Briefing #226

new infrastructure mobilizes as elders pause and ponder

Greetings!

We stand on the precipice of transformational developments. They are all there for you to see, and no reminding or mentioning of it is needed. Notwithstanding the turmoil in the Gulf and the lingering war in Ukraine, the world is getting on with getting on. And doing so in a faster, more efficient and leaner way.

And so shall we. Future articles will be as brief as possible, focused more and will have no to minimal graphics as needed. Metrics have shown that you all appreciate such a format so we will accommodate this desire.

Bitcoin (BTC/USD) arrived in May with a comfortable $75-77K range. It may be certainly right to express concern that this is well below the 50-week moving average. A clear countertrend rally from April lows.

It remains fixed and ever-present. Technical realities are going to be as they are until CLARITY becomes reality. New capital will not arrive until that reality is really real.

That said, it does not mean the longer term expectations as previously outlined in earlier reports are kaput. Infrastructure building continues. Stablecoin payment rails continue to be laid deeply in the global financial system at a pace that has never been seen before in any similar past technological upgrade. The 401(k) rule is progressing. Coinbase has its trust charter. Australia has its licensing framework. The next boom cycle, which will be fueled by valid institutional demand, AI commerce, tokenization and, eventually CLARITY is soundly intact and becomes more impressive as every week passes. The progress is stunning.

The legislative clarity is coming. That, along with a macroeconomic landscape allowing lower rates and the follow-through of the halving processes are indeed real, but are not quite at the station yet.

The markets know what is approaching and are eagerly awaiting it. Until then, we will most likely watch the final dance of this current “bust cycle” play out until the real catalysts arrive.

For those if you who are in for the long haul (the smart play), remain patient and accumulate your risk capital and keep it ready for the breach. When the 200 day MA is exceeded on a steady weekly basis, you will want to have your gunpowder ready for the rammer.

The setup for it is most assuredly coming. It’s just not here yet. But the processes are ticking off the necessary boxes and the pressure is mounting, notwithstanding the grinding.

Approach the market as appropriate for your financial circumstances, use cash only, and avoid foolhardy borrowing that exceeds your ability to recover from sudden unexpected market shocks.

This month may be one for the books if CLARITY is finally set loose. This year will naturally be one for the books if all the above plays out, set against the new re-industrialization that the USA is currently pursuing in manufacturing and energy sectors. March US steel output, alone, was up 10.8% month over month, and up 5.7% more in Q1 2026 than in Q1 2025.

Productive capacity, alone, will determine the standard of living of a country. Efficiency in financial processes will certainly contribute to this as markets transact with lower payment costs and wait times.

Further to this is the ongoing cleanup of financial fraud to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars from Learing Centers to Hospice Centers that contain people who never die.

As we progress into the 21st Century, it’s no surprise that big government has suddenly found religion in the “First Church of Efficient or Die” to be not only necessary but vital. CLARITY + EFFICIENCY = THE WAY OF THE FUTURE. And investment dollars will wager on that game. Big governments are already falling out of favor with people. They will have to slim down and compete with the very technology they are going to lawfully allow to operate.

All of you can own a piece of that action.

What a time to be alive!

It has been reported that as the Elders started to prepare for a new volume entry to the market, the situation in the Persian Gulf has caused concern. The Elders now watch the matter.

No further details have been received as of this report. We will certainly report anything new as permitted.

  2. URGENT: A huge win in Berenson v Biden

The Trump Administration has admitted the Biden White House’s constitutional violations and settled with me. Time to focus on Pfizer for its role in the 2021 conspiracy to silence the unvaccinated.

    Alex Berenson

    May 11, 2026

    Goodbye Berenson v (Joe) Biden.

    Hello Berenson v (Albert) Bourla.

Today, the Trump Administration and I settled the federal government’s role in Berenson v Biden, my lawsuit against Biden Administration and Pfizer officials for violating my Constitutional rights and forcing Twitter to ban me in summer 2021.

