Greetings, once again, citizens:

One quarter of the Century has passed and we have witnessed some significant technological transformations. From self-driving cars to self-landing rocket stages, to instant financial transfers, to Only Fans burlesque… the way in which we do things, from the important to the licentious of pursuits, has changed in significant ways.

Trump is keen on revamping the US industrial base, which is by most economic metrics on the upswing and attracting trillions of dollars of investment. Given the BRICS alliance is rising on the same course of action, there is little choice in the matter to stay competitive.

We now go forward, first, with comments from London, then some brief crypto discussion.

In both regards, things are moving at a good clip, it seems.

And, so shall this Briefing.

london: seoul searching as elders focus

We focus daily in a fast evolving geopolitical soup of conflicting consequences balancing the pending Petrodollar failure merging into the diaspora of Trump’s collective Get-Rich-Quick, Klepto conspiring Government and the ravenous self-survival moves of his Zionist Overlords.

We have successfully guided Elders’ focus towards a Bitcoin, XRP and combined Crypto investment strategy. That is visibly succeeding and adopted.

But, in a world recoiling from Trump’s “peace in 2 days certainty” wars in Jewkraine, and Iran, Asian States such as South Korea are dealing with the daily economic balancing consequences of energy prices and import impacts.

Trump deems fit to dispatch the pitiful, arrogant crime family Kushner dweeb to negotiate complex and sensitive, self-created crisis situations. The Middle-East unravels as American body bags are expended ever more to protect the Kikedom in its Zionist enclave.

Meanwhile, the Sons focus daily opportunism to profiteer, and the Escort determines her event attendance price whims. Pay, or she won’t play his fake game. 

The world is in play as the East evolves and the EU/US goes West. 

China, for all its alleged faults, has decades of weaponized strategic board game moves coming off. 

The Yen is challenging for Global domination, and, behind it, the Chan Plan. 

We have to deal with the knock-on consequences of Trump’s Pig’s Breakfast fiasco with the illegal attacks on Iran and its Global Impacts. 

It’s devastated South Korea’s exports and saddled imports with delays, price increases and shortages. An unbalanced economy faces the consequential impacts of Global turbulence and Capital shortages when we need to use Reserves to fund the Wealth Fund Infrastructure only to find the same funds are contested to fund living costs and defense spending. 

Juggling operating funds with c30% of planned operating capital removed from play takes juggling, having expended 5 years lobbying Seoul to build. 

Détente with Beijing takes commensurate Diplomacy. Both sides have a century of conflict. 

But, a key factor for the site to contemplate, risk factored in, is the explosive potential of XRP if the gamble is orchestrated. 

Seoul has started adopting a strong Crypto/XRP investment stance.

It’s hard to get into the game when the race has started if XRP is away and leading the field.

And speaking of piles, there’s a lot of it (retail cash, not hemorrhoids) waiting for CLARITY.

The 10-year Treasury yield flirted with 5%, while oil surged above $100. Meanwhile, the Fed’s rate hike odds skyrocketed, with markets anticipating three hikes next year. That’s as pleasant as a rainy picnic, and Bitcoin dropped from the low $80,000s to $76,536 this last week.

CLARITY faced a tough road. Senator Lummis shared a new version of the bill that includes over 100 changes to address Democratic concerns, but Trump has agreed to ethics provisions, which is the main issue that’s delayed the bill all summer. Senator Tillis, a Republican negotiator for the bill, mentioned that the August delay has significantly reduced the chances of it passing. Bloomberg Intelligence now believes CLARITY will not be approved this year. This is not good news.

But all that drama aside, a rough week or two has not undermined the bull case. The halving-cycle remains intact. Recent sell-offs are not relevant. Corporate accumulation continued as Strategy bought 4,603 BTC, its first purchase in about two months, while Strive acquired 1,800 BTC for $143 million, becoming the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate BTC holder. The patient money remained steady.

Retail investors are still absent, which is a positive sign. Active users of crypto apps decreased by 11% year over year in August, with Coinbase down 36% and Crypto.com down 48%, despite Bitcoin rising from just under $65,000 to nearly $80,000 during that time. This price increase has been driven by institutions and corporations, not retail enthusiasts. This suggests there is still a significant demand from retail investors that has yet to materialize.

Under these circumstances the general suggestion is to hold, and if adding, do so cautiously. Not because the strategic view is invalid, but because of present macro minefields to be traversed ahead. Iran, and all that.

But, honestly, has there ever been a time on Earth that every concern for your plans had been immediately addressed by the wood sprites of hope and happiness, so you could easily walk to your golden castle and bed fair maiden? You can only pause when the arrows blot out the sun, and resume when clear.

Stay bullish and, key, stay patient. All former cases for a building momentum for higher prices towards end of 2026 and into 2027, remain.

