Briefing #226

new infrastructure mobilizes as elders pause and ponder

Greetings!

We stand on the precipice of transformational developments. They are all there for you to see, and no reminding or mentioning of it is needed. Notwithstanding the turmoil in the Gulf and the lingering war in Ukraine, the world is getting on with getting on. And doing so in a faster, more efficient and leaner way.

And so shall we. Future articles will be as brief as possible, focused more and will have no to minimal graphics as needed. Metrics have shown that you all appreciate such a format so we will accommodate this desire.

Bitcoin (BTC/USD) arrived in May with a comfortable $75-77K range. It may be certainly right to express concern that this is well below the 50-week moving average. A clear countertrend rally from April lows.

It remains fixed and ever-present. Technical realities are going to be as they are until CLARITY becomes reality. New capital will not arrive until that reality is really real.

That said, it does not mean the longer term expectations as previously outlined in earlier reports are kaput. Infrastructure building continues. Stablecoin payment rails continue to be laid deeply in the global financial system at a pace that has never been seen before in any similar past technological upgrade. The 401(k) rule is progressing. Coinbase has its trust charter. Australia has its licensing framework. The next boom cycle, which will be fueled by valid institutional demand, AI commerce, tokenization and, eventually CLARITY is soundly intact and becomes more impressive as every week passes. The progress is stunning.

The legislative clarity is coming. That, along with a macroeconomic landscape allowing lower rates and the follow-through of the halving processes are indeed real, but are not quite at the station yet.

The markets know what is approaching and are eagerly awaiting it. Until then, we will most likely watch the final dance of this current “bust cycle” play out until the real catalysts arrive.

For those if you who are in for the long haul (the smart play), remain patient and accumulate your risk capital and keep it ready for the breach. When the 200 day MA is exceeded on a steady weekly basis, you will want to have your gunpowder ready for the rammer.

The setup for it is most assuredly coming. It’s just not here yet. But the processes are ticking off the necessary boxes and the pressure is mounting, notwithstanding the grinding.

Approach the market as appropriate for your financial circumstances, use cash only, and avoid foolhardy borrowing that exceeds your ability to recover from sudden unexpected market shocks.

This month may be one for the books if CLARITY is finally set loose. This year will naturally be one for the books if all the above plays out, set against the new re-industrialization that the USA is currently pursuing in manufacturing and energy sectors. March US steel output, alone, was up 10.8% month over month, and up 5.7% more in Q1 2026 than in Q1 2025.

Productive capacity, alone, will determine the standard of living of a country. Efficiency in financial processes will certainly contribute to this as markets transact with lower payment costs and wait times.

Further to this is the ongoing cleanup of financial fraud to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars from Learing Centers to Hospice Centers that contain people who never die.

As we progress into the 21st Century, it’s no surprise that big government has suddenly found religion in the “First Church of Efficient or Die” to be not only necessary but vital. CLARITY + EFFICIENCY = THE WAY OF THE FUTURE. And investment dollars will wager on that game. Big governments are already falling out of favor with people. They will have to slim down and compete with the very technology they are going to lawfully allow to operate.

All of you can own a piece of that action.

What a time to be alive!

It has been reported that as the Elders started to prepare for a new volume entry to the market, the situation in the Persian Gulf has caused concern. The Elders now watch the matter.

No further details have been received as of this report. We will certainly report anything new as permitted.

US Senate committee advances crypto bill in milestone for digital assets

The Clarity Act would clarify regulators’ jurisdiction over the sector. All Republicans on the committee voted in favor of advancing the bill, and were joined by Democrats including Arizona Sen. Ruben Gallego and Maryland Sen. Angela Alsobrooks, in a huge win for the crypto sector and a potential lifeline for the bill’s chances of passage this year.

Banks are fighting a key provision in the bill, arguing that it will create competition for deposits by giving crypto companies too much leeway to offer rewards on stablecoins.

If I had to redesign it all: Old style DPT (not the new one) at 6 months with intense surveillance to avoid SIDS. No other shots until age 3.5 and no more than one shot per 3 months thereafter, with immediate steroid rescue if even a hint of encephalitis.

Pharma industry insider explains how “vaccines” cause food allergies and how this has been known since 1913, when Charles Richet won a Nobel Prize for discovering the phenomenon.

“[When injected,] food… becomes poisonous… [it’s] very, very, insidious.”

This clip of retired pharma R&D executive Sasha Latypova is taken from an interview with Shannon Joy posted to Rumble on April 28, 2026.

