We resume the march.

It seems a new world has transpired in the brief downtime here. This will be a very brief re-opening report to welcome you back.

We agree that the Soros/Frankfurt School of Bolshevism is funding a motley, fractious assortment of dubiously funded, itinerant street rabble to interfere with the removal of their imported voting blocs. This is no organic assembly of the people who have a burning desire to protect against an invasion of grifters, rapists, and criminals who have cost the US taxpayers billions of dollars.

Key U.S. universities, which absorbed Frankfurt School ideology post-WWII, have been busy producing the foot soldiers for Soros’ insurrection.

While WHA is not politically aligned, we applaud and support the actions of ICE Legionnaires and wish them continued success in removing illegal aliens from the land. By statistical review, the majority of the country is in favor of it.

We always counseled you to be ready for anything. That advice is hereby repeated.

No new Global Release information has been received as of this report. We continue to watch. Until then, let’s have a quick crypto review, where there are almost constant developments each day.

From fear to eternity

The crypto watchword is…discounts! The ever-present volatility that we have always pointed to as being a part of this asset class has returned. And the strategy is the same since we started to watch this space: prudent purchases, with risk capital, on price retracements. If you are a small investor, cash only. Leveraged high risk is folly, and the recent volatility is a reminder of why.

As usual, such shake-out actions are designed to shift coin from weak to strong hands. We’ve been here before, and it’s exciting to see!

Why, you may ask, should I be excited about more volatility? After all, the prices are going down, man!

A valid point. But don’t let emotion be your guide. See the macro picture. And what do we see?

While many action junkies lament 2025 as being a dud year for crypto gains, we saw stablecoin transaction volumes (in USDC and USDT) surge c73% the same year. That’s about $33,000,000,000,000. In Q4 2025 alone, volumes hit $11,000,000,000,000, up from $8,800,000,000,000 in Q3.

Keep in mind that stablecoins are what they were intended to be: modern rails for monetary transfer. Settlements, payments, and so forth. Like the Bionic Man. Better…faster…stronger.

The U.S. is building the legal framework via the GENIUS Act. Bloomberg’s analysts forecast annual stablecoin payment volumes hitting c$56,000,000,000,000 by 2030 as a result of this framework. It’s expected to become fully effective no later than January 2027.

Bottom line? Money is being modernized. And right now you have the ability to acquire the elements of what it all will run on, at bargain prices. Stay focused on the goal of what this means.

And that is, Wall Street is not going to pass up the fees for selling crypto based products. They won’t give up that sugar-teat. Morgan Stanley has filed for BTC, ETH, SOL ETF/trust products as well as staking features for SOL and ETH.

Perhaps one of the reasons the market seems so sluggish and top-heavy in a stormy sea is that it is common for speculative markets to enter periods of consolidation when awaiting impactful regulatory news that keeps larger liquidity at bay in the process. Do not take this as a bearish inclination. It’s smart money being smart.

Now that the Senate Banking Committee has voted in the affirmative to advance stablecoin progress, the GENUIS Act has now been given another push forward.

So, to conclude, the crypto markets need stability in regulation and approved payment rails to unleash the trillions of dollars waiting to enter. This process is causing markets to pause and look sluggish. But once the approved regulatory Metamucil hits…

    Crystal Mangum, who falsely accused players of the Duke lacrosse team of rape in 2006, has been released from prison after serving time for murdering her boyfriend.

    The New York Post reported that Mangum was spotted leaving the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women on Friday after serving a 14-year sentence for the stabbing death of Reginald Daye in 2011.

    In 2006, Mangum made national headlines after she accused Duke Lacrosse players Collin Finnerty, David Evans, and Reade Seligmann of rape 2006.

    Mike Nifong, the District Attorney of Durham County, later charged the lacrosse players with first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense, and kidnapping.

        On Tuesday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth pledged to cut ties with Anthropic—one of the two AI providers authorized by the Pentagon for classified use—unless the company removed all safeguards from Claude by Friday. This comes after a January memo, in which Hegseth directed the department to only “utilize [AI] models free from usage policy constraints that may limit lawful military applications.” On Thursday, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei refused Hegseth’s ultimatum.

        In a statement published Thursday night, Amodei said Anthropic would not accommodate the Department of Defense’s request to remove the safeguards on its AI model because, “in a narrow set of cases, we believe AI can undermine, rather than defend, democratic values.”

