Briefing #227

what is the truth? are re-sets and world salvation truly coming?

Greetings!

With half the year of 2026 behind us, we watch with fascination as the social structures and economic systems of the past clash with the rapid implementation of technical automation of the future. From the transportation systems to the economic rails of monetary transfer and every key sector of society, the shock of it is ongoing.

The need for human labor is being slowly replaced by both mechanical and cybernetic automation.

Even the DOGE efforts in the Federal Government to identify and eliminate waste caused many thousands of jobs to disappear.

You’ll need to adjust or be adjusted.

And then there are the ongoing claims that trillions of dollars of wealth soon to be unleashed through myriad of administrated channels to assist the truly needy, among other things.

Just what is the truth? Why are so many being led to believe such?

We will leave it to the passage of time to answer such a question. We will start with real-world progress of which we all can see, sense and watch.

The fundamentals for the next crypto boom are strengthening, but timing is constrained by halving dynamics, a hostile macro environment, and legislative uncertainty.

The advice remains to stay patient and liquid, waiting for green lights.

Recently, an important legislative change occurred. The CLARITY Act passed the Senate Banking Committee with a bipartisan 15-9 vote. This is the most significant regulatory development for the crypto industry since the GENIUS Act was enacted last year. The outlook for the Fifth Boom Cycle has improved considerably.

And yet — Bitcoin couldn’t maintain $82,000. It briefly surged on the news, hit the 200-day moving average like a wall, and lost most of its gains within 48 hours. The halving dead zone and macro trends are still in control.

Both factors are true at the same time, and grasping this is key to the current investment thesis.

The investment community reacted quickly. Prediction market odds for the CLARITY Act passing in 2026 rose from 42% to 70%. Coinbase increased by 9%, MicroStrategy by 8%, and Robinhood by 6%. These are significant changes. The market adjusted the likelihood of a viable US regulatory framework for crypto significantly in just one session.

What does the CLARITY Act do when passed? It creates a federal framework that provides crypto companies the legal clarity to operate without arbitrary regulatory enforcement, clearly delineates SEC and CFTC jurisdictions, and establishes custody standards for insurance companies, endowments, and pension funds. Essentially, it transforms crypto from a gray market into a legitimate asset class, attracting significant institutional capital that has been waiting for this approval.

Some may wonder why the recent downward price volatility? Some careful review of current macro environment will give the best answer. Treasury yields are at their highest levels in 20 years. Iran hysteria continues to hold oil prices higher than usual. Warsh is facing a Fed committee that is resistant to lowering rates. Long term assets like crypto will most certainly not find an easy road higher with Treasury yields at such multi-decade highs.

Further, program traded call options continue to trigger at $80K and higher as hedged positions cover their exposure.

It is most likely that until CLARITY arrives fully passed, and macro environments ease, the fresh money will not enter to ignite the next boom cycle. But it’s only a matter of time. Nothing will stop CLARITY from eventual passage. The preparations for a post-CLARITY world are continuing at a very rapid rate, with historical rates of progress. The Falcon has indeed heard the Falconer.

But until then, we will be locked in the current lackluster phase. We may see even lower prices and reach a post-halving cycle lower sometime in Q4 into Q1 2027.

When the boom cycle starts, the CLARITY Act will have established a federal regulatory framework for crypto as a legitimate institutional asset class.

  • The 401(k) rule will open a $14 trillion retirement savings market to crypto. Bitcoin-backed mortgages will normalize crypto as collateral, while tokenized money-market funds will approach $100 billion in AUM.
  • JPMorgan, Citi, and HSBC will integrate crypto settlement into global banking systems. Major firms like Schwab, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley will offer direct Bitcoin exposure to millions of clients.
  • Stablecoin payment flows will target Bloomberg Intelligence’s $50 trillion projection, and AI agents will use stablecoins for machine-to-machine transactions at scale.

Q.E.D. – the demand base for the next cycle is fundamentally different, not just varied in amount. And this brings to mind another difference in the underpinnings of this current market. Prop trading firms are wielding more power over BTC prices. Prop firms trade their own funds, not client money. This is not good news if you are a retail trader given to Kamikaze risk taking. To avoid being a prop chop, simply keep to the long-term strategy. Hold through the volatility.