      —————Partial transcription of clip—————-

“But what he [Charles Richet] discovered is he discovered the effect of anaphylaxis. His Nobel Prize acceptance speech is on the Nobel Prize website. And I advise everyone to read it. It will open your eyes. In this speech he says that anaphylaxis is basically unpredictable reaction. So some percentage of the population will develop it based on two times exposure to the same biological toxin, but the same substance.

“He initially started with biological toxins like jellyfish toxin, but quickly realized that the same exact reaction can happen with any protein directly injected into the bloodstream, no matter how benign. So he ultimately started using milk, egg, cereal, albumins, you know, nothing particularly difficult to obtain.

“And so he demonstrated that these ‘benign substances,’ generally regarded as safe by the FDA to inject are actually— can be potentially deadly or lifelong disabling. So it’s not just that the anaphylaxis can be deadly because it’s a severe shock, but there is a continuum of reaction that develops from mild rash to severe shock.

“For example, somebody develops mild rash, meaning they are now anaphylactized or allergic to this substance, even minute exposure to that substance, such as through food now— so first injection, and then, if you develop that reaction, you are going to be very, very, very sensitive. So food consumption of the same thing or will now be producing allergies.

“So now we have, for example, a peanut allergy or gluten allergy or shellfish allergy. These are all coming from anaphylactic reactions because albumin cereals are in vaccines. The fish gelatin is in vaccines, other gelatin, other bovine products like casein, various types of yeast, gluten, nut oils, you name it. Egg, because of the chicken, you know, they would grow them in chicken eggs.

“All of this gamut of food, normal food, now becomes poisonous to those people and very, very, insidious. Because in a lot of cases, in the majority of cases, it’s a kind of mild thing, but it’s undiagnosed for decades. You develop eventually an autoimmune condition.

“So again, this is a perfect way to have a very, very delayed reaction. So you can deny it, of course, and then blame all sorts of things. But then it develops into a disabling autoimmune condition.

“So, for example, lupus, RA, psoriatic arthritis. They all start from these allergies, which are kind of subclinical or not well understood. But the damage has been done over decades.”

    1. And just wait until someone understands that the best way to tank any such draconian system of imbecility is not to steal credentials but to give it a subtle form of creeping dementia by introducing non-obvious error into it, so that it collapses under its own weight.

Even a few percentage points of failure in distributed transactions will so glom up the system to give a new meaning to the origin of the word “sabotage”… and failure in this context is broader than a transaction that either succeeds or fails. The transaction can commit to the database with the wrong data. And imagine that long-term cascading failure…

Stealing credentials, bad enough as it is, is amateur hour…

        — Denial of Service where the system is hampered in its operation bringing the country to a standstill

        — Pseudo-Service where the system seems to behave but in reality transactions are rubber-stamped with no commits to the database

        — Algorithmic viral catastrophe — There is math that can gum up a CPU as opposed to classic exploits. And good luck recovering.

        — The system is dependent on compliance. You think a black or gray market won’t proper to fulfill needs. Is the War on Drugs example, let alone Prohibition not sufficient to drive home the case?

  12. Amazon’s AI Push Created a “Tokenmaxxing” Problem

Amazon employees are reportedly using an internal AI agent tool called MeshClaw to automate unnecessary tasks just to boost their AI usage scores. The tool can handle things like code deployments, email triage, and app interactions, but some workers are using it mainly to increase token consumption and look more active with AI.

The pressure comes from Amazon’s internal AI adoption targets. The company reportedly wants more than 80% of developers using AI weekly and has tracked token usage through internal leaderboards. Amazon says these stats are not used in performance reviews, but employees believe managers are still watching the numbers.

This has created a classic bad-incentive problem: once AI usage becomes a metric, people start optimizing for the metric instead of the work. Employees are calling the behavior “tokenmaxxing” — basically burning AI tokens to look productive.

There are also security concerns. MeshClaw can act on a user’s behalf across workplace systems, which raises the risk of AI agents making mistakes, triggering unintended actions, or getting too much access inside company tools.

AI has twice crippled AWS at Amazon, including a 4-hr outage.

This is an actual Bethlehem pour of a heat of steel… My grandfather was also one of maybe 10 men in the country that were licensed for a particular high load crane, of which Bethlehem Steel owned one. His day operating that crane would start at the crack of dawn and run until sunset — moving steel product onto trains and huge loads of coke, coal and ore into the mill.

Despite her claims Trump didn’t have the chance to do what was claimed because he was under observation from when he came in to when he left.

