Understanding The Global Settlements By Seeing Beyond The Masks

For comprehending the Global Settlements, first understand its background and real issues before you look for answers. Don’t bite on the disinformation hooks. Fake information is fallow ground.  Also, it’s not happening as portrayed by the Plebs and Rednecks. Start by understanding the subjective, real-world judgment calls we have to make to protect our interests and nations. Raise your own consciousness reality awareness. The GS reality versus the mythological broker version which is not going to happen.

Future American control is delusional. Hegemony is ending. Perhaps with a blast for the whores of wars. 

A taxing dilemma for us in the settlement process is having a clear tacit agreement. In December of 2021, we were insistent that Elders did not sign off on anything less than a phased table top distribution where only 20% per tranche could be completed at each stage limiting the Fed’s ability to syphon off and steal the assets (as the Fed did when intercepting and syphoning of a multibillion ACAT wire transfer sent by SWIFT to Tropos, but misappropriated at the bank by Yellen’s team). No one has ever been paid out, ranging from Marcos, the M1 Principle in Indonesia, Ryadi and many more. Wild West rules – they steal everything – which is an alarm bell to continue with the US process.

Then, we did not have BRICS and yet still refused them. Now, we do. A major new alternative, and we have increased beneficial use terms to deal with us, encompassing a strong ethical agenda. Allowing the cabal and Zio Jews access to sequestrate funds again is anathema to us, and an issue we watch with care. They cannot help themselves and yet always help themselves. That is the endless dilemma. With BRICS we can have autocratic ethical oversight control. With the US, it’s on a par with being sealed naked within a sack of avaricious sewer rats. If we are able to achieve a sensible BRICS solution, it enables us to allocate funds by choice to service good US causes and projects. Directly to pre-cleared good people of approved standing.  A varmint check. We are focused on helping Americans. But even more focused on stopping the US Jewish banking mafia helping themselves. BRICS will change the world and end Fed tyranny. Britain’s arming of Ukraine to kill Russians is not helping our process; our own knee jerk politicos. But, if done, all nations will line up for benefits. Money greases wheels. Intense dialogue continues daily; it’s a multi-party process keeping the weevils out. 

The entire world is now separating into new trading hemisphere zones, as the dollar and US hegemony are being ever more contested and rejected. Asia is breaking away, as is China and Russia. Hemispheres are polarizing, leaving the US as incursers and predatory Zionists up in lights. Jewish hegemony usury banking has enslaved the world, to become totally subordinated to their predatory usury schemes, and the true fiscal consequences of allowing this rodent species to take hold of the world’s money supply is now under global separation hemisphere reviews. The split is coming as c5 billion people will leave the US hegemony umbrella. BRICS will break America. Eurasia IS coming with BRICS and vast markets. It will be forced to choose – or bankrupted. Look at Germany, straddled with costly NATO bases which won’t last 48 hours but will kill vast numbers of innocent Germans in US inspired hegemony conflict.  Now they freeze to death. Even Eisenhower forewarned of what was coming down if not checked. From 132 to 136 CE, the Bar Kokhba revolt brought mass Roman anger. Emperor Hadrian, between 117 to 128 had endless revolts and just lost it with them. Assessing that, how can we have a GS underwritten by worthless American dollars, led by predatory Jewish bankers with a known sequestration trait? No enlightened nations seek a new usury hook, or currencies backed by nothing but hype.     

Look at Europe today and America. They infiltrate, sequester and dominate. Almost all Russian Oligarchs running from the law are Jewish. They stole, defrauded and looted Russia blind. As with Ukraine. China is deeply immersed in strategizing new BRICS hemisphere structures, and conceiving a free landmass with no US hegemony warfare bases in Japan. Taiwan, South Korea and Australia, are all under review. As are NATO bases which cannot contain a Russian assault for more than 2 days. If we are polarizing, as is, why do we need America at any level? BRICS, if endowed then with c$15T of Elders AU, can bank leverage that 10 fold, and underwrite a whole new economy.

The US can’t fund a GS. We can.

Polarization of the East/West territories now needs the new incoming BRICS currency to fund the split. Or have America cut off the money supply. 

The EU will fail and needs to realign with Eurasia. All Middle Eastern energy will then be sold to the Far East, Asia and Europe. America is already being circumvented. Without hegemony, the entire incestual US Military industrial cabal, will fail. 

The key now is to redesign a full stage phased Eurasia as its own fully integrated trading and economic block, free of DC and Zionist usury fake moneys. Europe must face East to markets exceeding 5 Billions, and let the US go West.