The key level to watch is $96,000 — the 50-week moving average that signals the start of a Bitcoin boom. If that level is broken with a consistent weekly close, it will indicate a strong buying opportunity. With the current institutional setup, the reaction to this signal could be different from previous cycles.

So, if right for your circumstances, continue to add to positions on price retracements, or accumulate your cash on the side if you can’t hack the volatility, and wait for the c$96,000 price level to be consistently surpassed as a good signal for entry. Resist being a FOMO-Sexual. Do not chase higher prices.

The factors for the next boom cycle will be the most significant and sound of all previous ones.

Be ready.

Contrary to the daily disinformation diatribe issued daily by [Trump], who’s done everything but Make America great again, one real world operated by consummate career Professions, actual core nations of standing are uniting, and forming Alliances with hemisphere consequences.

China, Russia, South Korea and Iran have formed a High Tech Chip and Capacitor Alliance which by 2030 wil achieve Global Leadership and Global Dependencies.

Iran has already exited Washington’s grasp.

We are already contemplating using Gold as the safe community backing for a BRICS inspired currency and coin state. But also a Hemisphere Universal Income removing Fiat Claws and Zionist hooks.

Circumcision with applied vision.

The Mid-terms will wake up the Beast as power goes East and the Grifter goes West.

Iran will determine its own future if [Trump] attacks. Armageddon removes Israel and all US bases in the Gulf, Flatlining nations as a risk.

Iran ignores the bleating and real dialog is changing the New World

Lack of releases is far from lack of action. We leave meaningless False diatribe to [Trump].

Energy prices up. Wars everywhere.

Food prices up. Home repossessions starting. Bases hit. Lives lost and no Iran will not give up its Nuclear rights.

Iran is lost. Iran won.

US leadership failing facing. MID TERM SWITCHES now it’s only how many.

Empires end.

The Oath of Allegiance needs to go and with it treacherous Zionist Ho.

Forget Saving Private Ryan, save America.

Look at Kushner and the Insider Trading Sons plus conspiring Elites self-enriching.

Real changes are coming.

Empires end badly.

Over the last several months, there has been a significant uptick in “intel” from the so-called “currency and bond community”.

Med beds and huge funds are said to be moving into position for deployment.

RVs and bond redemptions galore are coming, it is claimed. NESARA/GESARA! A huge transfer of wealth to save humanity!

An army of monetized “intel providers” claim it is. And while waiting, some direct your attention to products for sale! Mushroom gummies, bath bombs, stem-cell generators, healing sessions, channelings, etc.

We watch with fascination, wondering where it all comes from.

Just what is truth? It’s simply what is agreed to be such. And depending on who you ask, you will find the “truth” you are looking for.

If there is anything to such claims, it will eventually play out…or not. And it will either be as many have claimed, or not anything like it at all. Then, you will have the truth.

It is highly doubtful that the ultimate valid creators of any such plans would purposely leak the details to only monetized product channels.

That would be really tacky.

Whatever the powers in the shadows are working on, the only way we will truly know the exact form of any of it, is when it appears – if it ever does.

They wait…

  3. Venting: As a VP, I somehow feel both competent and completely useless at the same time.

For five years now, our CEO has been refusing raises. I fought for my team with everything I had and managed to get 1-5% raises in most years (and even that is still nowhere near what they deserve).

There’s an employee who was hired a little over two years ago at around the middle of the pay band, and he’s only gotten 1-2% raises despite being consistently excellent. He was covering work across multiple departments, fixed broken processes, built automations, and saved us about $300K/year by bringing work in-house that we had been outsourcing.

He asked for an 18% raise, which would still have made him the lowest-paid person on the team. I fully supported the request. The CEO kept stalling, then said no. The employee resigned on the spot after getting a role somewhere else that pays 25% more, and honestly, I don’t blame him at all.

Now the CEO is talking about bringing in contractors at $18K/month, which is far more than the raise he refused to approve.

I’m extremely frustrated, and I just wanted to say: some of us higher up the ladder also see how absurd this is. It makes no sense. You can’t build healthy teams this way.

While the system is working as designed, eg. jump ship if you aren’t rewarded, these employees aren’t even keeping up with inflation. Therefore, they are suffering a pay cut every year.

    It’s called “not listening”.

