briefing #230

trustee guides dynastic elders into a crypto future

Greetings, once again, citizens:

One quarter of the Century has passed and we have witnessed some significant technological transformations. From self-driving cars to self-landing rocket stages, to instant financial transfers, to Only Fans burlesque… the way in which we do things, from the important to the licentious of pursuits, has changed in significant ways.

Trump is keen on revamping the US industrial base, which is by most economic metrics on the upswing and attracting trillions of dollars of investment. Given the BRICS alliance is rising on the same course of action, there is little choice in the matter to stay competitive.

We now go forward, first, with comments from London, then some brief crypto discussion.

In both regards, things are moving at a good clip, it seems.

And, so shall this Briefing.

We focus daily in a fast evolving geopolitical soup of conflicting consequences balancing the pending Petrodollar failure merging into the diaspora of Trump’s collective Get-Rich-Quick, Klepto conspiring Government and the ravenous self-survival moves of his Zionist Overlords.

We have successfully guided Elders’ focus towards a Bitcoin, XRP and combined Crypto investment strategy. That is visibly succeeding and adopted.

But, in a world recoiling from Trump’s “peace in 2 days certainty” wars in Jewkraine, and Iran, Asian States such as South Korea are dealing with the daily economic balancing consequences of energy prices and import impacts.

Trump deems fit to dispatch the pitiful, arrogant crime family Kushner dweeb to negotiate complex and sensitive, self-created crisis situations. The Middle-East unravels as American body bags are expended ever more to protect the Kikedom in its Zionist enclave.

Meanwhile, the Sons focus daily opportunism to profiteer, and the Escort determines her event attendance price whims. Pay, or she won’t play his fake game.

The world is in play as the East evolves and the EU/US goes West.

China, for all its alleged faults, has decades of weaponized strategic board game moves coming off.

The Yen is challenging for Global domination, and, behind it, the Chan Plan.

We have to deal with the knock-on consequences of Trump’s Pig’s Breakfast fiasco with the illegal attacks on Iran and its Global Impacts.

It’s devastated South Korea’s exports and saddled imports with delays, price increases and shortages. An unbalanced economy faces the consequential impacts of Global turbulence and Capital shortages when we need to use Reserves to fund the Wealth Fund Infrastructure only to find the same funds are contested to fund living costs and defense spending.

Juggling operating funds with c30% of planned operating capital removed from play takes juggling, having expended 5 years lobbying Seoul to build.

Détente with Beijing takes commensurate Diplomacy. Both sides have a century of conflict.

But, a key factor for the site to contemplate, risk factored in, is the explosive potential of XRP if the gamble is orchestrated.

Seoul has started adopting a strong Crypto/XRP investment stance.

Note!

It’s hard to get into the game when the race has started if XRP is away and leading the field.

Even Trump and his Want My Lick camp followers are piling in.

Timing?

Trump and retinue piling in? When in Rome…

And speaking of piles, there’s a lot of it (retail cash, not hemorrhoids) waiting for CLARITY.

The 10-year Treasury yield flirted with 5%, while oil surged above $100. Meanwhile, the Fed’s rate hike odds skyrocketed, with markets anticipating three hikes next year. That’s as pleasant as a rainy picnic, and Bitcoin dropped from the low $80,000s to $76,536 this last week.

CLARITY faced a tough road. Senator Lummis shared a new version of the bill that includes over 100 changes to address Democratic concerns, but Trump has agreed to ethics provisions, which is the main issue that’s delayed the bill all summer. Senator Tillis, a Republican negotiator for the bill, mentioned that the August delay has significantly reduced the chances of it passing. Bloomberg Intelligence now believes CLARITY will not be approved this year. This is not good news.

But all that drama aside, a rough week or two has not undermined the bull case. The halving-cycle remains intact. Recent sell-offs are not relevant. Corporate accumulation continued as Strategy bought 4,603 BTC, its first purchase in about two months, while Strive acquired 1,800 BTC for $143 million, becoming the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate BTC holder. The patient money remained steady.

Retail investors are still absent, which is a positive sign. Active users of crypto apps decreased by 11% year over year in August, with Coinbase down 36% and Crypto.com down 48%, despite Bitcoin rising from just under $65,000 to nearly $80,000 during that time. This price increase has been driven by institutions and corporations, not retail enthusiasts. This suggests there is still a significant demand from retail investors that has yet to materialize.

Under these circumstances the general suggestion is to hold, and if adding, do so cautiously. Not because the strategic view is invalid, but because of present macro minefields to be traversed ahead. Iran, and all that.

