briefing #230

trustee guides dynastic elders into a crypto future

Greetings, once again, citizens:

One quarter of the Century has passed and we have witnessed some significant technological transformations. From self-driving cars to self-landing rocket stages, to instant financial transfers, to Only Fans burlesque… the way in which we do things, from the important to the licentious of pursuits, has changed in significant ways.

Trump is keen on revamping the US industrial base, which is by most economic metrics on the upswing and attracting trillions of dollars of investment. Given the BRICS alliance is rising on the same course of action, there is little choice in the matter to stay competitive.

We now go forward, first, with comments from London, then some brief crypto discussion.

In both regards, things are moving at a good clip, it seems.

And, so shall this Briefing.

We focus daily in a fast evolving geopolitical soup of conflicting consequences balancing the pending Petrodollar failure merging into the diaspora of Trump’s collective Get-Rich-Quick, Klepto conspiring Government and the ravenous self-survival moves of his Zionist Overlords.

We have successfully guided Elders’ focus towards a Bitcoin, XRP and combined Crypto investment strategy. That is visibly succeeding and adopted.

But, in a world recoiling from Trump’s “peace in 2 days certainty” wars in Jewkraine, and Iran, Asian States such as South Korea are dealing with the daily economic balancing consequences of energy prices and import impacts.

Trump deems fit to dispatch the pitiful, arrogant crime family Kushner dweeb to negotiate complex and sensitive, self-created crisis situations. The Middle-East unravels as American body bags are expended ever more to protect the Kikedom in its Zionist enclave.

Meanwhile, the Sons focus daily opportunism to profiteer, and the Escort determines her event attendance price whims. Pay, or she won’t play his fake game.

The world is in play as the East evolves and the EU/US goes West.

China, for all its alleged faults, has decades of weaponized strategic board game moves coming off.

The Yen is challenging for Global domination, and, behind it, the Chan Plan.

We have to deal with the knock-on consequences of Trump’s Pig’s Breakfast fiasco with the illegal attacks on Iran and its Global Impacts.

It’s devastated South Korea’s exports and saddled imports with delays, price increases and shortages. An unbalanced economy faces the consequential impacts of Global turbulence and Capital shortages when we need to use Reserves to fund the Wealth Fund Infrastructure only to find the same funds are contested to fund living costs and defense spending.

Juggling operating funds with c30% of planned operating capital removed from play takes juggling, having expended 5 years lobbying Seoul to build.

Détente with Beijing takes commensurate Diplomacy. Both sides have a century of conflict.

But, a key factor for the site to contemplate, risk factored in, is the explosive potential of XRP if the gamble is orchestrated.

Seoul has started adopting a strong Crypto/XRP investment stance.

Note!

It’s hard to get into the game when the race has started if XRP is away and leading the field.

Even Trump and his Want My Lick camp followers are piling in.

Timing?

Trump and retinue piling in? When in Rome…

And speaking of piles, there’s a lot of it (retail cash, not hemorrhoids) waiting for CLARITY.

The 10-year Treasury yield flirted with 5%, while oil surged above $100. Meanwhile, the Fed’s rate hike odds skyrocketed, with markets anticipating three hikes next year. That’s as pleasant as a rainy picnic, and Bitcoin dropped from the low $80,000s to $76,536 this last week.

CLARITY faced a tough road. Senator Lummis shared a new version of the bill that includes over 100 changes to address Democratic concerns, but Trump has agreed to ethics provisions, which is the main issue that’s delayed the bill all summer. Senator Tillis, a Republican negotiator for the bill, mentioned that the August delay has significantly reduced the chances of it passing. Bloomberg Intelligence now believes CLARITY will not be approved this year. This is not good news.

But all that drama aside, a rough week or two has not undermined the bull case. The halving-cycle remains intact. Recent sell-offs are not relevant. Corporate accumulation continued as Strategy bought 4,603 BTC, its first purchase in about two months, while Strive acquired 1,800 BTC for $143 million, becoming the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate BTC holder. The patient money remained steady.

Retail investors are still absent, which is a positive sign. Active users of crypto apps decreased by 11% year over year in August, with Coinbase down 36% and Crypto.com down 48%, despite Bitcoin rising from just under $65,000 to nearly $80,000 during that time. This price increase has been driven by institutions and corporations, not retail enthusiasts. This suggests there is still a significant demand from retail investors that has yet to materialize.

Under these circumstances the general suggestion is to hold, and if adding, do so cautiously. Not because the strategic view is invalid, but because of present macro minefields to be traversed ahead. Iran, and all that.

But, honestly, has there ever been a time on Earth that every concern for your plans had been immediately addressed by the wood sprites of hope and happiness, so you could easily walk to your golden castle and bed fair maiden? You can only pause when the arrows blot out the sun, and resume when clear.

Stay bullish and, key, stay patient. All former cases for a building momentum for higher prices towards end of 2026 and into 2027, remain.

