Briefing #228

a nation remembers its founding as crypto waits for laws and dynastic elders avoid jaws

When the first shots of the American Revolution were fired at Lexington Green, few, if any, ever thought that a disparate group of fractious colonies without any central control or organized army would ever cast off the political power of England.

England – with the world’s most highly trained army. England – with the world’s largest and most skilled navy.

No attempt will be made to conduct a total review of the conflict. There are many fine documentaries available to satiate such curiosity.

But, briefly consider one battle that almost saw the complete victory of the British at Long Island, which would have destroyed the Continental Army and ended the rebellion, perhaps until such time it would have been reconstituted at a later date in decades past.

August 27, 1776. It was to be the first major engagement after independence was declared. 10,000 Americans faced 20,000 British. Washington was in command for the Americans. The British were commanded primarily by William Howe with Charles Cornwallis and Henry Clinton. All three, experienced and skilled.

The Americans fought bravely, but their officer corps were largely untrained and inexperienced in fighting against British regulars. Lines of communication were spotty. Reconnaissance was lax. It soon showed.

In a Napoleonic move, the British conducted a diversionary attack on their left, while their right found an amateurishly undefended American left flank, which they exploited. American forces were easily outflanked and sent to flight. Five hundred of them were bayonetted by British troops and Hessian mercenaries as they attempted to flee or surrender.

Continental troops who were not killed or captured escaped to a fortified position at Brooklyn Heights. And then, in a scene eerily reminiscent of Dunkirk some 164 years later, Howe ordered his troops to halt, preferring to conduct a siege against the survivors who he considered trapped with their backs to the East River. It would only be a matter of time before they would simply force a surrender under a flag of truce. Perhaps remembering earlier British losses at Breed’s Hill made Howe aware of what Continental troops could do when attacking their fixed fortifications, otherwise he could have ordered a rather costly general advance and possibly ended the revolution that day.

Washington could not attack. He ordered the gathering of every flat-bottomed boat and sloop without delay. A fortuitous fog rolled in to cover early morning movements as the Continental forces were evacuated across the East River, under strict orders to maintain silence.

As dawn came, Washington stepped aboard the last boat, and by 7AM, 9000 surviving Continental troops arrived in Manhattan with no losses during the maneuver.

A sudden lack of observable Continental pickets caused the British to move forward. They were stunned to find an entire army had departed right in front of them.

The British pursued. At Kip’s Bay, the American militia broke and ran. A frustrated, cursing, furious Washington tried to rally his men to no avail. It was beyond a total collapse. Men left the ranks, plundering nearby homes as they deserted.

Washington was on the verge of giving up.

The British would eventually go on to occupy New York City until the war’s end. For another entire year, the British would inflict one loss after another on the Continental Army. Washington’s command would dwindle down to 2500 effectives.

It looked beyond bleak. Disease was rampant. Desertions were ongoing. Spies were everywhere. Supplies were in critically short supply. Over time, many officers openly called for Washington’s replacement.

Washington knew he could not yet defeat the British Army in a stand-up fight in open country. He chose to keep the army intact by whatever means necessary, no matter its size or condition. He knew how important it was. He chose to be Fabian with the army so it could survive.

Washington’s desperately needed victory at Trenton, in December 1776, was largely because the Hessian commander, Rall, ignored a loyalist’s warning of Washington’s troops crossing the Delaware, and a nearby garrison of British regulars went unused because their general was too busy shagging a mistress to be concerned about attacking “2000 starving, sick and undersupplied Continental troops” across the river. Washington then caught the Hessian garrison asleep and hung over, and defeated it.

Luck did play a part in establishing the country.

Washington eventually gained victory by keeping a struggling army together, no matter the circumstances, giving the Continental Congress time to negotiate an alliance with France and giving the colonies much needed finance and material support.

In time, the ranks grew and became trained and disciplined enough to gain a few open-field victories against British regulars. This was due, in part, from one Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier; known by most as the Marquis de Lafayette. And also to the gallantry and skill of one General Benedict Arnold before he defected to the British due to perceived slights over pay and lack of promotion.

England eventually capitulated because the costs of the war were causing political pressure at home, and England by then was essentially engaged in a world war against other nations which was bankrupting the empire.