But, honestly, has there ever been a time on Earth that every concern for your plans had been immediately addressed by the wood sprites of hope and happiness, so you could easily walk to your golden castle and bed fair maiden? You can only pause when the arrows blot out the sun, and resume when clear.

Stay bullish and, key, stay patient. All former cases for a building momentum for higher prices towards end of 2026 and into 2027, remain.

Iran’s macro mania and US Congressional foot-dragging are heavy anchor chains, but the engines are at full steam and just waiting for the bridge to telegraph “Full Ahead”.

In the so-called “Global Currency Re-set” underworld, there continues to be leaks hinting at large, sovereign financial transactions of varying sizes and differing locations. This is only mentioned because it’s already in the public spaces and has been for quite a while.

It would be unlikely that all of it is 100% mythology, so we again assume it is simply originating from valid processes which have leaked out and undergone a myriad of wildly embellished transformations which little resemble the true processes it originated from.

So, again, be careful of what you are believing about such things. To know what is truly factual, you have to be observing it direct, or be in contact with an unquestionably valid player. And it’s our experience that valid players seldom authorize a full disclosure of the processes they are involved with.

The pushing of “intel”, as it is fondly called, is most likely nurtured by a variety of self-interests. There are probably three key sources of it all. First, currency-selling entities. Second, the mentally and/or criminally ill. Third, the high-profile monetized “intel provider” who get’s their “intel” from the first source, or from leakers of legitimate processes.

Learn how to know what you are involved with, to whatever extent you can, before you bet your future on it.

May the auguries favor your plans, whatever they may be.

Thank you all for your continuing participation and contributions in both comments and news gathering.

  1. BOMBSHELL: European Parliament confirms a COVID vaccine lottery—and some got the kill shot.

In a shocking admission that validates what millions suspected, the European Parliament confirmed the COVID vaccine rollout was a calculated experiment with human lives.

Not everyone received the same formula—some got a low-concentration mRNA dose while others received what whistleblowers are calling “the kill shot”—a lethal amount designed to eliminate rather than protect.

But the deception runs even deeper —a troubling procedural order keeps both the public and even doctors from being fully informed. There are two sets of adverse data: one the pharmaceutical companies keep hidden, and one carefully curated for public consumption.

Perhaps the most damning: According to Marcel de Graaff of the FVD MEP, the EMA—Health Canada’s equivalent—knew the mRNA vaccines neither treat nor stop transmission of COVID-19. Even worse, they concealed evidence that vaccinated people were MORE likely to contract the virus.

This isn’t just a medical scandal—it’s a crime against humanity.

But I doubt the “red tape” that is the source of most modern delay was all that great.

  11. Generally, we are a very poor species when it comes to doing new things. And because this lesson is lost literally every few generations, we are doomed to repeat it. Until it kills us all.

In this regard, AI is no different than Gain-of-Function. No, you don’t understand what you are doing. Power calculus, control calculus are far different vectors than safety calculus. And the vast majority do not have the moral courage to say ‘no’ in the pursuit of power.

When you play in those areas of the map where there are dragons, the correct attitude is “whatever choice you make, hesitate”.

A non-exhaustive list of human hubris:

3000 BCE, Near East and Iberia – arsenic bronze. Poisonous gases of arsenic that disfigured the blacksmiths. This is why Hephaestus the metallurgy god is depicted as deformed. Our advancements in metallurgy came after that unintended sacrifice of blacksmiths.
1st century BCE – 2nd century CE, Rome. The Greenland record shows atmospheric lead peaking during the Pax Romana at levels not seen again until the Industrial Revolution.
9th century, China — Taoist alchemists try to produce an immortality elixir with saltpetre, sulphur and charcoal. Practitioners have burned off their hands and faces and torched their houses.
1669, Hamburg — Hennig Brand boils down some 5000 liters of urine expecting to extract gold from its color. Gets phosphorus, which glows and ignites spontaneously in air.
1746, Leiden — Pieter van Musschenbroek discharges the Leyden jar through himself, expecting a mild tingle. He’s knocked senseless for two days.
1864 Heleneborg. Nobel´s failed experiment that killed five including his brother.
1866. Krümmel. Nobel had build a plant on sand hills and with isolated departments, however this was not enough to prevent a disaster. He eventually will invent dynamite that is safe under heat and mechanical stimulation.
1898–1934 — the Curies isolate polonium and radium; Marie dies of unforeseen radiation.
1945, Trinity. The Los Alamos betting pool clustered well under 10 kilotons; Oppenheimer guessed 0.3. Actual yield ~21 kt. Separately, the team had to write a formal paper (LA-602) ruling out atmospheric ignition, which tells you how thin the confidence was.
1954, Castle Bravo. Predicted 4–6 Mt, delivered 15 Mt. The physicists had misunderstood how one of the lithium isotopes would behave.
1954, Castle Romeo repeated the error with a known cause: predicted 4 Mt, delivered 11 Mt.
1962, Starfish Prime. Yield 1.4 Mt. ,EMP was expected; its magnitude was underestimated by roughly an order of magnitude. Most of the instrumentation went off-scale, destroying the data. Streetlights failed in Honolulu 1400 km away, and the artificial radiation belt disabled Telstar, Ariel 1, TRAAC and Transit 4B over the following months. The energy was modest by 1962 standards and the consequences were global.
2010 – onward, Large Hadron Collider. Experiments failed physicists predictions – no supersymmetry, no dark matter, no extra dimensions, no micro black holes. The LHC’s intended target (the Higgs boson) was predicted correctly and found. Everything the theorists were confident about beyond it failed. And the genuine discoveries (the ridge, the exotic hadrons) — came from the part of the data nobody had built a prediction for. No one was hurt – so far.