And now it is a plague on the land.

  6. Nuns that have no intimate partners prior to devoting themselves to Christ have near zero risk of cervical cancer. And even those with 1 or 2 partners prior to being with Christ, have very small rates. Risk in the general population rises with partners, and the inflection point for serious upscale risk is somewhere between 5 and 7 partners. However, the same cannot be said for ovarian cancer, which is typical in this population.

In a post-Fauci mRNA vaxx world, sudden aggressive cancer is the order of the day. The mRNA vaxx turbocharges cancer thru several mechanisms, which we need not list here. Even small exposure to HPV and other viruses, which would be at most a Pap smear inconvenience, now mutate into immediate and dangerous monsters. Ovarian cancer, which is a risk for the nulliparous and non-oral contraceptive users, is on the rise. At a frightening rate. And they are cooking the books.

I am very saddened to report that a Filipino woman of my acquaintance, whose only real sin was marrying a bastard who abandoned her penniless in Los Angeles, is deeply religious — a nun by any other name — and only wanting a 2nd marriage to a Good Man, has been diagnosed with extensive and aggressive stage 3, cusp of stage 4,ovarian cancer. Possibly one of the kindest women I ever met.

While she is responding to chemotherapy well, median survival at 5 years remains a mere 50%. Of course, they gutted her like a fish surgically, but the surgical outcome was the best one could get. Furthermore, there’s no question of what happened here. Her body showed great immunologic resistance right up until she got mRNA-vaxxed and triple-boosted for work and out of fear. The cancer started immediately after her 4th shot, if you track back the probable growth curve. (Yeah, we can do that given a few measurements. Plus she says she felt sick in the aftermath of the shot and the weight loss began shortly thereafter.)

Her weight has recovered to 100 lb (normal for her was 111 lb) but went down to 78 lb in a couple months post-shot which led to the diagnosis. Cedars Sinai oncology gets the hat tip for an effective treatment effort.

Once she fully recovers from chemo, I’ll get her on ivermectin and -bendazole, and then on chronic cimetidine. To hell with classic oncologists who still ignore obvious data. Cimetidine is our most ignored cancer-fighting drug. It turbocharges immune reactions, is cheap, effective, notoriously safe and totally ignored. In some cancers, it flips the survival curve from mostly death to mostly survival.

    Fauci should burn in Hell.

I do not believe him to be a good man or a patriot.

He has deliberately and rapidly accelerated the destruction of our Britain, of our home.

History will not remember him kindly, nor should it.

I sat in Parliament, looking him in the eye, listening to him attempting to justify his decision to block a national inquiry into the mass rape of young British girls.

I will never forgive him. For that, and so much else.

What comes next, I do not know.

Whatever that is, Restore Britain will be ready to offer the British people a democratic route out – a better way, the only way.

    But Starmer is gone.

And that is a good thing.

    1. And what’s with politicians not resigning? It used to be that when you stepped in it, you resigned. Bad as that is for a career politician, it is generally better than “off with the head” or a good hanging.

Now, this is partly explained in game theory. There are so many alignments dependent on government favoritism that until force majeure hits, the spice must flow… and when everyone has a hand on everyone elses throat, the system acts as a singleton — as one.

      1. It is all a foolish anti-human construct that is perpetrated by a false idea of total control, sociopathic control narcissism, and general fear — not by the People, but of the People by the Usual Suspects. Humans are not ants, no matter what Asians and sociopaths think.

And that’s not even the downside of routing a couple hundred billion to a trillion transactions thru a system, that were it to fail overtly, would cripple your economy to the point of cratering it. Or where credentials can be spoofed (India). Or the cascading failure to the point of uselessness if a compounding error were to creep in either by accident or maleficent intent. Or as just happened in Brazil today, if security is penetrated… and the Brazilian response was the correct one. Not that anyone else will learn the lesson.

Brazil has 213 million people. Someone sent a test alert through the civil defense system and now the whole thing is shut down.

Man, I just read about this and honestly? It’s equal parts hilarious and terrifying.

So Brazil’s population is sitting at around 213 million right now. And apparently, some joker managed to fire off an email through the civil defense alert system. The message itself was neutral, nothing crazy on the surface. But here’s the thing that really got me. If that text had been about something sensitive, something that could actually cause panic? We’re talking about 213 million people potentially freaking out at the exact same time.