After three hard-fought years, this settlement marks a massive win in my fight to hold the government and Pfizer accountable for their conspiracy to silence me. I could not have done it without your support. (Or Elon Musk’s.)

The agreement includes a six-figure payment and a statement “the Government did in fact violate the First Amendment by exerting substantial coercive pressure on social media companies such as Twitter to suppress disfavored speech like Plaintiff’s.”

James Lawrence, my (very able) lawyer, and I believe this settlement marks the first time any individual American has received a cash payment to resolve a lawsuit over government coercion of social media companies.

More importantly, the government’s admission may prove crucial as my suit moves ahead against its remaining defendants, Pfizer board member Dr. Scott Gottlieb and chairman Dr. Albert Bourla.

I am pleased the Trump administration recognized the Biden White House’s violations of my rights and chose to settle with me despite my recent criticism of Trump. At least in my case, the White House is practicing what it preaches on the First Amendment. A thank-you is in order.

Subject: Fwd: Are we headed for a serious recession? Its long overdue.

Bitcoins are still backflipping trying to reach 80k and every chance they can regress this year to c50K.

But equally charts indicate c150K next year.So many amber Gamblers who leveraged or bought on credit are being shaken out.

If they drop to c60K swoop.

But Stocks and Shares are grossly overpriced

Smart money is in Cash waiting.

Europe will hit tank bottoms this month. Do people even begin to understand what this means for a refinery process? Does anyone in Europe realize that this will lead to rationing of jet fuel and diesel.Sky high prices. Stay Home vacations.

This will translate into lower food availability and price increases. NO AMOUNT of shipments from America will stop the reality. And one can question why America is doing this because it will affect prices for same in America? And NO Russia cannot and will not rescue Europe. Apart from no good relationship exists that would foster such a move. The combination of existing customers and new like Japan, have seized capacity before Europe wakes up. To understand the magnitude of the problem. Think about 20% of Global supply of energy having been removed from the supply chain for the current duration of supply disruption. This does not account for process damage with refineries being damaged , which takes much longer to fix. There are real limits to how far back you can dial a refinery output. If you shut it down it could take months before you start back up. It is not like turning a key in a car. Also damage costs.

The United States should hit tank bottoms sometime in early July. No amount of bluster from Ottawa or Washington is going to change factual realities of process and supply logistics. This means much higher fuel costs and supply disruptions across North America. Having managed 18,000 outbound trucks annually in production with inbound truck and rail deliveries logistics of flow in a supply chain, is not an unknown. If you have supply hiccups everything is affected in real time. When a car is made every minute or less off an assembly line you cannot take a coffee or bathroom break and switch it off and restart. It moves regardless.

Every stoppage of any kind costs. It is why even if a part is missing, the line still moves and the part is replaced later at a much higher cost than if it were done on the production line. Now think about an entire supply chain that supports how you live because it is all going to be affected. There is nothing anyone can now do.

Sadly, irrascible Childkike Chump got suckered into this by Netanyahu and Kushner.

We will face the realities of a disrupted supply chain with grave consequences. It is why some countries will experience a recession and others will likely see depression like struggles. Politicians are useless in stopping this. Numpties!!!! We will all pay a price for their folly. as ever.

We should also anticipate Civil Unrest and Civil Disobedience. The UK is ready to Blow!

Several years ago, when a winter storm caused power outages, it was surprising that within days there fist fights in gas stations for gas and yet several miles away gas stations were operating because there was power. That was a good indication of what happens when local issues get out of hand and people do not think.

If peace came today and oil flowed into tankers, it is at least 6 months or more to first finished fuel delivery. You cannot speed up a supply chain. Sometimes things just take time to move. There is no magic that speeds up a process of conversion from raw materials to finished goods. It is NO different with energy.  It will take at least 2 years to attain full production recovery. Five years for damaged LNG infrastructure in places like Qatar, where 17% of LNG production will be off line for upward to 5 years. Prices and flight losses are coming.