Iran’s macro mania and US Congressional foot-dragging are heavy anchor chains, but the engines are at full steam and just waiting for the bridge to telegraph “Full Ahead”.

rumors, mendacities, and what the guru saw

In the so-called “Global Currency Re-set” underworld, there continues to be leaks hinting at large, sovereign financial transactions of varying sizes and differing locations. This is only mentioned because it’s already in the public spaces and has been for quite a while.

It would be unlikely that all of it is 100% mythology, so we again assume it is simply originating from valid processes which have leaked out and undergone a myriad of wildly embellished transformations which little resemble the true processes it originated from.

So, again, be careful of what you are believing about such things. To know what is truly factual, you have to be observing it direct, or be in contact with an unquestionably valid player. And it’s our experience that valid players seldom authorize a full disclosure of the processes they are involved with.

The pushing of “intel”, as it is fondly called, is most likely nurtured by a variety of self-interests. There are probably three key sources of it all. First, currency-selling entities. Second, the mentally and/or criminally ill. Third, the high-profile monetized “intel provider” who get’s their “intel” from the first source, or from leakers of legitimate processes.

Learn how to know what you are involved with, to whatever extent you can, before you bet your future on it.

    One of the smartest men I know of, IQ above 150 (current scale), feels that the Jews in the modern era have it all upside-down and ass-backwards. Being an avowed Christian (as he puts it — believe or don’t believe — but be one or the other) he is, at this point, convinced that Jews and Satan are thing.

    This is becoming a much more common view than I ever thought possible.

    My position is less sanguine — given current insane behavior by all left/ socialist/ jewish parties, you might as well believe being in league with Satan because — on prediction — the behavior of said parties is indistinguishable from demonic and demonic worship behavior.

    The officials of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Centers for Disease Control, and other medical organizations claim that since autism typically starts at about 18 months, when the MMR shot “coincidentally”given, the parents are mistaken in their belief that the MMR caused their child’s autism. To examine this issue, Riniland analyzed the data collected by the Autism Research Institute from many thousands of parents of autistic children since the 1960s. The data reveal that the onset of autism at 18 months is a recent development. Parent reports show that through the 1960s, ’70s and early ’80s children autistic from birth outnumbered by 2 to 1 those with onset at 18 months. Starting in the early-1980s, when the MMR triple vaccine was introduced, the picture has reversed: now the “onset at 18 months” children outnumber the “onset at birth” children by 2 to 1.

    Executive summary

    Dr. Bernard Rimland studied autism for over 44 years, including about 35 years collecting parent reports. He is the founder of the Autism Research Institute (ARI).

    He testified in Congress on April 6, 2000.

    You can find his full testimony here starting on page 337 including the chart on the shift of the onset age post MMR vaccine.

    In this article, I will summarize his key points:

    1. Vaccines cause autism
    2. Authors of papers disputing this will not show their data. They ignored all data requests.
    3. There was a shift in parent-observed onset age from birth to 18 months that happened post-MMR vaccine introduction. It flipped from 2:1 (birth onset:18 mo onset) to 1:2 which is dramatic. Nobody has ever explained it including the current ARI which is now pro-vaccine!
    4. Starting in 1964, parents started telling Rimland their children were normal until getting a DPT shot, a “triple vaccine.” So in 1967, he started systematically collecting data on the child’s response to the DPT shot.
    5. More recently, before his testimony, he was inundated with parents reporting their child was normal until receiving the MMR, another triple vaccine.

    Why didn’t they speak up?

    Because they didn’t want to lose their job (or their medical license).

    I wish I was kidding about this, but I’m not.

    I heard this directly from the nursing staff at a large hospital I was just at.

    This is why people don’t trust doctors. It’s not the fault of “misinformation spreaders.” It’s because doctors aren’t allowed to tell us the truth.

    Once again we are doing nothing but disincentives. The vast useless middle management that has grown like a plague on medicine needs to go. So we can pay those who really work:

    I’ve been working in healthcare for 16 years, including 11 years within the same large hospital system in the Midwest. Seven of those years have been in critical care, and I’m still making $20.14 an hour as an LPN. I’m also studying to become an RN.

    Last February, management announced a $2.75-an-hour raise for everyone. I thought maybe that raise would make staying there tolerable until I finished school. This week, we found out that the extra money will be eliminated after the current pay period, meaning I’ll be going back to the same pay I started at.

    Then our clinic posted available positions paying $37.50 an hour during the first year. There’s no health insurance, but there is PTO. The company already pays only about $195 per pay period toward my insurance, so it’s obvious they can pay someone who’s brand-new nearly twice as much, but they can’t make a small raise permanent for the people carrying the workload.