Iran’s macro mania and US Congressional foot-dragging are heavy anchor chains, but the engines are at full steam and just waiting for the bridge to telegraph “Full Ahead”.

In the so-called “Global Currency Re-set” underworld, there continues to be leaks hinting at large, sovereign financial transactions of varying sizes and differing locations. This is only mentioned because it’s already in the public spaces and has been for quite a while.

It would be unlikely that all of it is 100% mythology, so we again assume it is simply originating from valid processes which have leaked out and undergone a myriad of wildly embellished transformations which little resemble the true processes it originated from.

So, again, be careful of what you are believing about such things. To know what is truly factual, you have to be observing it direct, or be in contact with an unquestionably valid player. And it’s our experience that valid players seldom authorize a full disclosure of the processes they are involved with.

The pushing of “intel”, as it is fondly called, is most likely nurtured by a variety of self-interests. There are probably three key sources of it all. First, currency-selling entities. Second, the mentally and/or criminally ill. Third, the high-profile monetized “intel provider” who get’s their “intel” from the first source, or from leakers of legitimate processes.

Learn how to know what you are involved with, to whatever extent you can, before you bet your future on it.

May the auguries favor your plans, whatever they may be.

Thank you all for your continuing participation and contributions in both comments and news gathering.

    Bessent: Oppenheimer wasn’t a physicist…

Hmmm… let’s see what the record says Cotton…

Born in New York City, Oppenheimer obtained a degree in chemistry from Harvard University in 1925 and a doctorate in physics from the University of Göttingen in Germany in 1927, studying under Max Born. After research at other institutions, he joined the physics faculty at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was made a full professor in 1936.

    1. The Claim: While testifying before the House, Bessent defended administration appointments by arguing that people do not necessarily need formal degrees or traditional backgrounds to do their jobs well. To make his point, he asserted that J. Robert Oppenheimer—the renowned theoretical physicist who led the Los Alamos Laboratory during the Manhattan Project—was not actually a physicist.

      ** Bessent has been mocked 7×24 since… **

The Reality: Oppenheimer earned a doctorate in physics, studied under Max Born, made major theoretical contributions to quantum mechanics and astrophysics (such as the Born-Oppenheimer approximation and describing black holes), and is globally recognized as one of the most prominent theoretical physicists of the 20th century.

Critics pointed out that Bessent likely fixated on the fact that Oppenheimer’s undergraduate degree at Harvard was a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, ignoring his subsequent graduate work and career in physics.

    1. What kind of socialism? There are many kinds. Should have specified Marxist Socialism, which makes everyone equally poor. German National Socialism made everyone as prosperous as possible, to the detriment of banking cartels who shrieked and ran terrified in all directions to get it destroyed, because, hey, if you are not being plundered by banks, you just ain’t free, are you Homer?

Why did the Austrian Corporal achieve a 99% approval rating after his election? By enslaving? Is this a man who was the worst German?

Does the US practice socialism? It sure does. Progressive income tax and the enforced social security extraction is very much a Marxist socialistic platform, with the former right out of Das Kapital, by Marx, the educated Jew.

The worst can rise up in any political system, not just socialism.

In the US, you are free to open Learing Centers so that third-world, low-IQ grifters can fleece you and call you racist if you stop them. You are free to conduct usury and make people pay 2.5x the cost of a home over your lifetime just to feed fat-cat bankers who produce nothing, but buy political influence who ultimately approve educating people to think they are free in such an arrangement.

Those are truly the worst, rising up. And in a so-called “free society”…a “capitalist system”.

Politics, across the board, is becoming increasingly more retarded in varying degrees of retardation depending on the political system. But some systems do perform better than others even with advancing technological impacts within them.

Whichever system plunders and/or enslaves the most is of course, the worst. A 40T national usury debt is a sure sign of plunder.

      But hey, we’re free!

          1. Fair enough. But didn’t Russia also isolate it’s market to remove the impact of volatility from its local pricing?

            Gemini was less than helpful…

Ukraine produces a negligible share of global or domestic diesel fuel, relying almost entirely on imports due to wartime damage to its refining capacity.

            Production and Import Overview

            • Domestic Production: Ukraine accounts for roughly 0% of its domestic crude oil and primary diesel fuel production, as its domestic refining infrastructure has been largely crippled during the war.
            • Import Reliance: Ukraine imports 100% of its net diesel needs, primarily sourced from European Union neighbors and international suppliers like India.
            • Impact on Global Markets: Rather than being a major producer, Ukraine’s main influence on the diesel market comes from strategic drone strikes targeting Russian refining infrastructure, which have significantly reduced Russian diesel exports.