So, the key takeaway here is: Don’t fall for false and highly embellished “intel” about what the valid Global Settlements are going to be. Such is often falsely sold as “mass debt forgiveness”… “dinar or other currency millions from public revaluations”… “NESARA”… “galactic intercessions”… “a world which will instantly be free of problems”… “one or more blogging bums in a shanty or rented apartment is going to be handed trillions to save you”, etc., and;

The real-world necessities for the GS will be addressed with real-world solutions based on real-world agreements that avoid the very problems that were brought on by the current cartels. There will be no room, nor funds, for indulging indolent megalomania, or something-for-nothing profiteering by freeloaders. The future multi-polar world will now demand far more skilled contributory value to maintain past living standards. There are now new “players” on the block.

As outlined above, the changes ahead may not be easy for many. We must also not ignore the unknown or the unpredictable.

    Sadly, what he says is true, a nuclear exchange is likely coming soon. The only question to know answered is the severity and intensity of the first strikes. And with this will come much more upheavals in banking and with currencies. The lies and issues are too huge to be solved by the current cast dealing with such matters.
    No one is going to openly admit that the US has put to sea from Hawaii its’ early warning vessel to track ballistic missile launches. Why now? Presumably a threat from China or perhaps even North Korea. It maybe mute because the first strikes will likely be sub launches much closer to shore, if it is China or Russia. What is clear from the outset and said many a time, there will be no Victors in a nuclear war. Safe to say many millions if not more will perish leaving untold damage to societies. When one sees this is dark humor to think that eager hands receiving money will get to profit. Missiles will fly to directed targets and that will include those who plot such insanity and imagine they will reap rewards.
    Shortly, if China receives requested Kinzhal missiles ( only need initial 12) as needed deterrent to a US carrier 1st strike. This missile is unstoppable and will sink a carrier. Then time will be short because the US will lose its’ 1st strike ability to sink the Chinese surface fleet. There are many missiles in the US arsenal that launched by jets off carriers south of Japan that can accomplish this. Why the Chinese requested the Kinzhal is that air launched from their jets flying off their coast line at the US carrier fleet they can sink the carriers. Thus forcing US carriers to be farther off shore where current US missiles air launched will not serve purpose for a 1st strike as the distance will be too great for these missiles. The question is whether Neocons can stomach such opportunity lost and swallow or try their luck. And with such a missile in Chinese hands, they will have the very real risk of many thousands of American sailors and many pilots and vessels being lost. And none of this is replaceable. In blindness if they try, they will learn they never had any luck, only hubris. In the tug and pull of war mongers, such detail is not given openly because the public is asked to accept whatever spin is put out. Did they bother to learn that CNN is headed for the toilet because they lost their audience through a lack of credibility and thus confidence as viewership has fallen? Of course not, hubris rules and flames madness.
    While madness to pursue such a nuclear strategy, no one said Neocons are sensible. To send depleted uranium shells for tanks to the Ukraine will not just destroy the bread basket of the world for decades causing famine; the damage to lives existent and future will be extensive. Just look at the horrors seen and documented in Iraq. One might imagine sensible people might consider this a war crime against humanity. Many nations will be affected by such wanton foolish action. Folks in neighboring countries will be affected as winds will carry nuclear dust and rains will ensure spread into many a stream.
    Complete madness seems the order of the day.
    It is like the balderdash being flung daily by Ukrainians of how well they are doing in areas like Bakhmut. Where even such things basic like combat medicine ceased to exist months ago; today there are more than 2000 wounded soldiers in Bakhmut who still cannot even get stabilization procedures. This means that they will be dead in a day or two. This is a reality of fighting in this war zone. And it is not what is being portrayed by western media and this information comes from people on the ground who have serious tactical operational experience. How does a fight become a win when losses occur because you cannot stabilize a wounded soldier on the battlefield? This means that real losses not counted and reported are at least 2 to 1 the number killed. This completely explains AZOV gangs roam Ukrainian streets for fresh cannon fodder.     1. Sigh. It’s complicated. In the state of the art in 2002 I had to get access to nanogram per ml sample concentrations of cytokines. So I am all too familiar with pulling needle out of haystack.

      4 Italian researchers managed to isolate it and sequence it, they then passed that sequence to the world, and gasp! shocker! it more or less agreed with what we retrieved out of the Wuhan files later. Which pretty much closes the case on the virus having been manufactured and a lab release whether intentional or accidental. Toss on top that the PCR of course, which is an industrial amplification method, is not fit to purpose when used as a detection mass screen — caused an orgy of disbelief about viruses due to endless false positives. I am in the minority saying this, never mind Kari Mullis, who got the Nobel for inventing the PCR, explicitly says as much. See critiques of Drosden if you want to get into the nitty gritty on the latter.