    I train new employees, cover for more than one provider, and work overtime, then go home so drained that I can’t spend meaningful time with my family. Today my manager asked if I could train students later this year. I told her no, because I don’t expect to still be working there by then. I’ve already applied to several places.

    Their try to get me to stay was a seven-cent-an-hour raise. Seven cents. I started nursing when I was 18 because I genuinely cared about this work, but years of being treated this way have worn that feeling down until there’s almost nothing left. Now I go in, do my job, and wait for another place to call me.

      The Army I believe, instituted remedial training on the 3 R’s for many recruits because the Army lives and dies on manuals.

      Having said that, I tutored during the years I was crippled in pain. I lived in San Diego and this is the tale of two Marines. Both wanted to be combat pilots. One black. One white. Neither had received any schooling of note in Alabama.

      Wish I remembered their names. That’s what happens when you are snowed on pain relief meds. Both were good kids. Both bright. Just poor as dirt. Told they were stupid. That they couldn’t learn.

      Bulls*it.

      Both worked hard and were a credit to the Marines.

      I got them, over 6 months, from goddam arithmetic to goddam pre-calculus.

      How? I imitated and stole the lesson plans of Jaime Escalante. (The teacher portrayed by Edward James Olmos — Olmos earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor for his powerful performance in Stand And Deliver). So nothing fancy, problems, problems and more problems. Lots of theory and application, application and more application.

      Both passed their pilot math tests in the high 80’s percentile.

      The heart break was they both washed out on their physicals. One had a congenital vascular malformation and the other a roux-en-y gastric bypass.

      They’d still be pilots. Just no F-xx combat craft. Cargo runs and troop transport. But hey, flying is flying…

    Anthropic says Claude has discovered a previously uncharacterized biological system with properties reminiscent of CRISPR, using only high-level direction from human scientists.

    The scale of the search is pretty wild.

    Around 950 Claude agents spent 21 hours analyzing DNA data and used roughly 210 million tokens.

    They gathered more than 200,000 reverse transcriptases, identified about 3,500 candidate systems, narrowed those down to 20, and eventually spotted something unusual: a repeating DNA pattern next to an odd-looking reverse transcriptase.

    Anthropic calls the newly identified system array-associated reverse transcriptases, or ARTs.

    The pattern resembles CRISPR because it contains an array of regularly spaced DNA repeats. Early lab experiments also found that the ART array produces distinct short RNAs, suggesting the system may have programmable properties.

    There’s an important caveat: researchers still do not know what ARTs actually do.

    Humans also performed all of the physical laboratory experiments. Claude handled the large-scale genomic search, hypothesis generation, and analysis that led researchers to the candidate.

    Anthropic says this kind of analysis could normally take an expert scientist weeks or months.

    This feels like a more interesting test of AI-for-science than another benchmark: give agents a massive biological dataset, let them look for anomalies, and then see whether the resulting hypothesis survives real lab experiments.

    On May 16, 1963, astronaut Gordon Cooper was alone in Faith 7, a capsule so small he could barely turn around, on the 22nd and final orbit of the longest American spaceflight yet.

    Then the systems started dying.

    First a sensor falsely warned that the capsule was starting reentry. Then a short circuit knocked out the automatic control system, the one that would point the capsule at exactly the right angle to come home. Too shallow, and it would skip off the atmosphere. Too steep, and it would burn up. Then the carbon dioxide level began rising inside his cabin and his suit.

    “Things are beginning to stack up a little,” Cooper told Mission Control.

    Engineers on the ground could see the failures on their screens. None of them could reach inside the capsule.

    So Cooper did it by hand. He took a grease pencil and drew reference lines on the inside of his window. When Earth’s horizon sat on the horizontal line, he knew the capsule was tilted to the correct 34 degrees. He lined the vertical mark up with stars he had memorized before the flight to set his heading. Then he timed the retrorocket burn with his wristwatch, while fellow astronaut John Glenn, aboard a tracking ship in the Pacific, counted him down by radio.

    He fired the rockets manually. He released the drogue chute manually at 50,000 feet, the main chute at 11,000, and the landing bag just before the water.

    Faith 7 hit the Pacific 80 miles southeast of Midway Island, 4.4 miles from the aircraft carrier USS Kearsarge. It was the most accurate splashdown of the entire Mercury program.

    Sailors on the Kearsarge had spelled out “MERCURY 9” on the flight deck in their white uniforms. Thirty-five minutes later, Cooper and his capsule were on board.

    The lesson stuck. After Faith 7, NASA made sure every astronaut trained to fly the spacecraft by hand.

      Two inter-related problems.

      One educational and one of IQ.

      The IQ problem is that the central African run 1 standard deviation below. This means that ~1 in 4, are retarded for all intents and purposes.

      The educational problem, is that at least in the US, nobody holds their feet to the fire for learning. My school had plenty of blacks, and my father (headmaster in those days) never allowed race as an excuse.