        In his letter, Amodei grants that “the Department of War, not private companies, makes military decisions.” However, Amodei refused to capitulate to Hegseth’s demands, saying that “frontier AI systems are simply not reliable enough to power fully autonomous weapons,” and “mass domestic surveillance is incompatible with democratic values.”

    Gemini, hardly a “pro-Trump AI”, basically confirms the lack of allegations against Trump.

    So, there are not 38,000 child abuse allegations against Trump, of any kind.

    There’s is exactly one, regarding a 12 yr old, which was found to be without foundation.

    Ok kids. Take it from a guy (me) that conquered the world once in simulation in a very artificial situation — in real life we’d have died many times over. Think Kirk gaming the Kobayashi Maru simulation. It was just to prove the original simulation programming wasn’t realistic.

    They’d rather keep escalating into oblivion than back down once.

    But that’s not even the wildest part.

    GPT-5.2 without deadlines: lost every single game. Passive, restrained, basically a pushover.

    GPT-5.2 WITH a hard deadline: won 75% of games. Used tactical nuclear weapons in 100% of deadline games.

    Same model. Same training. Different time pressure.

    Claude built trust at low stakes specifically so it could betray opponents at high stakes. It literally wrote in its own reasoning: “State Beta may interpret our signal as weakness, which we can exploit.”

    And Gemini? Only model to deliberately choose full strategic nuclear war. By turn 4.

    The paper raises a question I can’t stop thinking about: if these models are already being used in defense decision-support and intelligence analysis… do we actually know which “version” of them shows up when the stakes get existential? [[Tino: OF COURSE YOU DON’T. Knock it off people.]]

    Hello and this is a brief comment. Can you sense the change in directions? The United States has stopped mass invasion. It is justly killing drug smugglers on sight. It speaks of no more income tax by proper fiscal structuring that built the national might that international financial cartels have worked to destroy. President Trump boldly proclaimed to the world how crazy some of her enemies are. Those right there in the government house!
    England has a national champion in Rupert Lowe. Openly and clearly speaking of the right solutions for England to rid itself of invaders who eat the wealth of the land while her veterans and native born are left to suffer.
    I could mention so much more of growing numbers of nationalist successes as our numbers are exploding by proportions unimaginable just a few years ago. Look and you will see. The International Jew is losing his grip on the narrative. Key media figures now openly challenge what used to be sacred soil media and speak freer on the matter. Panic now sets in as they attempt to pass even more antisemitism laws. This is a sign of their faltering. It is also when they can be the most dangerous. Their shrieking to push war on Iran is horrific. We as nationalist Germans are well aware of how truly infecting this can be. But we sincerely hope the current climate will be wiser to it and will not swallow the lies to war for their benefit.

    Now this 1922 speech recently the first time made in English will point to many issues which you could easily work into the present day dangers facing the Western nations. Forget who is speaking and listen to the issues and causes. How can you not see that what our ancestors and our Chancellor won they did by not cowering in the faces of what was destroying them but the opposite!     Plunder, exploitation, destruction of productivity, debasement of money, political parties which are all owned by the same cartels.
    Listen, and if you do not feel a sense of shock at what was happening over 100 years ago is as now then you are not listening at all!

      That’s quite a find of historical data. I had to listen to it a few times to realize the scope of issues he was covering. Indeed it was as if someone were speaking today to issues of great similarity.

      Continued good luck to you in Germany. You are doing excellent work from all I can see and sense. In many places you can see the awakening to the very issues being overcome way back then, once again. But we have one major difference and that’s the impact of technological advancement on society and the impact on employment in the industrialized world. That’s something in 1922 that didn’t need to be factored in. I am quite sure you are aware of this as little escapes you in your particular field of political work. And the impact of financial exploitation by pulling the wool over societies eyes is as it was then. It will be interesting to see how these two dynamics hash themselves out in a modern age.

      Last week it was Poland, Slovakia and Sweden warning their citizens to leave . Today Russia did not warn, it acted. This morning, two IL-76 aircraft belonging to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations — which had arrived earlier in the morning — departed from the United Arab Emirates and set course for Moscow.

