can see there can be confusion if the Feds wanted to tax something that produced income. Like a house, a stock, a cow, a business. Without the 16th Amendment, someone could come along and claim that a Fed tax on their cow income is unconstitutional because it is a direct tax on the cow, requiring apportionment. The Feds would claim no, it’s a tax on the milking of the cow and sales of the milk.

Which is it? Without the 16th, the courts would strike down the tax as an unapportioned tax on property because the issue is unclear and vagueness is always going to void a law in favor of the person injured.

So, the 16th Amendment was passed to clarify that taxes on income are EXCISES. As such, no apportionment is needed. The property is not the object of an excise tax. The activity is.

To end income tax on wages in the US, Congress would simply repeal the provisions that the IRS uses (incorrectly) to collect taxes on wages. However…

Since income taxes are excises, the income tax you pay has to be assessed on your occupation (once again, an action). Is there such a tax on your particular occupation? If not, the Feds owe you one hell of a refund. But, good luck getting any Federal court to rule in your favor because they will, without a doubt, rule that the “16th Amendment authorized the income tax”. Mass retardation.

        It’s a real mess.

        1. It’s such a snarl of meanings that I merely observe that Lincoln’s income tax was ruled unconstitutional.

But let’s say the Constitution authorized it, arguendo.

The solution is a complete ban of it and an Amendment that removes all wage and investment income from federal taxation, and caps anything the States do at 7.5% sales tax.

This then removes $200B in compliance costs yearly, and off into the Sunset we Ride.

Oh, and all the damnable recurring property taxes go. A recurring tax is simply another name for rent and means that I don’t own my property. Owning it means removing it from .gov claws.

I hope a similar deal process is underway with Elders. The resources they command, if well used and kept out of the hands of money grubbing usury goblins, would do immense good for humanity.

  53. Why do we pay these people? Why do their positions even exist anymore?

Government has been shut down for almost a month and the sky is still above and the earth below, and everyone is moving about in their daily lives.

Humanity is moving towards a more efficient means of management. It’s time these bloviating, inefficient, anachronisms of an earlier age be done away with. Society changes its tastes for material things almost yearly. Yet, we manage key societal functions with 100+ year-old processes costing us dearly and allowing too many powerful monopolies the back door entry to skew things as they wish.

Get rid of the House and Senate. Let the people simply vote for the leadership of the Chief Executive, and base that position on modern key metrics of performance. You perform, you can run again for office. You don’t, then off the ballot you go. Local state governments can deal with issues of their states. Federal metrics can be pruned down to macro management of the overall health, safety and welfare of the nation as a whole. The Executive can set up departments as needed to oversee critical national functions, and manage them.

When was the last time your representative asked you if you wanted to fight a war, raise your tax, increase pay for politicians, build this, that or the other, admit millions into the country through a hole in the border fence? They don’t represent you. Why bother?

Standing still in this life is a surefire way to get nowhere. Nothing represents this more than Congress as presently operating.