The email went out, people saw it, and the government basically said “yeah we’re pulling the plug on this thing.” They deactivated the entire system. Which honestly tells you everything you need to know about how secure it actually was.

Brother, that’s huge. The scale here is hard to ignore. One email could have triggered absolute chaos if it landed on the wrong topic. A tsunami warning that wasn’t real. An evacuation order that never should have been sent. Something like that in a country this size?

Honestly, this is way bigger than it sounds at first. If it can happen in Brazil, it can happen anywhere. And next time it might not be a test.

  11. Concord, thanks for the call this morning. You gave me some perspectives and as a result I reminded myself that it’s always wise to seek the counsel of others in certain matters. We often cannot arrive at a proper understanding of things unless we have the benefit of feedback from others who have gone before.

Last week was so intense. Call after call. All hours. Can’t shut off the phone as important matters can’t always wait. My blood pressure on rising was 133/77. Thank the gods. Was sure I was going to stroke out.

Now comes the waiting period. Just who’s who in the zoo is going to be very clear. Time is the revealer of all things. As you pointed out, I tend to take the long term perspective in most cases. I had forgotten that for a moment.

Many things are coming to pass I had concluded were simply rumor, fantasy, fiction, impossible, unproven. When one is taking a look at possible long term implications to one’s long term plans, it’s difficult to make decisions when you can’t ascertain what you are observing is fact based or just baloney.

This last month has revealed some things I find personally shocking and in in many cases my assessment was wrong. Very glad I worked though to the right conclusion and have adjusted my path a bit to avoid serious potential harm.

Now, we wait. The only thing that can throw it all off is a political disaster, of which the world is full of and runs on.

    Thanks again!

    2. 🤣🤣🤣Let me reassure on the blood pressure. The climate of fear around hypertension is wholly unwarranted at the lower pressures. And the Framingham study that started all this nonsense should be deleted from the literature.

While I engaged our idiot medical system, the knuckleheads kept switching meds in a wholly ineffective way — and I was walking around at 180/110 x 8 months. Which frankly is potentially lethal, on the border of hypertensive crisis. Without any precipitating events, just the long-term outcome from the damnable accidental poisoning.

So prepared the Will, wrote a few letters along the lines of “So long and thanks for all the fish”. All in the usual big manila envelope and placed in the safe.

Then someone finally said, drug L. Well, L. is a very strong drug and they nearly put me into a low blood pressure event. Nothing like risking a low pressure infarct — which thankfully didn’t happen. Cut the dose down to 1/3rd and took it 2x times a day. And so we walk around now at 135/75.

If I didn’t blow a gasket at 180/110, it isn’t going going to blow at 135/75.

    3. Tony, is this party about the RV, reset? Please tell me the IRS is going away. What is all this about?

      Like

      1. Not about any RV or reset, whatever those things mean.

The IRS is in charge of collecting all kinds of excise taxes the US has imposed, not just the so-called “income tax”. There are hundreds of excises on the books. Everything from wagering, bookmaking, distillation and sale of alcohol, firearm and other manufacturing, government contracted labor, importation of certain items, transportation of certain items, etc. On and on. Without the IRS, such taxes would not be collected.

There is a desire by Trump to replace the excise tax on our common occupation labor (very unconstitutional) with tariff income to satiate the Federal tit. We got along with such an arrangement for over 100 years before banking cartels saddled us with their usury scam Fed Marxist income tax schemes. A great deal of our manufacturing and industrial wealth was made from tariff safeguards against exporting our labor force, until NAFTA and other communist schemes decimated such capacity.

As to what Concord and I are watching and monitoring, I can’t openly say here. Just know that if I do anything well, it’s getting to the bottom of things. And I am slowly getting to the true nature of all this “reset” gibberish. Most of what you read and listen to about it is garbage. But intertwined within such “garbage” are tendrils of truth, twisted and altered in a most amazing fashion. Getting around this kind of thing is not easy.

Until I have the complete picture I will not make forward-looking statements or embellish things to sound like I am some hot shot “intel provider”. I am so goddamned sick and tired of dealing with wing-nut NESARA morons that I may shoot the next one I come across. These clowns have hundreds of thousands of people in their grips, many of them advancing into retirement years with hopes of med beds, dinar millions, new republic, gold backed dollars (highly overrated), and a problem-free life of ease, courtesy of some mysterious war-torn nation’s secret fund, “elders”, or some galactic federation.