250 years later, here we are. We now face battles of another kind. Not against Redcoats sent to retain the power of a King, but by monied interests determined to hold their power, using modern tactics of a much more insidious nature; plundering entire nations with far more “tax” than King George ever demanded.

Their ultimate goal is destruction of cultures and their achievements, to be replaced by lowered standards, hatred of longstanding traditions, demonizing of anything threatening to their Bolshevik ideology using standard Kalergi tactics, including the importation of incompatible masses who are incapable of benefitting a nation which achieved higher standards of living than the nations they grabassticly arrived from.

It can be considered that the West is now at a similar moment in time that Colonial Militia were, on Lexington Green, years ago. Remember this: Not all colonials were on board with the rebellion. Most remained loyal to King George.

Victory still came.

So if you feel outnumbered and hopeless, don’t panic. A determined minority, and even a single determined individual, can make the difference.

We see a definite return to structuring our economic foundations on the Hamiltonian model as opposed to the Keynesian one, i.e., production v. consumption. So far it has held up rather well. It initially got us from ragtag colonialists to an industrial giant (without income tax). Then, the bloodsuckers of humanity arrived and changed our focus.

Lastly, in recent remarks, President Trump recently said:

We note here that WHA has been warning of Marxist/Bolshevik/Communist incrementalism in the West and the USA, for years (as have many others).

It’s good to see a head of state in the West speak up on this. If we are, as the president claimed, to never let Communism take effective root, then we will have to face some really hard decisions in the future, because their numbers are increasing at an alarming rate, thanks to Frankfurt School indoctrination of youth.

There has only been one way to deal with Bolsheviks.

Will we? The men at Lexington did.

From Lexington Green to The Sea of Tranquility, and beyond. You gave us a Republic, and I hope we can keep it.

Happy 250th Birthday, USA.

On to the digital revolution…

There is no question now. We are in a solid accumulation zone.

A continuation of lowering prices is based on the same three factors we mentioned in earlier briefings.

  • Post-halving cycle price corrections
  • A.I. IPO Capital re-allocation
  • Legislative uncertainty

Crypto is currently influenced by these three forces working together, all with a similar timeline.

Delays in CLARITY Act timing require some adjustments to timetables, but in no way does it affect the overall expectations of a fifth boom cycle on the horizon.

The legislative support that was expected to arrive by late 2026 is now likely to come in 2027, acting as an amplifier rather than a catalyst. This suggests that the recovery from the downturn will be slower than we initially expected. The boom cycle doesn’t require major legislation to start, as seen in March 2023, but it does need legislation to keep growing. The new sequence appears to be: cycle bottom in late 2026, initial recovery starts, legislation passes in 2027, and boosts the ongoing rally.

What does not change: the boom cycle itself. The structural foundation we have documented — 401(k) access, Fannie Mae mortgage collateral, federal trust charters, and stablecoin payment flows tracking toward $50 trillion — is unaffected by the legislative timeline shifting.

The Fifth Boom Cycle is coming, launching from the strongest institutional demand base in crypto’s history. The legislative catalyst is only delayed but not canceled.

We need to acknowledge the potential risks honestly, as it’s better than providing false comfort. Previous Bitcoin downturns have seen drawdowns of 77-84% from their peaks. If Bitcoin drops 77% from $126,000, it could reach around $29,000. Our main prediction is between $55,000 and $58,000, supported by the 200-week moving average and Bitcoin’s average price, which have acted as strong support in past cycles. However, if these levels do not hold, the risks could lead to lower prices. We are not saying $29,000 will happen, but we recognize it as a possible outcome.

A potential scenario that could significantly alter the timeline involves Trump canceling strikes and advancing peace talks, leading to a durable Iran peace agreement. This would stably reopen the Strait of Hormuz, keep oil prices sustainably below $85, and lower inflation, allowing the Federal Reserve to cut rates in late 2026. If the Fed begins cutting rates in September or October, alongside a crypto market at cycle lows after the halving arc, it would create a strong impact.

But let’s not count on this. Geopolitical resolutions are hard to predict, and the IRGC’s power consolidation in Tehran is a structural obstacle to any deal meeting Trump’s nuclear conditions. However, it could compress our timeline from “late 2026” to “mid-2026” — worth monitoring rather than dismissing. Peace would be a crypto catalyst, with its size dependent on the speed of macro developments.