It logical to assume that we globally will experience supply chain disruptions that will affect normal daily activities from travel to product availability to price increases. Greed and Opportunists. The net result will be a global recession which people will talk about in 2-3 months. Because even acceptance of a problem takes time to manifest in media coverage. This is why tomorrow’s news was written yesterday.

But with Orange Shrek at the Wheel, Butt ridden by the Jewboys, Chaos Rules Fools.

“the entire country has largely devolved into the largest insane asylum the world has ever seen….And then came Trumpenstein, whose job was to push the plunger all the way to the metal and “pull it.” And now, the American Sheeple are watching the collapse.

Teddy Roosevelt was a more intelligent version of John McCainiac. Woodrow Wilson was even more bloodthirsty than most of his fellow eugenicists, who have been running things now for over a century. FDR was second only to Lincoln. Give ‘em Hell Harry Truman dropped the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and was unapologetic about it for the rest of his life. Both FDR and Truman were 33rd degree Masons. Eisenhower sent millions of Germans to their death in Operation Keelhaul. LBJ was a crude, reprehensible bastard who is thought by respected researchers to have ordered the hit on his own sister.

I don’t really have to tell most of you about the sins of the presidents in our modern era. Ronald Reagan was accused of rape while an actor in Hollywood. He was an open borders advocate all his life, and the only taxes he cut were those on the wealthiest Americans. He didn’t eliminate a single government program in eight years. He was the first divorced president, and was a cold father. His “family values” were such that he didn’t even see his grandchild for a year while in the White House. George H.W. Bush was part of a generational crime family. He was reported by disparate witnesses as being sexually interested in underage Black boys. Bill and Hillary Clinton have the most extensive and long lasting Body Count on record. Their careers of corruption would make a Mafia don blush. Dubya was a drunk and cocaine addict. To be fair, Bill Clinton was a cocaine addict, too. That didn’t stop them from imprisoning commoners for cocaine possession.

Obama had multiple Social Security numbers. He almost certainly wasn’t born in this country, making him unconstitutionally ineligible to be president. Too many records about his past remain sealed. For all I know, he was created in a laboratory.

Donald Trump was the nephew of the guy who was sent to confiscate and disappear the records of Nikola Tesla. Both his parents were real oddballs and apparently never told him that they loved him, although the quote from his mother calling him “an idiot” is apparently bogus. Joe Biden was known to break into empty houses for sale with his boys for unknown reasons. He also took inappropriate showers with his daughter.

These are just the transgressions we know of, and limited to our embarrassing collection of chief executives. Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Biden, and Trump have all been accused of rape or sexual assault. You’d think the electorate could keep rapists at least out of the White House. Not sure if Larry Sinclair accused Obama of actual rape.

There is no bright spot in this decaying civilization, not even a single small district somewhere, with decent and honorable people in charge. Not one corporation anywhere, that doesn’t underpay its staff, while giving executives sinful bonuses, abide by DEI policies, and support the “Woke” globalist agenda. Lord Acton’s declaration that power corrupts has been realized to a degree he could never have envisioned. The lunatics wielding power at every level have left nothing to chance.”

  29. Imperial Rome was unto itself a marvel. Of course, it wasn’t all white marble, but the shape based upon copied maps eventually recovered within the Vatican by IBM, digitized and then used to build the scale 3d model.

The 11 aqueducts delivered an estimated 520,000 to over 1 million cubic meters (roughly 140 to 300 million gallons) of water per day. One of these, the Acqua Virgo, still runs to all sorts of fountains, both cosmetic and drinking.

Completed in 19 BC by Marcus Agrippa during Augustus’s reign, the Aqua Virgo is a 20-kilometer (13-mile) Roman aqueduct designed to supply the Baths of Agrippa. It is the only ancient Roman aqueduct still in use, now supplying iconic sites like the Trevi Fountain. The name likely refers to a legend of a young girl guiding thirsty soldiers to the source, or the purity of its water.