  25. Julius Caesar’s greatest mistake was mercy, and he was warned about it more than once.

After Pharsalus he pardoned the men who had fought to destroy him. Brutus and Cassius both got their lives back and then got praetorships for 44 BC. Decimus Brutus, another pardoned enemy, was trusted so far that Caesar named him in his will as an heir in the second degree. This was deliberate policy. Caesar had watched Sulla butcher his way through Rome’s political class a generation earlier, and Suetonius records him sneering that Sulla “did not know his ABCs” for laying down the dictatorship. Caesar intended to hold power without the killing.

The problem is that a pardon is not a favor between equals. To forgive a Roman senator is to stand above him. Clemency made Caesar look like a king handing out lives, and for men raised on five hundred years of anti-monarchy propaganda that was the insult, not the gift.

Then in early 44 BC he dismissed his Spanish bodyguard. The Senate had sworn a public oath to protect his person, so he took them at their word. Plutarch says his reasoning was that it was better to die once than to live always expecting death.

The warnings kept coming anyway. A haruspex named Spurinna told him to beware a danger no later than the Ides of March. Calpurnia begged him not to go that morning and he nearly listened. Decimus Brutus, the man in his will, came to the house personally and talked him into going. On the way a Greek named Artemidorus pushed a scroll into his hand that laid out the entire plot by name. Caesar was still holding it, unread, when they surrounded him.

More than sixty senators were in on it. They stabbed him 23 times in the portico of Pompey’s theater. Antistius, the physician who examined the body, concluded that only one wound, the second one, to the chest, was actually fatal. Caesar pulled his toga over his head as he went down and bled out at the base of a statue of Pompey, the man he had defeated.

The assassins expected the city to thank them. Instead Caesar’s will was read in public: 300 sesterces to every Roman citizen and his gardens across the Tiber opened to the people. Rome rioted. Within two years Cassius and Brutus were both dead by their own hands at Philippi. Decimus was hunted down in Gaul and killed on Antony’s orders. The Republic they murdered a man to save lasted about eighteen months.

And the man who inherited Caesar’s name learned the opposite lesson from his death. In 43 BC Octavian and his partners proscribed roughly 300 senators and 2,000 equestrians, Cicero among them, and nailed his hands and head to the Rostra.

Caesar’s mercy got him killed. His heir made sure that mistake was never repeated.

The above snagged my eye this morning, and after reflecting on it (like a Roman) I agree now that Trump is correct to ban CNN and the rest of those Bolshevik mongrel apparatchik reporters. For years they pushed the FAKE Russia collusion thing KNOWING FULL WELL it was NOT fully confirmed and that Hillary Clinton was in on it. That’s not PRESS work. That’s CONSPIRACY to commit Sedition.

Nearly 60 Democratic members of Congress signed a letter to sound an alarm: Black Americans are being found hanging, including some from trees, in a wave of possible “modern-day lynchings.”

Their letter to the Justice Department and FBI stated, “The series of deaths raise significant suspicion of foul play given the role of lynching in our nation’s history.” Rep. Ayanna Pressley called it a “national crisis.” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who signed the letter, tweeted about “widespread modern-day lynchings” and “racial terror.”

Every suspicious death deserves investigation. But history is not evidence. What are the facts?

    • Demartravion “Trey” Reed, 21, was found hanging at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. The medical examiner found no foul play and ruled the death suicide. His family confirmed that his girlfriend said Reed sent suicidal texts the previous night.
    • In Raleigh, North Carolina, a 32-year-old black man was found hanging downtown. Video showed him acting alone with a cord. His mother said he suffered mental health problems.
    • Juliana Nzita, 16, was found on church property in Charlotte. Investigators found no defensive wounds, assault, foul play or outside involvement.
    • Justice Kai James, 21, was found hanging at a Job Corps center in Albany, Georgia. Authorities called it suicide.
    • Kyle Bassinga, 21, was found hanging in Cobb County; video showed him entering the woods alone. Authorities called it suicide.
    • To’Nea Nicole Miller, 27, was found hanging in Miami’s Gwen Cherry Park. Authorities called it suicide.
    • Jerard “Jay” Jackson, 28, was found near a trail in Rothbury, Michigan. Authorities called it suicide.
    • Tasia Fortune, 29, was found hanging behind an abandoned house in Jackson, Mississippi. Her death was ruled homicide. Police arrested Jarques Ratliff, a 51-year-old black man who knew her. His motive is unknown.

  33. Appeals Court Rules Federal Ban On Interstate Handgun Sales Unconstitutional

Authored by Jill McLaughlin via The Epoch Times,

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 against the federal government’s ban on interstate transfers of handguns on Sept. 18, finding the nearly 60-year-old law was unconstitutional.

The ruling reverses provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 that prohibit handguns from being sold directly from licensed firearms dealers to buyers across state lines.

“The ban sullies the plain text of the Second Amendment and is inconsistent with the nation’s tradition of firearms regulation, dating back to the Founding era, under that Amendment,” Circuit Judge Jerry Smith wrote in the ruling.