So, that’s all well and good. Fancy rhetoric is one thing, but practical application is key. Let’s simplify.

Bitcoin below $60,000 suggests we are close to the top of the $55,000-$58,000 accumulation zone we are aiming for. The 200-week moving average, which has been the lowest point in past downturns, and Bitcoin’s average realized price are both meeting in this range. This is the zone we are looking at, not the level we wished to avoid, but the level we have been saving cash to invest in.

If you wish to continue to place funds along a DCA plan, for those with big balls, then a safe approach would be to do so in tranches. Highly disciplined.

One possible way is to take your entire set-asides for crypto speculation and consider entering the first tranche of about 15% at the present price levels as we go to press. The second, of about 55% of your remaining total between $53-58K. The third, which you should hold in reserve, would be entered at a steeper price decline of about $45-$50K if the 200 MA fails to maintain. Should this level fail to materialize, enter the remaining tranche at the $96,000 reclaimed high.

The above should give excellent, well-placed DCA yields with proper downside risk aversion.

The speculators who will profit most from the Fifth Boom Cycle are not the ones who try to time the perfect entry. That is folly. They are the ones who accumulate patiently through the zone and hold onto the helm in the roughest of seas.

Lower price cycles in bear markets (especially in highly disruptive market sectors) are designed to shake out the disbelievers and Kamikaze buccaneers. Your job as a patient and smart speculator is to retrieve the detritus from such and apply the above tranches, or similar to your liking. Controlling emotions is key. Financial markets, especially this one, will eat the brains out of your head before you feel it if you are not disciplined.

If all plays out as it looks like it will, your patience and smart entry strategy will be greatly rewarded.

    1. Three very brave men who saved Western Russia and perhaps most of Europe from becoming a wasteland.

An engineering friend of mine explained what would have happened had that hot core melted down and contacted the water in the basement. It would have all instantly vaporized in a super hot steam explosion that would have destroyed what was left of reactor 4 and reactor 3 next to it, disbursing all of that radioactive material over a very wide area. Entire sections of Russia and Europe would have been rendered uninhabitable for 100 years. It would have completely collapsed the economy of most of Europe and Asia.

The people who caused this reactor accident were given pathetically light sentences.

    1. Aaargh! There’s myth and reality. Bear with me.

      In a nutshell:

No, Raymond Rife witnessed nothing of the kind. Ultrasound cavitation was not something Rife used.

We’ve been using ultrasound cavitation with kidney stones forever. Only recently did we apply it to certain solid tumors. Most notably liver tumors and approval for pancreatic tumors is pending. And the jury is still frankly out on it.

1-Year Overall Survival: In trial participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (primary liver cancer), the 1-year survival rate was 73.3%, and for those with metastatic disease (cancer spread beyond the liver), it was 48.6%

Better than dying immediately and horribly from aggressive liver cancer. It still sucks. But is mostly painless, and generally, with mets , survival is poor in classical therapy, so in context, 48% is a good showing.

      I digress.

Rife was interested in using high frequency EMF. Rife built a machine that didn’t work reliably, in an attempt to replicate a high energy phenomenon that he did, in fact, witness. And then, because he had no understanding of response surfaces (the math had not yet been invented) he mis-interpreted natural reversions conflated with hit-or-miss results as effective therapy. He had just enough results to merit attention, but couldn’t reach repeatable predictability. The rest is magnified in the retelling.

What he achieved was an existence proof. E.g. Yeah, in uncontrolled instances he sent infections and the occasional tumor packing. It can be done. His documentation and records were poor, so really, it’s not like anyone could really follow… and his implementations may have been dirty — e.g. whatever he was doing, the resonance(s) were probably not clean narrow bands — it might have been a destructive cacophony of frequencies — and untold maxima and minima in the phase space was what actually pulled the bacteria or fungi apart. We’ll never know from what was left behind. Lots of experiments needed.

Only recently did a pair of French docs replicate the original work in its correct form and where ignored. Though they saved the patient in question.😎

      To wit:

WAS RIFE RIGHT? A 32-YEAR-OLD INFECTION CURED IN 2 HOURS BY A PLASMA TUBE RADIATION.