Now, I’m sure they did some other song and dance to justify their block, but at the end of the day, Trump had no opportunity to do the crime as claimed.

A court in northern Spain has sentenced a couple to prison after they kept their three children confined indoors for nearly four years due to intense fears of Covid.

The isolation, which began in December 2021 and continued until the children were rescued in April 2025, left the youngsters with significant mental and physical conditions, including difficulties walking, bowel and bladder control issues, and delayed development.

The case, underscores the profound and lasting effects that pandemic-related anxiety had, and continues to have, on some individuals.

    Whose playing Who?

Apparently China is rolling out th carpet for TRUMP.

Is there something hidden one does not see? Is there a bigger play than IRan? Do you know that Zelensky is hiding in a bumper in LVIV while threatening to strike Moscow May 9th during the Russian declared ceasefire? And do you know that Putin personally has ordered an Oreshnik strike on Kiev if this happens? Knowing that air space is closed over the launch space and the public warning to leave Kiev perhaps is not theatre to be missed.

Years ago I wrote ALL of the Governors of the FED over the theft of the TROPOS ACATS. You have seen it. Kevin was there and received correspondence.

Why is the Corpus that Bill Barr and Andrew  recovered put back into Treasury with a rock on it that Janet Yellen could not lift?

We ensured that CHina, India, Indonesia etc. and Russia knew at the highest levels. Sun Tzu said that the pen is mightier than the sword; i guess i will find out. Because what storm was started back then by initial publishing by the Harvey Organ and the Whitehats led to global disclosure in over 20 languages. We even wrote nations that alternative settlement in different currencies was a must because the Referee was a thief and could not be trusted. Perhaps those words had effect well beyond what we knew in  exposure. As those writings found their way into Departments with NO NAME. And yes, long before anyone said anything in 2018 I wrote about a young Russian Programmer who created the blockchain for Russia after meeting with Putin in Singapore and subsequently did the same for China. Where do you think CIPS came from and why

In 2006, at age 35, Kevin Warsh became the youngest Federal Reserve Governor in history. They told you it was merit. It wasn’t. It was perhaps, placement.

For 5 years he sat inside the machine. Learned every wire. Every backdoor. Every weakness. Then he walked away in 2011. Went silent. Waited.

    15 years of silence.

During those 15 years, he was the Fed’s official emissary to Asia and the G-20. He built relationships with every central bank that now forms BRICS. China. India. Russia. Saudi Arabia. He wasn’t doing diplomacy. He was doing architecture. DO NOT forget that the Indonesian Finance Minister accosted Obama about the ACTS in Seoul at the G20 meeting. And at the time when the British Prime Minister approached China to ask about Tropos he was told that they do not discuss matters of STATE with him prior to that meeting. What did that mean, given that tehy hired Experts to explain to them what I was doing and why?

Now Trump just made  Kevin Chair of the Federal Reserve.

His confirmation hearing, April 21. His words — on the record:

“I will shrink the balance sheet.

You don’t shrink a $7 trillion balance sheet. You don’t “reduce” it. You REPLACE the system underneath it. That’s what a “revised Treasury-Fed accord” means. CNBC reported it May 4. Nobody understood what they were reading.

    Here’s what they missed:

Kevin’s wife is Jane Lauder. Estée Lauder dynasty. Net worth: billions. He doesn’t need their money. He can’t be bought. He can’t be threatened. He can’t be stopped.

The Lauder family moved 40% of their holdings to physical gold in Q1 2026. While Warsh was telling Congress he’d “shrink the balance sheet.” While gold was climbing to $4,763.

They knew. Because HE told them.

    2006: Planted inside the Fed.

    2011: Extracted with full knowledge.

    2026: Reactivated to FINISH it.

20 years. One mission. Dismantle the old ledger. Activate the new one.

The man who sat in the room with Bernanke during 2008 — who watched them print $4 trillion to save banks that should have died — is now in charge of burning it all down.

If i read the tea leaves correctly then the next several months will prove most interesting.

  33. Never give up. Never surrender. Paraphrasing — from Hell’s depths spit one last time in the face of Death and the vicissitudes of fate.

    ***

In August 2002, Warren Zevon walked into a doctor’s office and walked out with a death sentence.

Pleural mesothelioma. A rare, aggressive cancer with no cure. His doctors gave him months, not years.

He was 55 years old. He had unfinished songs scattered across his piano. He had a studio session on the books.

Most people would cancel everything — make peace, gather the family, say goodbyes.

Warren Zevon went back to work.