What did the followers of the late Neil Keenan get? What did those who donated to the late ZAP get? What did the followers of the late Wendy/Casper get? What did the followers of the late Bill Bonney get? What did the followers of the late Al Hodges get? What did the followers of the late Bob Maheu (CMKX blowhard) get? Zip.

Concord and I are deeply into a project that is moving silently towards the goal of presenting to WHA only FACTUAL RESULTS of actual projects that are proven, and not based on “contacts”, or “we are hearing”, or “channeling”, or other monetized YouTube blather that is just a recycling of something started by other YouTube gibbering Jabberwoks. Many of them are dramatizing psychotics – real nobodies who found a way to be somebody in a fantasy land of the truly gullible.

Until the true facts and conclusions are firmly in my hands, I won’t detail more. Just be careful of what you read and believe. There is a lot of bullshit out there. And the motive for a lot of it is not something you would ever guess.

But, there is a real, very real, movement traveling parallel to all. Unfortunately, it has become mired and tainted with the stench of much of the above.

I need to get some sleep.

  17. While we are talking at the edge of it all, there have been 2 independent verifications of the 800m shafts under the Giza pyramids. Unconfirmed is the report of a shaft under the Sphinx. There is tantalizing data suggesting a vast structural interconnect. At least one large chamber has been identified.

On psychological grounds, I believe the pyramids were a deliberate burying of something that frightened the Egyptians enough to dump 6 million tons of blocks on the entry ways.

The other possibility is a pre Younger Dryas civilization built something megalithic right alongside the original Sphinx to protect the local civilization, and the facility was abandoned at the Younger Dryas transition, when water became scarce and Nile-dependent.

    1. A third option arose in my little brain trust of friends. I pass it along for completeness.

To wit, the pyramids are what they appear to be. They are markers to something that the Egyptians couldn’t handle but recognized was important to the future.

They are a message to the future, equal parts “Here is something important” and “Here there be dragons.

    1. If Trump survives long enough, politically. Nor does he have to do too much — the tsunami is forming and his old instincts, forced if need be, are correct. Israel and Bibi need a good kick in the nuts.

Israel deserves moral condemnation in spades. Bibi should be rotting in jail. And I’m all for bringing back assassination as a political tool in the wake of Charlie Kirk. Let them reap what they sow.

The cratering of Levin and Shapiro in the ratings (and boy! have they cratered), along with the precipitous public decline of the ADL, are all harbingers. Greenblatt almost put the ADL out of commission with his public rant of applying “exploding pagers”-style ideation against “critics [of Israel]” and that everything not pro-Jewish was by definition anti-Semitic — and should be banned. The off-the-MSM conflagration against his comments thankfully got him to shut up. And no, kids: We aren’t “saving the First Am by limiting the First Am” as some self-serving Jewish billionaire suggested. We are simply going to toss your sorry asses out of the country, and whether we are going to be the 110th or 111th expulsion is just a matter of time. This saddens me, but brother! you asked for it!

While the US has a lot coopted forces supporting the Israel-first agenda, folks are basically voting with their feet. Despite MSM pretensions, on the street, Jews are returning to their historically accurate persona non grata status. And they have nobody but themselves to blame.

And even though it hasn’t made the MSM, the whole dual-passport thing is gaining ground — primarily on WTF are there so many Israel-US dual passport holders in our government – but is rapidly becoming why the hell are there any at all of any Nation? Common sense says you can’t have two masters and Congress needs to annihilate dual passport holding since SCOTUS failed on the issue years ago.

Now, it is almost certainly the ubiquitous dust clouds that have to be there.

Because the two posited alternatives past that is (a) someone is harvesting stars (gulp!) (b) some unknown burnout physics (double gulp!).