      ANDRE BELLOSSI1 , GERARD DUBOST2 , JAMES BARE3 , JOSE LUIS BARDASANO RUBIO4 1 MD – PROFESSOR OF MEDICAL BIOPHYSICS – FRANCE – andre.bellossi@free.fr 2 EMERITUS PROFESSOR OF PYSICS UNIVERSITY OF RENNES 1– FRANCE- dubost.gerard@wanadoo.fr 3 DC – ALBUQUERQUE – NM – US jbare@plasmasonics.com 4 MD – PROFESSOR OF ANATOMOPATHOLOGY – ALCALA DE HENARES- SPAIN

Abstract. We present the case of a dramatic treatment response to a diagnosis conundrum which, after 32 years and more than 60 surgical operations, was cured in less than 3 hours by the radiation of a plasma tube. In 1973 Mrs R. was a 27-year-old woman when the troubles began with a violent pain in her upper maxilla. From this beginning, there were recurrent severe attacks of her state of health followed by multiple surgical operations. Continued failure of medical treatments led to the consideration of successive hypotheses: an infectious rheumatism, then a collagenosis and at the end a diagnosis of Wegener’s granulomatosis led to the prescription of immunosuppressive drugs. In fact her problem was a matter of an osteitis with two unfavourable features: an undiscovered bacterial source and a total ineffectiveness of medical treatment. In February 2005 the situation had become unbearable and a compassionate treatment using plasma tube radiation, similar to that used by Rife in the thirties, was decided upon. The result was almost immediate and spectacular. By the evening following treatment, her body temperature had normalized at 37°C, and 4 days later the patient spat out an abscess from the left side of her throat. The explanation for treatment effectiveness resides in the half-resonance frequency of irradiated bacterial DNA. With hindsight of 5 years there has been no infectious relapse.

~2010 publication I think. Talk about a Hail Mary pass!

And no, they don’t *know* what the “half-resonance frequency of irradiated bacterial DNA” is. Only what Rife said it was. I want what they are smoking. If you look at the details of the one-off, they ran a wide spectrum of frequencies. Good luck figuring out which one actually blew out this particular DNA (if indeed the cause), more likely the hyper-physiologic EMF fields disrupted the bacterial wall receptors. Human receptors are remarkably stable under a wide variety of pulsed fields, whereas bacterial and fungal wall (apparently, maybe) are not.

Oh, and the emissions of plasma tube, while “controlled” are quite noisy…

For the salutary effects of EMF, google Diapulse.

And yes, I’ve played with this stuff back in my days as Chief Medical Officer of Therapheresis, since my crazy CEO (he was crazy, not the Rife idea) thought that Rife was onto something. I put a so-called Rife box thru its paces, and the total effect was zip, zero, nada. So we walked away. In hindsight, if I had to do it all again, like the French above, I should have built my own plasma tube instead of the expensive fraud machine the CEO bought. I still doubt it would have worked on tumors — but certainly bacterial and fungal infections have a shot.

Years after the fact, the Rife abstract hit, and was, as so many things in medicine are, ignored.

It’s an existence proof. Why should that be important to anyone these days… sigh.

      1. Great information. I had heard of Rife, and even used a few “Rife machines” that friends had bought, but only as a curiosity as I never had any illnesses to need it otherwise.

Cancer really is terrible and I watched my father die from prostate cancer. His diet was not great, and he took almost no supplementation. Addicted to refined sugar as well. His wife insisted on cooking with zero salt because of blood pressure issues. In my view, terrible idea.

I was told by a urologist that because my father had prostate cancer that I was three times more likely to get it. I looked at him and said: Shouldn’t I be dead already? My PSA was 4.

I respectfully told him that I didn’t believe in genetic transmission of disease theory. I ate the same diet dad did until I left home of course, so I probably would have cancer if I kept at that diet and habits. I no longer do and I take in many times more supplements than he did, and of a higher and more absorbable quality. Zero serious health issues so far. Grand mother lived to 97 (she was a Shaklee vitamin customer). Maternal Aunt to 101 (drank like a fish socially). Dad cashed in at 84. Mom at 39 from childbirth issues. I don’t know how much more time I have left, but I don’t care. As long as I don’t suffer from lingering painful disease and go quietly in my slumber or in flagrante delicto with a younger woman, I am always ready for the next adventure.

        Bodies die. Life goes on.

        1. I find all our risk based analysis suspect. We ascribe to genetics risk outcomes that are really couplings of genetic+environment, then blame the genes.