For three decades, Zevon had been rock music’s brilliant outlier — the man who wrote “Werewolves of London,” who played alongside Linda Ronstadt, who earned the deep respect of Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan. He was known for meticulous lyrics, dark humor, and a stubborn refusal to compromise. He once joked that the last time he’d seen a doctor before his diagnosis was “in cowboy days” — the early 1980s.

The terminal diagnosis didn’t change who he was. It clarified it.

He told his closest friends about the cancer and made one simple request: Help me make one more album.

They showed up. Bruce Springsteen. Jackson Browne. Ry Cooder. Billy Bob Thornton. Dwight Yoakam. Emmylou Harris. They came to the studio knowing they were recording Warren’s farewell — and they gave everything they had.

The sessions were difficult. Zevon needed breaks between vocal takes to catch his breath. His body was fading. But his standards never did.

He refused chemotherapy — not out of denial, but out of choice. He wanted his remaining energy for the music. Every hour in the studio was an hour borrowed from what little time he had left.

The album, The Wind, was released on August 26, 2003. Two weeks later, on September 7, Warren Zevon died at home in Los Angeles at the age of 56.

He never got to hold a Grammy. But the music did. The Wind won Best Contemporary Folk Album. The duet with Springsteen, “Disorder in the House,” won Best Rock Vocal Performance. The album peaked at No. 12 on the charts — his highest since 1978.

In 2025, more than two decades after his passing, Warren Zevon was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

But perhaps his greatest legacy was something simpler — what he said on his last appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, when host David Letterman asked if facing death had taught him anything about life.

    Zevon smiled and said:

    “Enjoy every sandwich.”

He didn’t make a farewell album because he wanted to be remembered.

He made it because he was Warren Zevon — and that’s what Warren Zevon did.

Some people spend their final months looking back.

He spent his looking forward — into a microphone, into a melody, into something that would long outlast him.

    And it did.

  36. Eric Weinstein gives me all sorts of heartburn but at least he has reasons for his comments.

This is one time I more or less agree:

    ***

Eric Weinstein just laid out exactly why the government can’t do a “little” disclosure. One specific fact, he argues, and the entire containment architecture collapses instantly. Permanently.

The secret has held this long for one reason only: smart, technically credentialed people have been starved of any concrete detail. Give them one, and every scientist, lawyer, and security analyst on earth starts pulling the thread at the same time.

Weinstein broke it down by discipline. Biologists would immediately demand to know if recovered alien biologics contain eukaryotic cells. If they do, questions about histones, mitochondrial DNA, ATP synthase, and placement on the phylogenetic tree follow within hours. If the cells aren’t eukaryotic at all, the implications for the tree of life are so massive that no press release contains them.

Physicists wouldn’t wait either. How do the standard model and general relativity appear as approximations of whatever framework these beings actually use? How many dimensions are there? Is the speed of light a hard ceiling or an engineering problem they’ve already solved? Those aren’t abstract questions. They’re the kind that end careers and rewrite textbooks overnight.

Linguists would want to know if alien communication can even be mapped onto human grammar, or whether human languages simply aren’t expressive enough to cover what they’re transmitting. Sound, light, some other wave entirely? The question of whether they have something analogous to music is almost too strange to sit with.

And civil libertarians wouldn’t be asking about science at all. They’d be asking how many innocent people had their lives destroyed keeping this classified. Who authorized the lying. Whether any of it was fabricated from the start as a deliberate psy-op, which Weinstein lists as the very first question the general public would ask.

Some researchers believe the government has genuine recovered materials and has been managing the release timeline to avoid societal collapse. Others argue the entire UAP program is a constructed deception, a shell of classified theatre with nothing real inside, kept alive because the fiction serves its own strategic purposes.

So here’s the question: if Weinstein is right that one specific fact breaks the dam completely, is that why disclosure has stalled at carefully vague congressional testimony and never crossed into hard scientific specifics?

And if the answer ever does come, which discipline do you think shatters first?

Scientists have confirmed the muon g-2 anomaly with record precision — measuring the muon’s magnetic moment 0.00000000251 units larger than quantum electrodynamics predicts, a 5.1-sigma discrepancy constituting the most statistically definitive evidence yet for unknown physics beyond the Standard Model.

The Fermilab Muon g-2 experiment measured muon spin precession in a precisely calibrated 14-metre diameter storage ring magnet using 800 billion muon measurements collected across five experimental runs, determining the anomalous magnetic moment to 0.2 parts per million precision. The 5.1-sigma deviation.