So, here’s an on-the-ground bit from someone who wandered every nook and corner of classic Rome. Quick history lesson: Michelangelo’s redesign of the Capitoline Hill (Piazza del Campidoglio) in Rome, commissioned by Pope Paul III in 1536, is a masterpiece of Renaissance urban planning. He transformed an irregular, ruined hilltop into a magnificent, harmonious trapezoidal plaza, orienting it away from the Roman Forum toward the Vatican. Have to keep those patrons happy! However, if you walk towards the Forum while on the Campidoglio there is back route that takes you straight down to the Forum. At the very start, at the perimeter, is an unassuming drinking fountain with the inscription “Virgo”. This little fountain is a minimum of 490 years old. Historical text suggests it goes waaay back. The little outlet of the Virgo aqueduct may go all the way back Imperial times, with the fountain being updated time and again.

I saw this at age 8 when I lived in Rome.

    1. From Gemini:

The aqueducts of Rome, constructed over 500 years beginning in 312 B.C., lasted for centuries, with most suffering damage during the 6th-century Gothic Wars. While many fell into disrepair by the 11th-12th centuries, some were restored, and the Aqua Virgo (now the Acqua Vergine) has remained in use for over 2,000 years.

      • Initial Lifespan: The 11 main aqueducts served the city reliably for roughly 800-900 years, from the Republic through the late Empire.
      • The 6th Century Decline: During the Siege of Rome in A.D. 537, the Goths cut the aqueducts, and the defenders (and attackers) destroyed many to prevent their use for tunnel infiltration, causing them to fail.
      • Restorations: Some were repaired in the 9th century, and by the 15th-16th centuries, popes began restoring them, with the Aqua Virgo flowing into the Trevi Fountain in 1762.
      • Durability: The longevity of the structures is largely attributed to Roman concrete made with lime clasts that could “self-heal”.
      • Modern Day: Beyond the Aqua Virgo, parts of other ancient conduits are still in use, often supplying water for public fountains in Rome today.

        1. Saw it in 74. Was 12 at the time. Went with a nice older hippie chick from down the street because I was under age for lone admission to it. Nancy was her name. Tall, curvaceous, green eyed beauty. A real 70’s free spirit who lived in a two bedroom bungalow complete with bead curtains in the hallway. She knew me from before my dad remarried and that I grew up without a mom so she took a shine to me as kind of like an older sister. When she moved away after getting married to an oral surgeon in Redding CA, I was heartbroken. She used to suntan in the nude in her fenced yard. A more heavenly vision I never beheld in my teens. To this day when I visit the old neighborhood, and I walk by that bungalow and see the hole in the fence, I still smile. The Jimmy Hendrix poster, the lava lamp, the blue light, the paisley wallpaper, the Marantz stereo, the beanbag chairs, the black and white TV, the art deco phone and her 69 VW are all gone of course.

Not sure if you will like the movie. Red will if she’s into Sean Connery. Whoever wrote that screenplay was probably on acid. Still, I found it mentally stimulating in ways, and well acted.

    2. Airport statement:

“Update on incident involving Frontier Flight 4345

At approximately 11:19 p.m., Frontier Flight 4345 reported striking a pedestrian during takeoff at DEN. Emergency crews responded to the scene. Passengers were bussed to the terminal and the majority have since departed DEN on a new Frontier flight.

DEN can confirm the pedestrian jumped the perimeter fence and was hit just two minutes later while crossing the runway. The pedestrian is deceased, and is not believed to be an employee of the airport nor have they been identified. The airport has examined the fenceline and found it to be intact.

12 people reported minor injuries and 5 of these were transported to local hospitals. Runway 17L remains closed for investigation and we expect it will be open within the next couple hours.

We are extremely saddened by this incident and express our sympathies to those involved.”

  38. The 6th man to walk on the Moon spent decades telling anyone who would listen that ET craft had crashed on Earth, that bodies had been recovered, and that governments at the highest levels were burying the truth.

The world called him a crank.

The Pentagon just opened its files.

Apollo mission photographs showing unidentified objects hanging above the lunar surface are now part of the official declassified record. Edgar Mitchell saw something. He talked about it for the rest of his life. Now the government is confirming it photographed the same kind of thing from the Moon.