The PSA is also a terribly poor marker. The only thing I’d do at a PSA of 4 is watchful waiting, serial PSA to draw a curve, and an MRI if the curve was accelerating. YMMV. I’m running ~3.5 ng/ml. And already they are getting anxious. It took nearly 20 years to get from ~ 2 ng/ml. We’ll see what next year brings and then run the curve. If I calculate out to another 20-year doubling, everyone gets the middle finger, we do serial PSA and take it in 5 yr increments.

Plus anyone that is a fully a testosterone-driven male will always be at risk for the disease. It’s been years since I’ve looked at the stats, but when we used to do autopsies routinely, prostate cancer was everywhere. The more a man’s man one is, the higher the risk. It is tumor fully driven by androgen sensitivity. Let’s see what Gemini says:

Prostate cancer is incredibly common in men who die of unrelated causes, with overall autopsy rates ranging from 20% to over 50% depending on age. These are typically small, indolent tumors that cause no symptoms during the person’s lifetime.

          • Ages 50–59: ~30% prevalence
          • Ages 70–79: ~35% to 50% prevalence
          • Ages 80+: ~60% or more prevalence

The pooled prevalence across all age groups is roughly 21%. Because this reservoir of asymptomatic cancer is so large, identifying these microscopic tumors in living patients—often through Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) tests—leads to “over-diagnosis,” as most of these men would have naturally died with the cancer, rather than because of it.

To see how these autopsy findings translate to living clinical diagnoses in Pennsylvania, would you like to explore the CDC’s latest Prostate Cancer Incidence Statistics or learn about the pros and cons of PSA screening guidelines?

Would you like to explore the CDC’s latest Prostate Cancer Incidence Statistics or learn about the pros and cons of PSA screening guidelines?

          • The High Prevalence of Undiagnosed Prostate Cancer … – PMCAbstract. Widespread prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening detects many cancers that would have otherwise gone undiagnosed. To.

For example, my grandfather had full blown atherosclerotic heart disease that culminated in an abdominal aortic aneurysm at age 64. He also started working at Bethlehem Steel due to my great-grandfather sudden car accident, at age 15. (Yes, lied about his age.) Smoke and drank like a steel man. So honorable and loved that when he died 300+ cars tied up traffic all the way to the service and then half as many, to Holy Ghost Cemetery.

Moving to the next gen: My father smoked 10 vile little Toscanelli per year. 5 in summer and 5 in winter.

Wine with dinner. Artherosclerotic heart disease? Not one whit. And this with Type II diabetes (mild) showing up in his 60s. Died 84 yrs old.

Moving on to me. The crazies want me on a statin despite having one of the lowest lipid panels on record. You can imagine me saying “No”. I don’t care Grandpa Ben had vascular issues.

It took 25 years of hypertension compounded by diabetes, both conditions due to a medication error poisoning, to put a defect on the aortic arch and a mild, barely visible hypertrophy of the right-sided wall. Assuming the same curve, I’d be 85 before it becomes an issue.

And you know why we do all this risk-based nonsense? Simply because we have ineffective therapies… and I think mistakes of this magnitude are never innocent. The system suppresses the emergence of effective therapies.

When a data center goes online its contribution to local jobs drops to between zero and maintenance.

Plus, we are cost shifting the utility cost to customers. I am now paying 13c/kwh for no reason that I can see other than the utility buildout to service datacenters. WTF!

      1. It’s absurd, it is a derivative bubble.

In the first place, it is clear we will NOT be allowed any significant AI model. Coding, for example, peaked with Claude Opus 4.6 Code. Mythos and Fable might be doing something great behind the closed doors of large institutions and the government, but out here in pleb land, the models are nerfed.

In second place, the compute-inference need is grossly exaggerated. So we need only a fraction of the datacenters.

By implication, the datacenters serve another purpose — to create a fine granularity surveillance society to invert the current world. Instead of preventing that which is explicitly forbidden we will move to a world where you can do only that which is explicitly approved. And they intend to drive that granularity down to the temperature of your thermostat, whether or not you can step out your door, and shut your banking down if you express an opinion that is not government approved.

This is already happening in China, where failure to explicitly adopt a set of apps results in one being completely unemployable to the point of not even being able to have a place to sleep.