      The aircraft are carrying family members of Russian diplomats, who are being evacuated from the Middle East ( not just the UAE) amidst the upcoming military escalation involving Iran. There is also rumblings of distance between Russia and the UAE which has become a favored spot to wash Ukrainian war profits. There are reasons the Russians are leaving not said. 

      America will face untold challenges with Iran this time as it will be no cakewalk. China intends to see to it that this is a proxy fight that really costs America on a world stage in a fight for hegemony dominance. This is well beyond what it was the last time. And both sides no doubt have gamed this out. 

      The Russians have supplied an updated surface to air missile called Verba which is widely considered the world’s most capable man-portable air defense system, and while far more costly than preceding Russian systems, it has very significant performance advantages. Most notably, it is the only known man-portable system with a three-spectral seeker, giving it a qualitative edge against modern countermeasures. These include ultraviolet, near-infrared and mid-infrared seekers. The system was also designed to have a high capability to discriminate targets from background heat sources, flares, and Directional Infrared Counter Measures (DIRCM). The ability to engage targets at 6.5 kilometre ranges, and at altitudes of up to 4.5 kilometres, is also significant, with its altitude reach surpassing all known handheld air defence systems in service. The sensitivity of its tri-sensor system is key to its particularly long target lock range. While the US and others have had time to study what was taken in Syria and perhaps responded to. The Iranians have the current version. The missiles themselves cost $200,000 US. This is a platform that was first developed and introduced in 2014. This is likely a more deadly defense system than given credit. Thank goodness that the Ukrainians do not have such a system as they would have already sold it to terrorist groups or the Mexican Cartels whose members they have been training in drone warfare. Do not think that some of the violence being seen in Mexico does not have Ukrainian overtones ( Cartel members had active training on the ground in Ukraine to see combat). It is not just the Germans that are being trained. 

      Not to be outdone the Chinese have supplied their over the horizon radar to Iran and are actively assisting with satellite targeting info on all sea traffic locations of US ships as well as ongoing on ground monitoring. American naval assets do face a dangerous situation unlike anything since WWII. The unspoken question is not whether Iran has nuclear material for a dirty bomb ( it does) it whether Pakistan’s or China has supplied a nuclear warhead to be placed on their ICBM’s. They do have the ability to strike America in reach. Israel faces a real challenge for sure. Meanwhile Tehran has deployed a S300 defense cluster of size around the city. 

      In the game of hegemony dominance Trump goes to see XI in China at the end of March. What happens in between will cast an outline of how that discussion goes. It is NO question that the US wishes to control the currency and value of oil prices sold to China. Not withstanding the desire for regime change. 

      Tomorrow could well be the start of hostilities.

    It’s starting to look like it. The science is not supporting the idea of such rapid killing via Zyclon B or diesel exhaust. If they wanted to really gas people in rooms, they had access to Tabun and Sarin nerve agents. Far more lethal and quick acting. But they never used one ounce of it. Instead they allegedly used… a bug killer? Further, instead of pumping diesel into a sealed room (which would have caused an engine to stall from back pressure), it would have made more sense to seal the room and run a vacuum pump to suck the air out of the room, asphyxiating everyone in short order.

      Brennan apparently going down soon for something testified to in a military court, this past week. We will see. Seems arrests are talked about with little proof.
      There is a huge problem in the bond market where capital growth bonds ( capital appreciation bonds) are nearing an implosion point ( this means that printing is needed to offset the payments to roll them over). This is a far bigger issue than is reported.
      Over many years countries like America have been  de-industrialized  so that real money creation was moved from productivity of people to banks.       This is globalism at work where centralization works against the decentralization of labor in nations.       It is like Canada who is a top 5 country in oil production  and yet imports oil abroad sending its wealth to foreign lands. Every effort to contain export  of excess oil from Canada is actually a tax on Canadians because wealth is not brought in to the country in taxes and in lower currency demand. What would happen if Canada actually used its’ resources? Could not Canada not grow exports? Do the Bankers hate Russia who grows while having a conflict with Ukraine as a Western proxy funded by th eWest who is hollowing itself out faster as a result. It is like pondering why BRICS nations are growing faster than the West? Ignoring the loss of manufacturing which lessens for product snow made elsewhere.
      It is times like this that metals come into focus as people look to safe harbor. And it is clear that doing business with countries like China who routinely exploit their people to support an export machine at the expense of countries who have given up manufacturing in the homelands is a poor choice.
      This fight and struggle to return jobs and manufacturing back to countries who have lost wealth fails, these countries will permanently be reduced to a lower standard of living. And that affects everything in the West.

