Briefing #227

what is the truth? are re-sets and world salvation truly coming?

Greetings!

With half the year of 2026 behind us, we watch with fascination as the social structures and economic systems of the past clash with the rapid implementation of technical automation of the future. From the transportation systems to the economic rails of monetary transfer and every key sector of society, the shock of it is ongoing.

The need for human labor is being slowly replaced by both mechanical and cybernetic automation.

Even the DOGE efforts in the Federal Government to identify and eliminate waste caused many thousands of jobs to disappear.

You’ll need to adjust or be adjusted.

And then there are the ongoing claims that trillions of dollars of wealth soon to be unleashed through myriad of administrated channels to assist the truly needy, among other things.

Just what is the truth? Why are so many being led to believe such?

We will leave it to the passage of time to answer such a question. We will start with real-world progress of which we all can see, sense and watch.

The fundamentals for the next crypto boom are strengthening, but timing is constrained by halving dynamics, a hostile macro environment, and legislative uncertainty.

The advice remains to stay patient and liquid, waiting for green lights.

Recently, an important legislative change occurred. The CLARITY Act passed the Senate Banking Committee with a bipartisan 15-9 vote. This is the most significant regulatory development for the crypto industry since the GENIUS Act was enacted last year. The outlook for the Fifth Boom Cycle has improved considerably.

And yet — Bitcoin couldn’t maintain $82,000. It briefly surged on the news, hit the 200-day moving average like a wall, and lost most of its gains within 48 hours. The halving dead zone and macro trends are still in control.

Both factors are true at the same time, and grasping this is key to the current investment thesis.

The investment community reacted quickly. Prediction market odds for the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 rose from 42% to 70%. Coinbase increased by 9%, MicroStrategy by 8%, and Robinhood by 6%. These are significant changes. The market adjusted the likelihood of a viable US regulatory framework for crypto significantly in just one session.

What does the CLARITY Act do when passed? It creates a federal framework that provides crypto companies the legal clarity to operate without arbitrary regulatory enforcement, clearly delineates SEC and CFTC jurisdictions, and establishes custody standards for insurance companies, endowments, and pension funds. Essentially, it transforms crypto from a gray market into a legitimate asset class, attracting significant institutional capital that has been waiting for this approval.

Some may wonder why the recent downward price volatility? Some careful review of current macro environment will give the best answer. Treasury yields are at their highest levels in 20 years. Iran hysteria continues to hold oil prices higher than usual. Warsh is facing a Fed committee that is resistant to lowering rates. Long term assets like crypto will most certainly not find an easy road higher with Treasury yields at such multi-decade highs.

Further, program traded call options continue to trigger at $80K and higher as hedged positions cover their exposure.

It is most likely that until CLARITY arrives fully passed, and macro environments ease, the fresh money will not enter to ignite the next boom cycle. But it’s only a matter of time. Nothing will stop CLARITY from eventual passage. The preparations for a post-CLARITY world are continuing at a very rapid rate, with historical rates of progress. The Falcon has indeed heard the Falconer.

But until then, we will be locked in the current lackluster phase. We may see even lower prices and reach a post-halving cycle lower sometime in Q4 into Q1 2027.

When the boom cycle starts, the CLARITY Act will have established a federal regulatory framework for crypto as a legitimate institutional asset class.

  • The 401(k) rule will open a $14 trillion retirement savings market to crypto. Bitcoin-backed mortgages will normalize crypto as collateral, while tokenized money-market funds will approach $100 billion in AUM.
  • JPMorgan, Citi, and HSBC will integrate crypto settlement into global banking systems. Major firms like Schwab, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley will offer direct Bitcoin exposure to millions of clients.
  • Stablecoin payment flows will target Bloomberg Intelligence’s $50 trillion projection, and AI agents will use stablecoins for machine-to-machine transactions at scale.

Q.E.D. – the demand base for the next cycle is fundamentally different, not just varied in amount. And this brings to mind another difference in the underpinnings of this current market. Prop trading firms are wielding more power over BTC prices. Prop firms trade their own funds, not client money. This is not good news if you are a retail trader given to Kamikaze risk taking. To avoid being a prop chop, simply keep to the long-term strategy. Hold through the volatility.

The key level to watch is $96,000 — the 50-week moving average that signals the start of a Bitcoin boom. If that level is broken with a consistent weekly close, it will indicate a strong buying opportunity. With the current institutional setup, the reaction to this signal could be different from previous cycles.