What we should be doing is burning the damn things to the ground.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced it is prosecuting them on additional sexual offence charges relating to four further alleged victims (bringing the total number of alleged victims in the UK case to seven). The alleged offending spans July 2010–August 2017.

      1. And once Trump realized the error he shouldn’t have doubled down.

We should have left the region while indicting Israel for its role in all this.

And then consistently held the line. Even if it cost him the Presidency eventually.

If all it did was free US foreign policy of Israel, he would have gotten his own set of statues across the Nation. It could have set up the 111th expulsion in an idealized world.

We have religious Jewish friends that are beside themselves at both this war and Israel’s behavior the last few years. And they are schizophrenic — alternating between a pro-Israel pro-Trump pro-Nutteryahoo stance and when rationality recovers them, anti-Greater Israel, anti-Iran war, and all the cognitive dissonance that follows. Contrast this honest, conflicted behavior with Mark Levin, who’d risk nuclear conflagration to hit Iran with a few nukes. As if that was a path to sanity!

But alas, we are where we are.

Long term, this is good because it shows the idea of projecting power at planetary distance has reached its limit against newer weaponry.

And I’m not speaking hypersonics, though that has its dangers. If you consider that $200 million in drones, each carrying a few bricks of C4, could catch a carrier completely flat-footed and incapacitate it (as opposed to destroy. If you can’t land or take-off, it’s a giant floating paper-weight).

        Liked by 1 person

        1. I’m quite sure, if the mullahs still have military command, that they are wanting to sink a carrier or cause thousands of US deaths in an effort to damage Trump even further in political optics.

I do believe that US has a response plan for such a thing. And it won’t involve nukes but will probably involve ground troops. Trump tends to think in terms of getting paid back for damages done. Iran might lose quite a bit of territory in compensation, and Iraq might find itself much expanded. With 10% of all oil revenues from said expansion to the US for the trouble.

Just a hunch. I hope it won’t be needed.

Andy Burnham plans to scrap the digital ID card scheme initiated by Sir Keir Starmer. He aims to redirect resources to address citizens’ everyday needs, focusing on the cost of living.

His proposals include free bus travel for children aged 11 to 16 and a plan to reduce household energy bills.

Burnham intends to expedite oil and gas drilling in the North Sea but will uphold Labour’s 2024 pledge against new licenses. He is also considering removing green levies to cut energy costs.

While some concerns arise over indecision and internal tensions, Burnham highlights a shift toward local empowerment and everyday priorities

For every ill I have suffered I have fallen back on natural intake of increased mineral or vitamin supplementation and have never once failed to cure the matter.

While I generally hold our medical doctors and trauma surgeons in this country in high esteem, I won’t intake pharma for any reason.

      1. I should have pointed out all sorts of caveats.

There are many assertions in the poster which are stated as established fact when nothing further can be from the truth.

On balance, it’s still a good poster in that engaging in “healthy behaviors” helps avoid bad outcomes.

        Having said that:

        1. Exercise. Aerobic creates peroxidized lipids — e.g. oxygen radicals + lipids. The resulting compounds are *selectively* toxic to cancer cells. Harvard killed the trial on fraud reasons, but I spoke to one of the men originally involved with it. He said the concept was sound, that cancers were responding, and the stuff was essentially non-toxic
        2. Anaerobic — a fascinating true statement is that dysplastic cells reverse to normal under pressure dynamics.
        3. For those with professional power-plates — 30 minutes of vibration regenerates capillary beds over time. This has an anti-cancer effect, but more importantly an anti-dementia effect
        4. For prostate cancer — 3x a year do 30 days of a boron supplement. You will drop your risk a whopping 50%

        Liked by 1 person

    2. Dr. Richard Ablin, who discovered the PSA test in 1970, co-authored The Great Prostate Hoax to argue against mass screening. He asserts that the PSA is not a definitive cancer marker and was co-opted into a profit-driven screening tool. He is admittedly against getting a PSA test as an indicator for prostate cancer,as it is NOT an indication of prostate cancer.

How many people do you know who have went down the PSA path? Starts out “your PSA is a little high”, next thing your getting medications, many of which can cause prostate cancer, mainly the one’s that block testosterone, like Finasderide. Then it’s biopsy, then treatments, then surgery of many different kinds. Most create more problems than they solve.