      Having said that, the epistemological foundations of virology is in shambles. Independent looks show that there is an inordinate amount of artifact-as-causal-particle nonsense. Techniques are fraught with error. Do you know how hard to get a billionth of anything separated from all the other organic crap is??? Furthermore, mammalian cells trade bits and pieces of DNA/RNA/protein all day long via exosomes, a well-ascertained if ignored phenomenon. And exosomes at the end of the day show every damn aspect of viral chemistry. The “budding” of exosomes looks, under scanning electron microscope, identical to the budding of a viral infection. Virology is where quantum mechanics was prior to understanding quantization and the dual nature of particle/wave.

      If we were looking at this as murder mystery, the case is an avalanche of circumstantial evidence. So much so that, yes, viruses would have to be invented to explain the outcomes regardless. Much as I would like to catch the butler with the candlestick standing over the body, such an outcome will have to wait a while longer, If you want to see a streamlined approach that carries a good conceptual basis, The Andromeda Strain, 1971 movie not the modern pap, is an excellent if pedantic introduction.

        1. Well, these days I don’t blame anyone for being skeptical. We’ve reached an interesting point where forward motion has slowed to a crawl because the foundations contain severe errors. For example, the ATP phosphate bonding doesn’t have enough energy to really cause many of the reactions ascribed to it. It is not even clear that potassium/sodium pumps function as indicated in the textbooks. I could go on for hours listing. This doesn’t mean, if a patient is low on potassium, you don’t hand him a 50mg capsule. It means that the reasoning for *why* and *how* the 50mg of potassium gets to the bloodstream is wrong.

          Take anything in medicine. Let’s look at the venerable Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. Ostensibly, and to an extent verifiably, we put the bypass in to restore oxygenating blood flow. But heart hypoxia clearly can’t be the whole story, because if that was the case, the CABG patient should survive longer, when in point of fact, the CABG does NOT prolong survival all that much. Now there is a lot of wiggle room here 1-vessel vs 2-vessel vs 3-vessel disease, previous heart attack, previous conditioning (e.g. athlete vs couch potato) etc. But statistically speaking, it’s about quality of life more than longevity.

          Now, based purely on empirical reports from cardiologists, part of this might be purely chemical. D-ribose supplemented patients do spectacularly well. D-ribose might simply be a substance that a stressed heart is depleted of and may — I stress may — when supplemented correct much of the defect. So whenever I get the phone call, I put them all on d-ribose even if diabetic. I don’t care if post MI, post CABG, post heart failure. EVERYONE gets d-ribose in the morning coffee, at lunch and at dinner. The crazy part is that d-ribose is easily manufactured by the human body — but the heart, once stressed, never seems to catch up with demand. So a priori there would be no reason to think d-ribose would be key — but it is….

          Again, we could go hours and hours on other topics, but you get the gist. The same is true in astrophysics. And while most things in particle physics are correct, some matters are very hand-wavy even while others are correct down to 9 digits (which is astonishing, very little humans do is right down to 1 part in a billion)

    A. The mRNA technology is inherently very dangerous and this cannot be circumvented. It prompts your body to synthesise whatever protein is encoded in the mRNA sequence. One of these is syncytin, an essential protein of pregnancy. Immune responses to syncytin after vaccination have been reported.

    The “vaccines” could never have worked as advertised. They’re injected & mostly result in blood antibody responses. But blood antibodies are too large to exit the blood vessels and get into the air side of the lungs.

    I conclude that these injections have been designed with the deliberate intention of causing injury, maiming some & killing others.

So the amount of equipment is well beyond what is being reported and in line with vast trains of such equipment headed to Eastern seaboard ports, in previous months. Puzzling why the Russians have not carpet bombed these concentrations. They know where they are. At some point it will become necessary. Perhaps by letting them move out into the open civilians are spared. However that will be at the expense of Russian lives.
    Whatever happens next there is little doubt there will be escalation. With this will come escalation of banking and currency issues. It will be dow to who lasts longer in the end.