So, if right for your circumstances, continue to add to positions on price retracements, or accumulate your cash on the side if you can’t hack the volatility, and wait for the c$96,000 price level to be consistently surpassed as a good signal for entry. Resist being a FOMO-Sexual. Do not chase higher prices.

The factors for the next boom cycle will be the most significant and sound of all previous ones.

Be ready.

Contrary to the daily disinformation diatribe issued daily by [Trump], who’s done everything but Make America great again, one real world operated by consummate career Professions, actual core nations of standing are uniting, and forming Alliances with hemisphere consequences.

China, Russia, South Korea and Iran have formed a High Tech Chip and Capacitor Alliance which by 2030 wil achieve Global Leadership and Global Dependencies.

Iran has already exited Washington’s grasp.

We are already contemplating using Gold as the safe community backing for a BRICS inspired currency and coin state. But also a Hemisphere Universal Income removing Fiat Claws and Zionist hooks.

Circumcision with applied vision.

The Mid-terms will wake up the Beast as power goes East and the Grifter goes West.

Iran will determine its own future if [Trump] attacks. Armageddon removes Israel and all US bases in the Gulf, Flatlining nations as a risk.

Iran ignores the bleating and real dialog is changing the New World

Lack of releases is far from lack of action. We leave meaningless False diatribe to [Trump].

Energy prices up. Wars everywhere.

Food prices up. Home repossessions starting. Bases hit. Lives lost and no Iran will not give up its Nuclear rights.

Iran is lost. Iran won.

US leadership failing facing. MID TERM SWITCHES now it’s only how many.

Empires end.

The Oath of Allegiance needs to go and with it treacherous Zionist Ho.

Forget Saving Private Ryan, save America.

Look at Kushner and the Insider Trading Sons plus conspiring Elites self-enriching.

Real changes are coming.

Empires end badly.

Over the last several months, there has been a significant uptick in “intel” from the so-called “currency and bond community”.

Med beds and huge funds are said to be moving into position for deployment.

RVs and bond redemptions galore are coming, it is claimed. NESARA/GESARA! A huge transfer of wealth to save humanity!

An army of monetized “intel providers” claim it is. And while waiting, some direct your attention to products for sale! Mushroom gummies, bath bombs, stem-cell generators, healing sessions, channelings, etc.

We watch with fascination, wondering where it all comes from.

Just what is truth? It’s simply what is agreed to be such. And depending on who you ask, you will find the “truth” you are looking for.

If there is anything to such claims, it will eventually play out…or not. And it will either be as many have claimed, or not anything like it at all. Then, you will have the truth.

It is highly doubtful that the ultimate valid creators of any such plans would purposely leak the details to only monetized product channels.

That would be really tacky.

Whatever the powers in the shadows are working on, the only way we will truly know the exact form of any of it, is when it appears – if it ever does.

They wait…

All water systems must report contaminant levels and you can, in most cases, get a copy of the yearly report. Many put their yearly online, but if not, by law it must be given to you. So mail a request with the old SASE and get it.

    Then act accordingly.

  8. Just some mid-year crypto observations, and additional items of oddity.

Until we cross back over the 50 week MA, we can consider all price gyrations below it as just indecisive price action. BTC, ETC, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin – all down amidst the largest weekly decline since last October.

But there is no need to panic. We expected this and consider it simply an accumulation zone offering great discounts. We may see a further 10% decline to the $50,000-$60,000 level.

Without the post-CLARITY fuse, capital is chasing A.I. opportunities and it’s coming from crypto sectors. Crypto will also become a source for the upcoming SpaceX IPO. Crypto is simply the thing to sell for quick liquidity to chase those dreams.

CLARITY now has 70% odds of passing on Polymarket in 2026. After this, institutional capital will have a clear path to participation without local or national legal regulatory entanglements.

If you still wish to place capital in this market, we would continue to suggest a tranching strategy of buying lightly at lower price surges. Resist an all or nothing Kamikaze big bet and hoping for the best.

c$96,000 is still a fairly good boom cycle confirmation price. So until then, be patient, accumulate within your particular comfort zone, and continue to observe the convergence of regulatory and economic rails which will eventually carry prices into the stratosphere.

In other curious sectors, there are continuing “re-set, release, global this and that” rumors of significant volume. Just who is prompting this, and why, is a continuing curiosity. Is it deliberate? Is it 100th monkey “intel”? Is it mass psychosis with zero reality? Is it deliberate mythology to prompt continuing sales of exotic currencies, ancient expired bonds, asset protection trusts, financial seminars, crystal pendants, do-it-yourself project kits, CBD gummies, wrinkle cream, mushroom palliatives, healing sessions, fortune telling, Cottrell thesis books, crystal pendants, newsletters, YouTube subscriptions, med-bed hysteria, NESARA pamphlets? Or does this kind of thing always exist in society? What has to happen for it to all either play out as claimed or end?