Most prostate issue’s come from the same reason’s of a lot of our modern health issue’s. Metabolic syndrome. Eating the modern garbage we call food, extreme over-consumption of carbs, seed oil and grains, and highly processed foods. Eat whole foods only!

A low carb, anti-inflamitory diet of eggs, beef, sardines and salmon, some liver once a week, beef or cod liver and some low oxalate veggies anf fruit. I also have found a combo of sprouted pumpkin seeds and tomato paste concentrate(Lycopene) do my prostate very good. I also do take a 5mg Cialis once a day. At 62 I’m peeing better than 25 years ago.

Tony, what you are describing is definitely an electrolyte defeiciency, primarily magnesium and potassium, maybe sodium. I love the celtic or baja salts for this, along with magesium glycinate and potassium citrate supplements. Another great supplement I use is Fast Lyte fasting electolytes (https://a.co/d/08rbINB2). This is a very comprehensive formula.

      1. Thank you, Dennis.

Yes, in the heat I often forget to increase electrolyte intake. I ordered extra things to take for electrolyte support. One of them is a product called Ocean’s Gold by Youngevity. It contains: Calcium (from Aquamin Seaweed), Iodine (as Potassium Iodide), Proprietary Blend (Aquamin Seaweed Calcium, Chlorella, Bladderwrack, Sodium Alginate, Spirulina, Irish Moss, Kelp, Dulse, Alaria, Laver, Nori, Sea Lettuce, Wakame), Coenzyme Q10, Vegetarian Capsule (Hypromellose, Water), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

This is in addition to the full spectrum I usually take of vits and minerals.

Heat palpitations gone, and extremity numbness 95% gone.

  29. So Open Source AI will not eat the lunch of the Big AI companies. But it will prevent them from being an insane oligopoly. I’m running reasonably sophisticated models down in the basement. Still not as good as what I had on CoPilot, but it’s all “free and open-source”. No hassle and targeted requests perform very adequately.

I’m using a distill of Claude Code Opus 4.6 because, at this point, I prefer being old school and I copy useful stuff out of the AI window to use. And it’s all on my laptop. Is it the 10x, as what CoPilot did for me? No. But it makes the day easier and the up-scale might be 2x. Still worth it, no headache, no insane expense. I also have a nerfed version of Fable 5, which can do some sophisticated analysis, but nothing earth-shattering. I’m not cracking into the NSA. But it gave me an example interpreter that was very elegant and self-contained.

Of course, it produces crap and loses context — often. That’s nerfing for you. But it costs me nothing.

“A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves.”

“So we stopped that. Now everybody who comes in has to validate the relationship. We DNA test them to make sure they’re related to that kid. Nobody gets a kid unless we know that is the kid’s parent or relative.”

Well, the full court press to impeach him will happen regardless.

It could all turn around on a dime if certain actions were taken, but I give zero chance of said actions happening. Namely, walk from Iran, indict Israel, ramp deportations, kill the AI bubble, kill mRNA tech, enforce antitrust on healthcare, tell the Fed where to shove it and generally get the gov out of everything where feasible. And yes, enforcing the law on all the Usual Suspects would help. Epstein, Covid, Fauci, Gates etc etc ad nauseam.

So I expect there to be sufficient votes to impeach, which will be an absolute travesty.

Personally, despite the good showing the other night, he is in frail health. But he’d rather die than suffer a 25th Am removal or resign. So impeachment it is. Which unfortunately, will take Vance down with him.

However, data on human clinical studies are limited. In this clinical study involving 1,062 participants, our objective was to examine the efficacy of NK in atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia and safety at the dose of 10,800 FU/day after 12 months of oral administration. Various factors, including lower doses that influence NK pharmacological actions, were also investigated. We found that NK at a dose of 10,800 FU/day effectively managed the progression of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia with a significant improvement in the lipid profile. A significant reduction in the thickness of the carotid artery intima-media and the size of the carotid plaque was observed. The improvement rates ranged from 66.5 to 95.4%. NK was found to be ineffective in lowering lipids and suppressing atherosclerosis progression at a dose of 3,600 FU/day. The lipid-lowering effect of NK was more prominent in subjects who smoked, drank alcohol, and subjects with higher BMI. Regular exercise further improved the effects of NK. Co-administration of vitamin K2 and aspirin with NK produced a synergetic effect. No noticeable adverse effects associated with the use of NK were recorded.