In testimony given years before his death, Mitchell was precise. “Yes, there have been ET visitations. There have been crashed craft. There have been material and bodies recovered.” He described a clandestine group, possibly with government ties, that had been concealing this knowledge and deliberately running disinformation to keep the public confused.

A massive government UAP file release, the first of its kind under a presidential order demanding maximum transparency, includes declassified NASA photographs from the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 missions. The images show unidentified phenomena captured above the lunar horizon. One Apollo 17 photograph, taken in 1972, depicts three points of light in a triangular formation in the lunar sky. New government analysis now suggests it is “potentially the result of a physical object in the scene.”

Mitchell claimed his information came from officials inside the intelligence community, men who had personally witnessed the cover-up from the inside. He said the concealment had gone so deep that sitting U.S. Presidents were no longer being briefed. A cabal, not a government, was running the secret.

NASA, in his lifetime, pushed back.

A spokesperson stated that the space agency does not track UFOs, is not involved in any cover-up, and did not share Mitchell’s views. The official position was that he was a great American speaking only for himself.

Well, we know now it wasn’t Mitchell that was lying or obfuscating…

    1. What’s not that funny is the way that MAiD, which is Canada’s cute acronym for having the state legally murder people, has become the fifth most common cause of death in Canada, accounting for 4.7% of all deaths in the country as of 2023. Since its legalization in 2016, over 60,000 Canadians have undergone euthanasia, with a significant increase in cases each year. A total of 16,499 Canadians were put to death by MAiD in 2024.

  40. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (HHS Secretary):

Hi, I’m Robert F. Kennedy Jr., your HHS secretary.

On Thursday, the United States formally withdrew from the World Health Organization.

We made this decision to reclaim our independence, to protect American sovereignty, and to free our public health policy from a system that no longer serves the American people. The World Health Organization has lost its way. It’s drifted far from its founding mission, and it’s become mired in bureaucracy and conflicts of interest and in international power politics.

During the COVID pandemic, those failures weren’t just abstract — they were deadly. The world watched as transparency collapsed, accountability disappeared, and ordinary citizens paid the price. That hasn’t changed, and it isn’t improving.

President Trump recognized the problems with the WHO immediately. In fact, one of his very first executive orders of his second term began the formal process of withdrawing the United States from the World Health Organization. It was an early decisive signal that American health policy would answer to the American people and not to foreign bureaucracies. Today, we’re completing that action.

Protecting Americans here at home and abroad is our top priority, and that’s why my team at HHS, working closely with HHS career civil servants and scientists and the State Department, has strengthened our biosecurity, upgraded disease surveillance, improved outbreak preparedness, and expanded the rapid response capabilities for any public health emergency wherever it begins. We don’t need outside institutions to do that.

Going forward, U.S. engagement with the WHO will be limited solely to completing our withdrawal and safeguarding the health and safety of the American people. All U.S. funding has ended. All government U.S. personnel have stopped working there.

I believe this deeply: that only the United States has the scale, the innovation, and the leadership to drive global health solutions that put people first, starting with our own citizens. Although we are withdrawing from the WHO, America will never withdraw from its leadership in global health. America will continue to lead. We will lead with science, with integrity, and with transparency and with accountability.

And let me say this clearly — for the Americans who died alone in nursing homes, the small businesses that were destroyed by reckless mandates, the families whose lives were upended by unelected foreign officials who never answered to them — this decision is for you.

    Thank you.

  41. Rep. Lauren Boebert, drawing on her exposure to classified UFO files, believes these phenomena are “Fallen Angels and Nephilim.” She also says she has witnessed things that resemble “portals” to different “realms.”

    1. Meh. More than a nothing-burger but nothing earth-shattering for an observer of the scene.

The most salient comment I saw was “Well, UFOs just moved from the fringe and unreal, to mainstream and real. So the phenomenon is now real. What does it mean? Time will tell.”

So I guess the Overton Window has moved. Now we can address a lot of questions without being looked at life we’re all crazy by Establishment types.