How much longer can people stand it? When the French Revolution started to fizzle for lack of a firm, clear target to achieve, the baser instincts of the Guillotine were brought in to express dissatisfaction with the previous management. I often wonder if this latest round of promises from “intel providers” is not met as is being sold within the timeframes presented, just what will the followers start to say and do? If Iraq re-issues a new note, and repudiates all current floats in exchange for a 1 to 1 note thus rendering all 25K notes worthless, just what will the masses do to gurus when they wind up breaking even on their “RV”, if even that? Who do people see for 20 years of broken promises?

Thank the gods it won’t be me.

Whatever the reason, the timing is impeccable, because the Senate is currently having a conniption fit over the Intelligence Community. The Hill reported early yesterday morning: “Senate Democrats block extension of spy powers to protest Trump’s choice of Pulte for DNI.” They really don’t want Bill Pulte at ODNI.

    image 4.png

In a stunning move, every single Senate Democrat (except John Fetterman) plus seven Republican senators voted against advancing the extension of the nation’s enhanced surveillance authorities under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The powers expire on June 12— next Friday. The stated excuse? They are protesting President Trump’s appointment of Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence.

Senator Mark Warner (D-Va.) said Democrats couldn’t simply stand by and vote to authorize enhanced surveillance powers when Pulte “doesn’t even meet the basic qualifications of the law to be director of national intelligence” and has “a history of taking and weaponizing confidential information.”

Senator Adam Schiff (D-Ca.) said Pulte “has demonstrated in his current position (at Fannie/Freddie) a willingness to weaponize whatever information he can get access to.” Just consider the irony for a moment— Adam Schiff, the man who spent four years selectively leaking classified intelligence committee proceedings about Russiagate to any camera he could find, now lecturing gullible reporters about weaponizing confidential information.

If it weren’t for double standards … well, you know.

  15. Remember — Dr. Paul Offit stated unequivocally that the 1 death per million and/or no more than 10 SAE per million is the level of safety any vaccine needs to meet. The covid vaxx was many times that in the first 30 days of administration. On the fainting episodes alone it could have been pulled. At the same time this young girld passed on, a beautiful senior and just elected beauty queen never woke up, the day after the shot — her whole cerebral venous system had clotted and she had died in her sleep.

  17. Social media is full of women discussing the pluses and minuses of the so-called “coffee date”. The discussion is inspired by entitled women declaring, rather optimistically most of the time, that they will automatically reject any man who asks them on a coffee date instead of committing to spend several hundred dollars on them for a “real date”.

As always, pay zero attention to what women say and watch what they do.

The reality is that a woman who is into you will very cheerfully accept an invitation to literally anything. It doesn’t matter if it is an invitation to a free weight workout and she doesn’t even lift. It doesn’t matter if it is an invitation to a family function and she barely even knows you and has no interest in meeting your family. It doesn’t matter if it is an invitation to attend church on Sunday and she’s not a Christian.

If she is into you, she will go.

Conversely, if she isn’t interested in meeting you for a coffee date, then she isn’t into you. And she still isn’t into you if she agrees to let you take her to an expensive restaurant, to a big-ticket sports event, or fly her to Tahiti. She’s just willing to use you in order to obtain the experience.

If someone had told me this between 18 and 21, I would have been saved a lot of grief. Once I learned about this, it was better sailing. Especially with the hotter crowd that felt great entitlement..

Once you grew enough so that your hand could really grab the damn thing, that’s when it all escalated!

The body of missing New Mexico mom Melissa Casias was found ‘skeletonized’ with a gunshot wound to the skull, propped up in a seated position against a tree in a remote part of the rugged Carson National Forest, the Daily Mail has learned. Casias, who was 53, vanished from her Taos home in June 2025, leaving her phone, keys and purse behind. She was last seen alive walking east on the 518 Highway that leads out of the city towards the forest. The case shot to national attention earlier this year amid conspiracy theories that her disappearance was part of a larger pattern involving individuals who had access to top secret government research. Casias was an administrative assistant at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) – a facility located an hour from Taos and founded for the famed Manhattan Project during the Second World War that has been tied to nuclear weapons research ever since.