Unless you physically witness them saving a life, ask who they murdered and how was it covered up. Similarly, if they are proffered as a successful businessman, ask how the fortune was stolen. If as a intellectual genius, look to the foundations of their knowledge and where they came from. This of course, is a heuristic. A rule of thumb. Not an axiom of reality.     Upon Putin taking control a decision was made to stop trying to keep the existent military in a ready state and all normal maintenance was stooped to direct scarce capital into state of the art weapon systems like missiles knowing that the hands that were so eager to loot Russia would always be there as a lurking threat. It was only after research produced breakthroughs in technology that was years ahead did any activity or spending occur on other military elements. Today one can see everything from naval vessels to modern battlefield weapons from artillery to rifles to BPT’s to tanks to aircraft. None of these systems are evolutionary but revolutionary design to reflect a multiplication of manpower not simple manpower. It is why the use of AI is so prevalent and why none nuclear battlefield bombs are as effective as nuclear ones in eliminating an enemy. And with the increasing NATO projection of the use of depleted uranium and the like you will see Russia respond with such weapons which will kill many more people to hasten a military defeat.
    This is conflict that is slow paced from a Russian perspective in part because the fight is not just on the field of battle it is being waged across banking and currencies. The Fed is in a pickle as it tries to maintain a USD by raising interest rates while demented Neocons throw money into the Ukraine causing inflation. The combination results in a destruction of both banks trapped by asset investments that have lost value reducing their ability to provide liquidity. It is why the Fed daily sends over $300 billion in daily swaps( promises to repay). The truth is it is growing daily gap of liquidity that is being funded by simple printing. And to add fuel to this growing blaze of value destruction the Ship of Fools proposes a budget that will grow the debt of America by 22 trillion within a decade. No one answers who will buy this debt as it is clear China is dumping their Treasuries as quickly as they can without collapsing the dollar. Should the Ship of Fools see fit to attack China; expect them to dump their holdings in one day collapsing the USD.
    As things are it is debatable whether America will be a world power or be reduced to being a 2nd rate nation by its’ own hand of leadership. The sooner common sense prevails, if there is any left and the Ukraine is abandoned to collapse, there is still time to rebuild. However the window is closing fast as decades of foreign policy work has been tossed out by a collective of fools incapable and undeserving of the office they hold to the detriment of all Americans and frankly the entire western world who suffers as a result.     From a reader. If correct, a massive run may start. Derivatives always were the WMD’s of Banking and the lies to mass syphone fake bonuses. Now it takes down both CS and may take UBS, but then UBS before contagion kicks in worldwide.
    This news, is from Switzerland, UBS is apparently in meetings to terminate the deal to buy Credit Suisse. If UBS packs it in, Credit Suisse will enter into into bankruptcy which means the financial system is going to go crazy because it will trigger Credit default swaps And it will put the bank in Total default and it will be in default of all of its derivative contracts. Default on derivatives will set off an avalanche that will cascade.
    I hear there’s tremendous external pressure from depositors outside of Switzerland who have stated they will pull all deposits if they go through with the deal. Remember that UBS has extensive overseas depositors. And i can not confirm however apparently some parties have already pushed the buttons on their deposits at UBS. And if so they have to curtail this or they will go down.
    Markets will go nuts overnight and other bank runs will commence in rapid succession. And perhaps it is a negotiation for a better deal. In any case, turmoil will come real or on rumors.

Now that day is certainly drawing closer insofar as one can see with the increasing news coverage of it playing out. The age of multi-polar banking is upon us. Is it any wonder a growing world war concern is happening at this time? It seems every time “international finance” is threatened with loss of prestige or advantage, a war starts against those who threaten such. And always on the same continent.

    The last time “international finance” was faced with a country that bypassed the usury mills to prosper, 50 million people died to protect the juice. In the age of hypersonic nukes, I wonder how many will be polished off to preserve their vigorish factories this time around?

Hollowed out by greed and corruption America is coasting towards complete disaster unless it turns inwards to rebuild itself and that will take a decade, or more with what scarce capital may exist. The cold truth is having lost confidence of the World in being a beacon of freedom and Democracy the hegemony of the USD as a Reserve Currency is being battered daily now. What has yet to be widely understood is that the current game of daily Swaps of liquidity by the Fed is restricted to the Western construct of banking while the rest of the world is stepping back and watching while going for the only other alternative which will be a BRICS’s currency. And in the meantime many countries are holding reserves in Yuan over USD as a hedge because questions arise over a Federal Reserve Dollar issued by private interests which by contract acts an American dollar. As a fiat dollar it lives on confidence and when confidence leaves it has no value similar to what it has enjoyed. As the current USD goes so does the rest of the WEST with each part being expendable to save the USD. The question is whether that will be enough.

    Having cut Russia off Swift the ship of fools actually shot themselves perhaps fatally while setting free the so called Global South to seek refuge while watching the show. As a result the West will continue to see a reduction in Credit availed from Banks as shrinking Banks seek refuge to survive while peers disappear and Credit will soon only be availed to clients without need. American standard bearers like VISA and Mastercard are learning that they too are unwelcome and replaceable in countries like Russia, China, Indonesia etc. ending their hegemony and reach. Travel to such countries with these credit cards may well soon be a secondary choice. And the AMEX phrase of “ do not leave home without it” loses relevance.

    What remains in the West as this horror show of distress unfolds is to see what is done about as the avalanche is under way and cannot be stopped. As it is behind the curtain there is talk of a need to end not just the Ukrainian fiasco and its’ enablers but to ditch the Ship of Fools. Bring popcorn to this show!