      We shipped them all off to college, some Community, some Harvard, MIT or Yale. Hard work, can and does carry the day.

    They canceled the job, then got upset when I took back the work I hadn’t been paid for

    I spent most of the weekend putting together a six-page launch strategy for a branding agency as part of their interview process. They told me it was exactly what they needed for a new content service, and that they were impressed with the work.

    A few days later, they called me and said the position had been canceled because the budget had changed. I thanked them for letting me know, then revoked their access to the Google Doc and moved on with my life.

    About a week later, I got an annoyed email asking why the entire team could no longer open the file. They said they had already booked a planning meeting and were planning to use my strategy to launch the service the following month.

    I reminded them that this had been an unpaid skills test for a job they hadn’t hired me for in the first place. I told them that if they wanted to use the plan, they could pay my freelance rate, which is $125 an hour. They didn’t like that response, which was surprising, especially since they had decided the work was worth keeping before deciding that I wasn’t worth hiring.

    This test-em-and-drop-em while stealing work product is the latest, crazy trend.

    The Forgotten Book That Warned the World of What Was to Come…

    Almost a century ago, in the aftermath of the Russian Revolution, a former general named Arthur Cherep-Spiridovich published a book entitled:

    “The Secret World Government, or The Hidden Hand.”

    Writing from exile after the Bolshevik Revolution, he claimed that world events; revolutions, wars, and the slow destruction of Christian civilization, were not spontaneous but guided by a small inner circle he called the “Hidden Hand.”

    According to him, this network of roughly 300 men, headed by Edouard Rothschild in Paris, ruled nations through finance, propaganda, and revolution. He described them as “Judeo-Mongols,” a term that today we would recognise as referring to the Khazarian converts to Judaism.

    • Finance, because debt is the subtlest form of rule.
    • Revolution, because chaos resets societies and erases memory.
    • Information, because the public mind is the true battlefield.

    He warned that this “Hidden Hand” would use its tools to dismantle Christian civilisation and replace it with a world ruled by materialism, debt, and perpetual conflict; a system in which governments would serve as administrators of a deeper agenda.

    When we look around today at the alignment of global institutions, corporations, and intelligence agencies; at the moral inversion of media and education; at the wars that never end, and at who holds the strings of power, it is shocking to read his words. He warned us of everything that has transpired.

    Cherep-Spiridovich may have written in 1926, yet he was describing the architecture of our own age.

We are entering an environment where geopolitical instability, energy, sovereign debt, and declining confidence in government increasingly dictate capital flows and prices.” This is a symptom of incompetent leadership that has chosen war over peace. And decay over development. All Western cities face decay in systems and structures that once were the talk of the town. Money for efficiency and public well being has and is being squandered. While this is a choice, it is a choice that has changed the nature of inflation for the foreseeable future. It is not about right or wrong but about the consequences of decisions made that result in impact. 
      Last week I wrote about the “unit”. 

      This is an opportunity for people if seen and if not a shackles on the future!!! 

      The BRICS countries have reached a banking agreement on BRICS Pay, which will actually become a payment system for the states of the association. This was announced by the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev. “We are focusing on the financial track. We lead the financial engagement group, and payments are very important here. And today we will announce a banking agreement on BRICS Pay, in fact, a payment system for the BRICS countries,” Dmitriev said.

      Have no illusions or doubt this move comes at a time when inflation in the West is akin to the West and not in the Global South. Why? Because the decision impact or conflict and decay impacts the West more than it will the Global South over time. Simply because trade will seek stability in value exchange for labor. And this is where the United States will win as a currency and as a desired medium of payment. 

      At the same time interest rates on all Western currencies will rise! This will cause Central banks to lose control over inflation. Because scarcity of supply cannot be fixed by interest rates. Instead rates and continued inflation will impair the value of said currencies. Making borrowing costs rise for all Borrowers trapped in a Western currency debt cycle. Unfortunately during such times wages never keep up.

      The day will come with the next 5-7 years when stability of value will dictate both markets for goods and preference of exchange. 

      Everything will change and is in fact changing. Something as simple as a car lease will seek stability a lower residual value that accounts for this. This in turn raises the cost of a lease in depreciating currency. And drives further inflation as physical assets in such currencies actual accelerate a value decline. 

      The only question is not that this is an illusion but how one chooses to navigate through this. Because we have yet to see what real shortages are and we will see them in all countries where diesel drives product movement. And in such countries reliant on bunker fuel for power expect real problems as Utilities will run red ink. And Borrowers dependent long term debt at low costs will find no such thing exists. Because the cost of debt will rise with both hikes in interest rates and continued inflation while real economic growth will stagnate. It is often forgotten that inflation is a hidden tax on citizens.