NEWBERRY, Fla. (WCJB) — State Attorney Brian Kramer notified Alachua County leaders he will no longer prosecute violations of the county’s five-day waiting period for firearm purchases, citing a new federal court settlement and constitutional concerns.

In a letter to Alachua County officials, Kramer said his office will no longer prosecute violations of the county’s five-day firearm waiting period or any cooling-off period outside what it takes to conduct a background check.

Kramer pointed to a recent federal court settlement in which Florida agreed the state’s three-day waiting period is unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier called it a landmark case, saying government offices have a duty to protect constitutional rights.

  35. The problem of course, it is not true that a double mastectomy is in any way curative. The doctor, was more or less, wrong. So Stone lost her breasts and her marriage, and in no way has saved her life. A lumpectomy would have been equally effective under traditional therapy. At minimum, the oncologic surgeon should have offered full breast reconstruction. Hell, get a full upgrade while one’s at it!

Dr. David Tarin, who I met prior to his retirement, proved, in a very elegant set of experiments that from the moment cancer develops it sheds cells into the body. Metastasis is then a function of microenvironment, cancer cell and immune surveillance.

And incidentally, that’s why the therapy we (cast of 10) developed the subtractive immunotherapy, that was totally non-toxic and effective, more or less, across all solid tumors. Including breast cancer. Under that therapy, 6 to 12 weeks of treatment, would have converted the totality of her cancer to scar tissue, and given her ~10 years of runway before recurrence if any. And you could then still repeat the same therapy before going crazy with chemo, radiation and surgery.

    1. While the above is essentially true, it is a misleading story. Gemini and Grok agree as follows:

Sharon Stone has opened up about a major health scare from the early 2000s, revealing that she was misdiagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a major surgical procedure as a result.

The actress’s experience involved several challenging details, from the initial medical scare to the personal fallout:

      • The Misdiagnosis: Doctors discovered unusually large tumors in the actress’s breasts (one described as being larger than her entire breast) and advised her to undergo a double mastectomy, warning her that tumors of that size were almost always cancerous.
      • The Surgery: Stone agreed to the bilateral surgery out of an abundance of caution, but when she woke up, her doctors informed her that the tumors were entirely benign and she did not have cancer.
      • The Husband’s Reaction: Stone later revealed on the The Person Who Believed in Me podcast that her then-husband was “furious” and called the procedure “ridiculous”. According to Stone, he appeared more concerned about the removal of her breasts than her surviving cancer, a fracture in their relationship that led immediately to the end of their marriage.
      • Consent Violations: In her 2021 memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, Stone also revealed that the plastic surgeon who performed the subsequent tumor removal and reconstructive surgery went on to implant larger breast implants without her permission or knowledge.

Stone has used her platform to advocate for Women’s Cancer Research and has spoken out to raise awareness following her own health battles, which also include surviving a life-threatening brain aneurysm and stroke in 2001

  36. The Anthropic dumpster fire continues, spreading across enterprise small and large. The latest horror story; Even though not covered below the parallel story is that Claude 4.8 is still a disaster compared to how Claude 4.6 operated. We formed utility commissions to prevent electric companies from charging by the electron, we will need AI Price commissions to prevent token charging. Reality, a significant task burns a million tokens of context alone — even at 1 cent per token – $10K instantly burns – even though it is precisely not that, it is a good enough guide. And when the dreaded token drain hits because the tool screwed up — why do we foot the bill?

    We have 20 developers

We hit $18.5K for the month of June by early this morning in GH Copilot AI Credit usage. That’s almost $20K in FOUR DAYS.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason behind the daily costs, heavier days cost less than lighter days. This is broken.

    We’re not alone… https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/197524

Someone says they burned 13% of monthly usage in under an hour doing simple HTML work, and the replies are full of the same basic theme: people did not sign up for “your editor is now a casino meter.” This is not just “premium models cost money.” Everyone gets that. The problem is GitHub moved Copilot into usage-based billing without giving teams a real receipt. No per-request breakdown. No clear token accounting. No obvious way to see whether the bill came from repo context, retries, failed calls, tool output, cache writes, diffs, terminal spam, or whatever else Copilot decided to shovel into the model.

This is exactly how you get a finance person forwarding a budget alert at 8 AM asking why the dev tool line item suddenly looks like a cloud bill. For a 20-dev team, the difference between “normal Copilot subscription” and “oops, Opus ate the budget” is not a rounding error, it is a vendor review. The whole category is starting to look like a support queue of people asking the same question in different words: why did my credits disappear and why can’t I audit it?