  26. So… Christian Zionism:

In 1656 British statesman Oliver Cromwell, in partnership with Portuguese Jewish scholar Manasseh ben Israel, opened England to the return of the Jews, who had been expelled in 1290. Cromwell was inspired in part by a belief that conversion of Jews to Christianity would expedite the Second Coming. Puritans in New England in the mid-17th century also believed that Jews would eventually return to a homeland in Palestine as part of the end-time. Early American Puritans held a view of America as a Christian “city on a hill” that would be instrumental in the divine plan of reviving God’s kingdom, not in America but in Jerusalem. — Encyclopedia Britannica

It is a particularly noxious doctrine that originates out of Biblical literalism.

Now, it is particularly convenient for Judaism that they have gone over-broad for the better part of 15 centuries to state that the only covenant with God is theirs. Every single Christian would beg to differ. Furthermore, Christianity of all flavors is fully ecumenical — which Jews can’t abide by because it dilutes their claim of being the Chosen.

Since Rome of Ancient Empire became Christian Empire of the same, the Jews could not help but hate the latter due to the former. Nothing like holding a multi-thousand year grudge where every single person of then has been dead for the better part of 2000 years. (Should be a cautionary tale to another long-lived group of our acquaintance.) And never mind the Jewish pretensions of ‘freedom’. The Judeans of then wanted their equivalent of Empire (because being Chosen!) and, in simplest terms, got pounded by the Roman Empire. What saved them from utter extermination was the fact that it was a dust, flea, disease infested province.

Now, while the religious fanatic is usually internally consistent, so are many crazy, psychotics and of course, sociopaths.

Now, fixed attitudes lead eventually to death and being ankle-deep in blood.

Furthermore, the hubris of thinking that little ol’ us will force the hand of God, is extra cuckoo nuts. And a few fries short of a Happy Meal…

This cannot end well, because if you believe it is the End Times, that you are Chosen of God, that you have a Manifest Destiny (on territory of 7 other nations), and that your prophecy for the bringing of the Messiah (and his Return for the Christian) requires a conflict of civilizations, you will engage in insane behavior based on your fixed belief…

All simulations end the same way: 3 10-megaton warheads end Israel. The Samson retaliation kills a couple hundred million. And then it’s even money whether this escalates into a worldwide conflagration because of all other animosities.

It is tragic irony that Israel is a greater danger to the world than Iran will ever be…

      Fauci and Tulsi’s parting gift

Yesterday June 18th  4:47 PM Eastern, the ODNI published what they internally call “The Fauci File.” Declassified.

      Here is what it contains.

Anthony Fauci directed $47 million in US taxpayer funding to gain-of-function bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. He knew what they were building. He FUNDED what they were building. And when it leaked — accidentally or otherwise — he positioned himself as America’s doctor. The arsonist became the firefighter.

But that is not why the warrant exists.

The documents contain an August 2021 whistleblower complaint — filed internally, buried for FIVE YEARS — stating that Fauci provided “false testimony to Congress related to the conduct of gain-of-function research.” That is not an accusation. That is a federal crime. 18 U.S.C. § 1621. Perjury. Five years in prison.

The ODNI describes what Fauci built as a “self-serving circular reporting loop.” He funded the scientists. Those scientists wrote the intelligence assessments. Those assessments were used to tell YOU it was a wet market. A bat. A coincidence. And anyone who questioned it was a conspiracy theorist.

I knew about this file on June 3. I was told three words: “Gabbard’s parting gift.”

The referral has already been sent to the DOJ. Kash Patel has the file. A grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia was empaneled on June 11 — one week BEFORE the declassification. They were not waiting for the documents to drop. They already HAD them.

Fauci’s passport was flagged on June 14. He is not leaving this country.

Now we wait to see if justice is possible in America.

Always remember that tomorrow’s news was written yesterday.

  31. A Ukrainian woman’s opinion of London

My friend’s visit to our capital was even worse than I thought it would be

“Before, I know there is a lot of immigrants [in London] – ones who are Arabs, Indians etc – but this time, this trip I face it too much, way too much. I started to be annoyed by this. It’s just too much immigrants.

“I’ve seen it before and I saw it other countries but this time… every time I took a bus I saw how many Arabs and Muslim and Indian people were inside. It smelt so bad. I almost wanted to vomit. Being together with these people was so scary because they look at you strange.

“For me it is people with lower intellect. It is bad to say but I feel like these kind of people are a lower level of people. Maybe it’s bad to think like this but it is for me. It screwed up my impression of London very much. Before I avoided it but this time I couldn’t.