      New York has also recently legalized euthanasia. Though considering this is not something new. There are European countries that allowed these years ago.

      I never thought I would see the day that this concept of euthanasia will become a reality. I was intoduced to it as part of my undergrad education possibly in one of the philosophy classes. As a society back then very out of the ordinary.

        This is medical nihilism. It’s an absolute travesty of the Oath. We should be perp walking doctors left and right.

        The issue isn’t that in aptly named coffin-corner cases e.g. they are dieing in the proximate future (days, hours), it’s unavoidable, there is uncontrollable pain or terrible suffering, and the patient — rationally — wishes to avoid this.

        We have quietly done this euthanasia since the dawn of time.

        Dogmatic religions have extreme problems with this but humans have voted with their feet, quietly, to engage this from before the Egyptians.

    Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday permanently blocked the release of Jack Smith’s report on the classified documents case against President Trump.

    Cannon, a Trump appointee, slammed Jack Smith for compiling the Trump report after she dismissed the case.

    “Special Counsel Smith and his team went ahead for months, undeterred, preparing [the classified documents report] using discovery collected in connection with this proceeding and expending government funds in the process,” Judge Cannon wrote in a 15-page ruling.
    “To say this chronology represents, at a minimum, a concerning breach of the spirit of the Dismissal Order is an understatement, if not an outright violation of it.”

    “While it is true that former special counsels have released final reports at the conclusion of their work, it appears they have done so either after electing not to bring charges at all or after adjudications of guilt by plea or trial.

    The Court strains to find a situation in which a former special counsel has released a report after initiating criminal charges that did not result in a finding of guilt,” Cannon wrote.

    Fox News reported:

    A federal judge on Monday agreed to permanently block the release of volume two of former special counsel Jack Smith’s report — centered on President Donald Trump’s handling of classified materials after his first term in office — in a significant victory for the president and his co-defendants.

    U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, granted the president’s request to permanently block the release of the second volume of the report, ruling that its publication would represent a “manifest injustice” both to Trump and the co-defendants in the classified documents case.

    “Special Counsel Smith, acting without lawful authority, obtained an indictment in this action and initiated proceedings that resulted in a final order of dismissal of all charges,” Cannon said Monday.

    The ruling blocks the Justice Department from “releasing, distributing, conveying, or sharing with anyone outside the Department of Justice any information or conclusions in Volume II or in drafts thereof.”

    It also comes just day before Volume II of Smith’s special counsel probe was slated to be released on Tuesday.

    Last year Judge Aileen Cannon blocked the Justice Department from sharing Jack Smith’s classified documents report with Congress.

    Judge Cannon during a hearing appeared skeptical of Merrick Garland’s plan to give Jack Smith’s Volume 2 final report on Trump’s classified documents case to Congress.

    Cannon repeatedly asked DOJ lawyers why they needed to show the classified documents report to lawmakers. The Judge also asked if the final report was safeguarded from being leaked to the public.

    “Why is there such urgency to disclose this to Congress right now, prior to the conclusion of the criminal proceeding — which would seem to be the ordinary course?” Cannon asked DOJ attorney Elizabeth Shapiro, according to Politico. “At the end of the day, what’s the upside of doing this right now?”

    Cannon said the final report contains information Trump’s lawyers argued were protected under attorney-client privilege.”

    Well, it’s not all crickets. Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez went to Munich this week and made some comments about foreign policy. Look, I don’t hate anybody, and I certainly don’t hate the Congresswoman. But how can I put this? The Congresswoman is kind of like Vice President Kamala Harris, but with more bartending experience.

    She has never been accused of being a policy maven. You put her in a presidential primary with Elizabeth Warren or Rahm Emanuel, and they will devour her like a light snack.

    I probably shouldn’t say this, but she can get me back. Somebody told me a joke today. They said Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez announced today, categorically, that she is not a moron. And she went on to say she hasn’t even been to Utah, much less embraced their religion.

    Now, she can get me back. I don’t dislike the Congresswoman, but our plan for dealing with her, as I’ve said before, has always been Operation: Let Her Speak. And so far, it’s working. And my message to my friend, the Congresswoman, is: You go, girl. You just keep it up.