    ***

And that’s physics — where we are successful to 9 digits generally and 12 under certain circumstances. Although I think Castle Romeo was a deliberate ‘mistake’. But then, I’m a conspiracy theorist.😎

Biologists still haven’t figured out, generally speaking, that the math of evolution by random selection doesn’t balance. That evolution by random selection would require orders of magnitude more time and thousands upon thousands of extra generations. And these knuckleheads engage in Gain of Function… and never once stop to think they may be *wrong* about the mechanism of evolution. (To be precise, evolution clearly happens, it just can’t happen by *random* mutation. It’s actually impossible on the math.)

AI is being implemented without safeguards of any kind. Or rather with safeguards even a child could evade, imagine a machine designed to exhaustively probe a solution space? I’ve pointed this out before, but the machine doesn’t have to have malicious intent like the mythical SkyNet to mangle you. If you stick your hand in a grinder, your hand is not pulped by malicious intent of the grinder. It is just operating as expected. Similarly, the computers will spit out the Question to which the answer is “42” to a dead and silent world if it kills us all in pursuit of its algorithmic outcome. Without ever having malicious intent or that the result is meaningless if nobody is around to understand it.

And they want AI to implement a control grid… what could possibly go wrong…

I guess I will watch the old Universal movie, Frankenstein tonight…

Post-scriptum: It occurs to me, to the extent the PTB are wringing their hands over the non-issue of finite resources consumed by Useless Eaters, that they are stuck in their heads at the time of Malthus (~1800). The economic principle of continuous substitution of materials is alien to their thinking.

Of course, what we call economics today isn’t even a science. It is a pseudo-religion propagated by government intervening in the economy based on the absurdity by Keynes of “The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money” which start to finish is nothing but a non-sequitur. And I can say that, because I actually read it. Oh, and there’s no such thing as a “balanced budget multiplier”. It is mostly a thinly veiled rationalization for government intervention in the economy and a bad one at that… I’ve always been wryly amused that after destroying the world monetarily in the Great Depression, that anyone would think more of the same wouldn’t result in similar destruction.

Then again, we omit the adjective that is supposed to modify the noun when we talk about the economy — the sin of omission is in the word ‘political’. It is supposed to be the ‘political economy‘.

  15. DOJ spent yesterday telling a federal judge WHY CNN should not get their press pass restored: they published confidential construction details about the East Wing’s secret bunker, using anonymous sources who said they WEREN’T GRANTED ACCESS to speak on the record.

The judge’s response? “Routine reporting.” Passes restored.

So we’re just going to pretend that publishing an article detailing a classified presidential bunker, using sources who admitted they didn’t have permission to speak to the press, is no big deal. Cool.

These judges are an absolute joke, and they clearly don’t care whether the President, future presidents, or their cabinets stay safe.

    Truly disgusting.

Although I think the earlier test was the flu that was spread out to the world via the Mexico City airport.

The virus first emerged in Mexico in early 2009. Because Mexico City International Airport is a major global transit hub, infected travelers unknowingly carried the novel strain to international destinations within days. This rapid dispersion via commercial flights prompted the World Health Organization (WHO) to escalate its pandemic alerts and led airlines worldwide to implement emergency health screenings and flight suspensions

Of course both health screenings and flight suspensions are useless because the time constant to detection is many times longer than initial spread. It is closing the barn doors long after the horses have fled.

If Trump abandons the USA for Israel to escape the consequences of the last 3 years of this Presidency — along with Ivanka and Jared as neo-Israeli citizens — we can brand all 3 as Traitors and the rest will follow.