“It has ruined my memory of London. These two last two days… I’m sad about it, that it’s ruined. Maybe it’s going to pass but right now I don’t really want to stay in London any more, I want to go somewhere else – other cities where I feel it’s really England. I just think of the poor English people seeing this every day, I really have to pray for them because it’s just terrible, really terrible.

“I understand you want to have people who work for small money but you already pay too much. It’s already become something different. It’s already terrifying. They need to urgently do something with this. They really need to fix it somehow because it’s terrible. I’m sorry.

    1. While we are on the book kick:

Rediscover the boundless potential of human ingenuity through the mostly forgotten story of The Boy Who Invented Television.

Philo T. Farnsworth was a teenage farm boy in rural Idaho when he he applied Albert Einstein’s theories to a simple sketch he drew for his high-school science teacher. Every video screen on the planet can trace its origins to that sketch!

Nearly a century ago, Farnsworth secured the first of more than 150 patents that laid the cornerstone of the television industry. On the verge of international fame and fortune, his breakthrough was compromised when a competitor infiltrated his lab under false pretenses and claimed credit for his ideas.

The Boy Who Invented Television is the definitive account of a once-in-a-century prodigy and his titantic struggle with one of the most ruthless monopolies in the world – David Sarnoff’s Radio Corporation of America.

Author Paul Schatzkin’s independent research – drawn in part from his decades-long relationship with the Farnsworth family – illuminates a pivotal chapter of history that has remained buried since the 1930s.

Farnsworth’s invention was no incremental improvement – it was an epic breakthrough in what humans can achieve with the fundamental forces of nature. This book not only restores his rightful place in history, it also reveals the unfulfilled potential of his genius that is still waiting to be unlocked.

  38. With thanks to Dr. Malone:

    Executive summary

The controversy can be summarized in a single line: Fauci funded the Wuhan research, then helped steer the intelligence that absolved it. What the declassified documents add is the mechanism. They show a man who occupied multiple positions of authority simultaneously, who placed trusted associates inside the intelligence review process, and who then helped present the resulting conclusions to the public as independent scientific judgment. They show sworn testimony that contradicts the record, in fact documenting that Fauci lied under oath. And they show what was done to the analysts who refused to go along.

This is not a new intelligence assessment. It is something more useful, which is the raw material. In her final days as Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard declassified the correspondence, the briefing readouts, and the whistleblower complaints that the cover-up was built to keep buried (1). She did it at the close of the week, on her way out of office, knowing that the man arriving to replace her has been asked to shrink the agency rather than to keep opening its files (2).

The central issue is no longer whether credible analysts raised concerns about a laboratory origin. They did. What these documents address is something different. They raise serious questions about whether the intelligence process itself was influenced by officials with a direct stake and a conflict of interest in the conclusions being reached.

One fact stands out from these documents, and it has received remarkably little attention. Five weeks before this release, a CIA whistleblower testified before Congress under oath that a cover-up had occurred and described how it operated. The documents released by Gabbard are consistent with that testimony and provide independent support for his account.

  45. Nice SCOTUS.

Held: The government’s prosecution of Mr. Hemani under §922(g)(3)’s unlawful user provision is inconsistent with the Second Amendment.Pp. 3–19.

For reference the 4473 (“Yellow Form”) has a question on it which asks “Are you a user of, or addicted to, any unlawful substance.”  The footnotes after marijuana began to be legalized in some states noted that this applies to marijuana, even if prescribed, because federally weed remains illegal.

The problem is that the claimed statutory prohibition is at odds with the Second Amendment including its historical context.  During oral argument several citations were brought up including some of the Founders themselves who had rather-prolific alcohol consumption habits, much of which is documented in their own diaries and purchase records.

    Gemini is worthless now

Operational incompetence: The model demonstrates a complete inability to manage and properly utilize its own integrated tools.

Constant hallucinations: The frequency of fabricated, inaccurate, or completely false data is unacceptable. [Been there, done that!]

Overwhelming verbosity: The responses contain a vulgar and unnecessary amount of information. This excessive text overwhelms the user and makes the content impossible to process efficiently.

They are ruining the value of their own product by prioritizing volume over accuracy and functionality. An immediate correction is required in the control, synthesis, and execution parameters of the tools.