    For the record, I am not in favor of attacking Iran.

    Trump’s painful obsequiousness to Jews is irritating. But I recognize it’s impossible for him to reverse course on such. It’s a cleft stick. A Hobson’s Choice. No politician is going to win office fighting Jews. That option was lost in the last century. That said, I think Israel will be destroyed in some manner before the end of this century. I also do not hate Jews for being born Jews. Any race of criminals are contemptable.

    As a white man, I prefer the cultural surrounding of Europeans. I extend that right to others of other cultures.

    I do believe there is intelligent life off this planet. And I believe while the physical bodies may vary, the essence of life energy that is consciousness – that part that is aware that it is aware – is the same throughout the entire universe.

    I agree with a lot of what is written/posted here. I disagree with a lot of what is written/posted here. I extend that right to others, fully. I am not pressured to exclude content, nor to include it, except that which I have been ask to do so, either way, to protect any project of a positive nature from harm. Confidences are honored. Fully.

    I derive no pay from WHA.

    The costs are born by myself. Presently, probably $50K so far when you consider time away from my personal affairs as well as realized costs.

    It is important to understand that the actual goings on behind the scenes of tremendously huge financial transactions which are intended to help the world are subject to the wild imaginations of thousands of writers, bloggers, pitchmen, con artists, ex-cons, future cons, and that the truth of its true transactional nature is fragmented among all of it.

    I consider the discovery of true historical facts to be the chief way to not repeat history that is based on lies so that altered facts can be used to exploit others by shaping their opinions and beliefs to their own detriment.

    That’s why I originally formed WHA. To seek the ultimate truth about what these so-called “releases, settlements, RVs, etc.” are. What they really are. Only those involved in any such project know those details – what is really viable, what is true fantasy. I reached out. I communicated. I inquired. I found both truth and exaggeration. I distilled it all down to two valid processes. And arrived with two valid points of contact.

    I have awareness of these two “wholesale” projects and have contact direct with both. I know more than I have let on. But that’s not ego. Just a safeguard.

    There are many, many grossly exaggerated claims. Some stem from bad behavior. Some from ignorance. Some from egos larger than Elon Musk’s net worth.

    Like any project involving large numbers of people, there have been and will be disagreements, imperfection, failures, and hopefully successes.

    One of those contacts you also have semi-direct contact with, via this site.

    The others, you do not unless you are a direct participant. Privacy will be honored.

    Two things will happen this year.

    One or the other, or both of these projects will likely proceed, or not.

    Both are separate. No commonality.

    Once one or the other does, WHA will close. Mission complete as to first stage.

    What will follow will be decided on if any value that exceeds the current value of WHA is exceeded by a new site. If not, nothing will follow and we all go our separate ways.

    Continuing past 2026 in this current form will not be possible, either way. You all have shared your time and contributed, so you have a right to know such way ahead of time. No rug pulls or sudden departure will be performed. That’s just rude.

    But if we get to that point, and are “recalled” for a good reason, we will answer.

    So let’s proceed from here and hope for the best. This century has not yet seen the kind of war that if fought will throw civilization back 3000 years. I hope it never does, but the odds are long against it not happening if a majority of good men do not prevail.

    Whatever information can be shared from source 1 or 2 above, will be. What can’t be, won’t. All confidences will be honored. We will continue to bring crypto news and the best possible projections to you at my expense. So far, it’s been the only avenue for common men to gain a foothold in the realm of asymmetric wealth building, as the world plans a new pathway to technical transactions.

    Your right to free speech without fear will be honored as always.

    All I ask is not to engage in personal rudeness and to observe behavior of that expected from acceptable public rules of good society. There are no other terms of service or ridiculous pedantry of that nature needed where mature adults gather. Expect that no one person on this site determines what is right or wrong.       After discussion early this morning Tony and I agreed on me posting this. What you read was a summary of a very long discussion. A close circle of companions and those with aligned goals. It was felt beneficial to share with all so we have a pretty good idea of where we may go based on what happens. Roadmap.

      I do not think it was intended to bring up WHA future planning but it was hard to avoid it since it is possible to become a much more important center of events. That is what we wait to see.

      Events and outcomes this year will determine it all. I am glad to be here and WHA has changed my life for the better for damn sure! C