The most likely explanation involves undiscovered particles interacting with muons while evading detection at the Large Hadron Collider — potentially supersymmetric partners, leptoquarks, or dark photons. The measured discrepancy corresponds to virtual particles approximately 300 times the muon mass — a mass scale now precisely targeted for direct experimental.

This discovery represents the most significant experimental window into physics beyond the Standard Model since the Higgs boson confirmation in 2012, providing a quantitative mass target that focuses new particle search programs at the world’s highest-energy accelerator facilities through the entire 2030s decade.

  38. Scientists demonstrated a metal-organic framework hydrogen storage material achieving volumetric hydrogen density of 82 grams per liter — ten times greater than compressed hydrogen gas at 700 bar in conventional steel tanks — enabling practical hydrogen fuel cell vehicles with driving ranges exceeding 800 kilometers.

A team from the National Institute of Standards and Technology synthesized a zirconium-based MOF with pore diameter precisely tuned to 6.4 angstroms — the optimal size for packing hydrogen molecules in an ordered two-dimensional arrangement within each pore. At minus 196 degrees Celsius (!!!) the material stores hydrogen at 82 grams per liter through physisorption — physical adsorption requiring no chemical reaction and enabling complete retrieval within 0.3 seconds of pressure release. The material maintained full storage capacity across 10,000 fill-and-release cycles with less than 1.2% degradation.

The gravimetric capacity of 9.4 weight percent exceeds the US Department of Energy’s 2025 target of 5.5 weight percent for onboard hydrogen storage — clearing the final materials science barrier to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles competitive with battery electric vehicles on range and refueling time.

  48. “So let me get this right, Starmer has appointed Gordon Brown as his special envoy for Global Finance, the same ex Chancellor that between 1999 and 2002 sold 395 tonnes of UK gold reserves (roughly half the national stockpile) for approximately $3.5 billion (£2.16 billion at the time). The gold was sold at an average price of roughly $275–$276 per ounce. The same ex Labour Prime minister that told all police forces in the UK not to investigate the child rape gangs. Brown is also heavily named in the Epstein files.

And not only that, Starmer has appointed Harriet Harman as his advisor for women and girls, the same woman who worked at the National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL) in the late 1970s, during which the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) was an affiliated group. She wanted to legalise paedophilia.

Every single day Starmer is getting exposed from all sides, this is putting the satanic child rapists in the spotlight for the world to see.

You have to show people the truth, now it’s hitting them right in the face.” LAURA ABOLI

    1. In a country that will freeze to death this winter because it abandoned nuclear and where electricity on a good day is regulated to approx. $0.40 USD/kWh but will spike shortly to twice that unless massive shortages and blackouts are desired. Governments always do the wrong thing trying to over-ride the price distribution thru rationing and other controls.

Compounded by the fact that this is the true breakdown of the price of a unit of fuel in Germany:

As of early 2026, gasoline taxes and fees in Germany total approximately €0.65 to €0.70 per liter, consisting of a fixed energy tax and 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). Amid high prices, the government has implemented temporary, limited reductions (roughly €0.17 per liter) to relieve consumers.

Key Components of German Fuel Pricing (Approximate):

      • Energy Tax (formerly Mineral Oil Tax): ~€0.6545 per liter for conventional unleaded petrol.
      • CO2 Price: An additional, rising fee intended for environmental protection, contributing to high costs.
      • Value Added Tax (VAT) (MwSt): 19% VAT is applied to the base price plus the energy tax.

      Recent Context (2026):

      • Temporary Relief: Due to geopolitical conflicts and rising prices, the government has enacted a, roughly 17-cent-per-liter tax cut on both petrol and diesel for a limited time.
      • Price Levels: Despite relief measures, gasoline prices have often exceeded €2.00 per liter

A Tesla generally requires between 60 kWh and 100 kWh to fully charge, depending on the model and battery size, with an additional 10–15% in energy losses typically incurred during charging. A standard Model 3/Y (60–75 kWh) usually needs roughly 70–85 kWh to fill, while larger Model S/X (100 kWh) models require about 100–110 kWh

Real-world highway range often lands between 220 and 380 miles. Let’s be generous on the math and say 400 miles.

It’s only the insane taxing and fee regime that make the Tesla competitive compared to the pump in Europe

  58. Good. Not bad for a government job.

Now do the same for West US water distribution with NAWAPA. Hydro electrical output would increase from 30-130GW more and 30-40 million extra irrigated acres would increase food production. The cost of both power and food would decrease as a result. The Tesla charging via dirty coal concern would abate.
